This luxurious ocean view apt, features an open plan living / kitchen area, 2 beds and 1 family bathroom, private plunge pool and infinity pool on the property. Located in the quiet, upscale area of Cap Estate with beautiful sweeping views.

This two bed / one bathroom great value self catering apartment, suitable for 2 - 4 guests, forms part of the newly constructed South Sea House. It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.

The apartment boasts a light, bright open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, stove, fridge, blender, dining table, washing machine, Smart TV (32' ) with Amazon Firestick (accounts for Netflix and Disney + are included). Free wireless fibre internet.

The air conditioned bedrooms in this two bed unit share a large family high spec bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds, which can also be converted into one king size bed.


In addition to the private apartment with its' own balcony and plunge pool, there is a beautiful infinity edge pool on the property available for guest use.

We live on the property so are always around to assist guests if needed. We will meet guests on arrival and show them around the apartment and property.

The property is located in Cap Estate, an upscale and popular area for vacation rentals, and has beautiful sweeping views over the golf course and Atlantic Ocean. The wonderful quiet location benefits from cooling ocean breezes. Pigeon Island beach is 1 mile away and Cas En Bas beach (Cotton Bay beach) is less than a mile. This vast, unspoilt stretch of sandy beach is popular with wind and kite surfers. The Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is only 5 mins drive away.

All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are 5-10 mins drive away as are other beautiful beaches - Pigeon Island, Smugglers Cove and Reduit beach. The newly renovated Rodney Bay Marina, with its restaurants, shops, boat hire and coastal tours is only 5 mins drive away.


Car hire is recommended or use of taxis. There is a beach less than a mile away within walking distance.

The property is fenced with an automatic gate; dual power sockets (USA & UK) are fitted throughout the apartment, so power adaptors are not needed; a local prepaid cellphone is supplied for guests to make local calls; airport pick up can be arranged; baby sitting service can be arranged. Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis.

We loved the security and quiet peacefulness during our stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful when we needed some assistance finding our way in the dark on our drive from the airport on check in. After that it was no problem finding our way around the beautiful island to explore some of the most beautiful sites we have ever seen in the Caribbean. Our unit was very clean and spacious. We felt safe and secure and loved being away from the hotels and tourist areas. The views from the units are stunning and peaceful. A perfect relaxing getaway with great restaurants not far when we wanted to leave. I have already booked our 2nd stay.

A Very Good Deal

Our hosts Jerome & Karen were friendly and helpful from providing a taxi driver for the duration of our stay to suggesting places to visit. Their home with multiple units was a very good deal for the price. The grounds are well kept and the home is located in Cap Estate which is a higher end neighborhood. It is located slightly outside of Rodney Bay and a 5 min. drive to Pigeon island where there is a beautiful beach. You will need a car or taxi to get around. We used Francis for our taxi needs but he was actually our personal tour guide for most of our stay. Driving the winding unmarked roads are best left to the experts, which clearly Francis is. The international airport is located on the southern part of the island, it took us 1.5 hours to drive to the condo which is in the northern most part of island. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations and absolutely loved Saint Lucia.

Perfect base for family vacation

Karen and Jerome offer a lovely apartment and great hospitality - South Sea House was perfect for our family. The reviews are very accurate- the unit was clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed, and the entire property is beautiful. Our boys loved playing in the pool. Karen was very helpful answering questions before we arrived, and arranged a driver for our airport transfer. She also referred us to rental car that was able to deliver and pickup to the apartment, which was very helpful. Based on the reviews, we also booked a day on the water with Jerome, which was a highlight of our entire trip. (Book in advance, he is rightfully busy during high season!) They fully deserve the highest recommendation!

Loved It! Will be back!

Where do I start? My family and I arrived to a warm welcome by the owners Karen and Jerome. We were given a quick orientation of our gorgeous two bedroom apartment with private plunge pool and amazing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, and the larger infinity pool that is shared with other guests. Although one of three apartments on the property where the owners also live, our apartment felt very private and secluded in a quiet part of the North of St.Lucia whilst still being close enough to all the activities of Rodney Bay when we felt like being a bit more social. Everything we needed to cook our own meals and even do some laundry was provided even though we ate most of our meals out. Karen and Jerome were able to help with all of our questions on local tours, hire cars, eateries etc. One of the highlights was a day trip (including snorkelling) to Marigot Bay and Anse Cochon Beach, Anse La Ray via Jerome's water taxi - Israel King Tours. Highly recommended and one of the best ways to see the beautiful coast and Pitons. We loved the beaches and all our outings but going back to the apartment sanctuary at the end of each day was definitely better than any five star hotel we could have stay at. Our two week stay went too quickly and we're looking forward to planning our next trip back. Will definitely be back to stay in one of these gorgeous apartments :-)

Like a 5 Star Resort!

This place was 100% worth booking ahead! It was an absolute dream villa!! We actually didn't spend much time there as we were out taking in the island of Saint Lucia and the rich culture and activities on the island, but we love that this was our place to relax and rest. We would recommend this to any one. The rooms were perfect for our family. The pools were splendid. It was a wonderful week. Thank you!! See you again soon!! Cheers. :)

Very relaxing!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Karen arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off to the airport which was awesome. The driver was great as well!! The place was very clean and well kept. I would recommend to stop by the grocery store on your way to the property for food unless you plan to eat out your whole time there. Also, you will have to take a taxi to go anywhere, which worked out because our driver was very friendly. I will defiently be staying here again when I come back.

Take me back to South Sea House!

Faultless property which has given me wonderful, lasting memories of my time in St Lucia. Karen and Jerome are some of the warmest yet most professional landlords we have met. The apartment is flawless, modern and immaculately clean. We felt so at home and didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect, from the spacious and bright living area to the amazingly comfortable bed. I slept well every night. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge, microwave and blender - I was able to make my signature breakfast smoothies every day. The shower is huge. There is plenty of storage - wardrobe space (including hanging space and drawers). The view from the terrace area and pool is breathtaking. The pool is super clean and the sun lounge area is very comfortable and peaceful. I actually fell asleep out there. Jerome and Karen were always on hand to answer any questions and provide anything we needed, not that we needed much as they have clearly made a huge effort to ensure that the apartment space gives you everything you could need. I absolutely loved South Sea House - missing it loads and cannot wait to go back again.

Fantastic, quiet place

This was an excellent choice for a family vacation. Jerome and Karen are fantastic hosts, friendly, very helpful. The apartment is modern, very well maintained, clean and comfortable, with the beautiful view from the terrace towards Cotton Bay, a little piece of paradise. We are divers, so we spend most of our days under water and enjoyed quiet evenings at the villa away from the crowds and noise; the location is a gem - close enough to Rodney Bay for an easy pick up by the dive shop, far enough to be quiet and relaxing. I will definitely recommend it to friends and be glad to return next time we plan diving in St. Lucia.

South Sea adventure.

Fantastic place and close to Rodney Bay. Jerome and Karen are great hosts and my daughter had a blast playing with their children! I recomend a day trip on Jerome's boat with snorkel gear and all. We would definitely return!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gem!!!!

This place is a gem, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone....very clean apartment with a full kitchen, plunge pool, and a wonderful view of the Atlantic ocean. When you are there you may feel as if your far from everything because it stashed in the hills, but its only located less than 10 mins drive from Rodney bay where there is all type of stores, and about a 15 min drive to Castries the capital. However, I would also recommend a rental car because to get there from the main airport is about an hour drive or a $90 US cab ride. Jerome was very very helpful, he ensure that we had everything we wanted.

Beautiful Appartment in Great Location

We really loved our appartment. It was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The apartment is situated perfectly for spending time in the North of the Island so we were able to visit Pidgeon Point, swim and snorkel in the lovely Caribbean Sea and have lunch at Jambe de Bois a couple of times. (The Fish Roti is to die for). Also not to be missed is Cas En Bas Beach which is very close to the appartment. We had dinner at Marjorie's Restaurant on the Beach and it was a really special experience. The food was excellent and Marjorie and her family were great. But, back to the apartment. Karen and Jerome were very welcoming and we felt very much at home. We were all super impressed with the bathroom and the size of the shower compartment. Whenever we want a place to stay in the North of St Lucia this will be our first choice

Great place for a wonderful retreat

We loved our apartment at South Sea Villas. It was well decorated and the kitchen well equipped. Loved the washing machine as well by the way. The location is quiet and we watched the kite surfers from our balcony down at Cotton Bay Beach. We slept really well and enjoyed being able to eat in, rest and relax as that is what we came for! We used the swimming pool in the A.M. and loved it. Karen and Jerome were of great assistance whenever we had questions. Thank you for a nice retreat!

You can't go wrong at South Sea Villas

Wow what a great place to spend a week in St. Lucia! The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is close to the beaches and Rodney Bay. There is a great view. Very quiet and slept well. If we had any questions Karen and Jerome were so accommodating and had many suggestions. This is our second time for renting from them and will be back. Great place for a family holiday

We stayed in appartment 1 at south sea house and it was a great property. Everything is new, it's lovely and clean and the sea breeze keeps it fresh. The property is in a good location for Rodney bay and we took advantage of the recomendation to use the pool at the nearby hotel. The beds, although very comfy were a bit too high for my 3 year old. Other than that the appartment is a good size for a small family. Thanks to Karen who made us feel very welcome.

Unbeatable value and first class facilities

My children and I had an amazing two weeks staying in this fabulous apartment. The facilities are well beyond what you would expect for the price and the added luxury of a private plunge pool was such a bonus. The apartment is beautifully decorated, cleaned once a week to a high standard and has everything that you might need to self cater. We enjoyed the long hours of sunshine by the family infinity pool and were made to feel really welcome by Karen and her family. They made sure that our stay was perfect by recommending good beaches and hotels that we could use in the local area. The local mobile phone that they provided gave us an added sense of security. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will definitely return.

unforgettable!!!!

i was extremely lucky to be treated to a week in St Lucia, the last 3 nights we stayed in Karen & Jerome's lovely South Sea House Apartment. it was spacious and and finished to an excellent quality. We spent a day out on Jerome's boat taking in the sights of this beautiful island by sea and stopping off for lunch. super apartment + super place + super people = amazing time that i will never forget! hugs xx

I could stay here forever!

I had the pleasure of spending 10 nights in this apartment recently and I'd do it again, and again, and again. The location is quiet and secure, close to the beach and Rodney Bay (though I'd suggest renting a car), and the apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities of home. Karen and her husband are just lovely and are always available if you have any questions. I will certainly be back, and I'd suggest it to anyone visiting St Lucia that they stay here as well.

We love the beautiful sweeping views over the golf course and Atlantic Ocean and the wonderful quiet location with its' cooling breezes! It has been so exciting to see the plans and architect's impressions come to life in this beautiful home.

What makes this property unique

It is so convenient for all the amenities (beaches, shops, restaurants, bars etc) of Rodney Bay and the marina, but benefits from being located in a quiet area. Pigeon Island is also only a 5 minute drive away, as is the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club.
