This two bed / one bathroom great value self catering apartment, suitable for 2 - 4 guests, forms part of the newly constructed South Sea House. It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.

The apartment boasts a light, bright open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, stove, fridge, blender, dining table, washing machine, TV (32' ), cable TV (50 channels +) and free wireless internet.

The air conditioned bedrooms in this two bed unit share a large family bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds, which can also be converted into one king size bed.

In addition to the private plunge pool on the balcony, there is a beautiful infinity edge pool located on the property.

Pigeon Island beach is 1 mile away and Cas En Bas beach (Cotton Bay beach) is less than a mile. This vast, unspoilt stretch of sandy beach is popular with wind and kite surfers. The Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is only 5 mins drive away.

All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are 5-10 mins drive away as are other beautiful beaches - Pigeon Island, Smugglers Cove and Reduit beach. The newly renovated Rodney Bay Marina, with its restaurants, shops, boat hire and coastal tours is only 5 mins drive away.

Take me back to South Sea House!

Faultless property which has given me wonderful, lasting memories of my time in St Lucia. Karen and Jerome are some of the warmest yet most professional landlords we have met. The apartment is flawless, modern and immaculately clean. We felt so at home and didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect, from the spacious and bright living area to the amazingly comfortable bed. I slept well every night. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge, microwave and blender - I was able to make my signature breakfast smoothies every day. The shower is huge. There is plenty of storage - wardrobe space (including hanging space and drawers). The view from the terrace area and pool is breathtaking. The pool is super clean and the sun lounge area is very comfortable and peaceful. I actually fell asleep out there. Jerome and Karen were always on hand to answer any questions and provide anything we needed, not that we needed much as they have clearly made a huge effort to ensure that the apartment space gives you everything you could need. I absolutely loved South Sea House - missing it loads and cannot wait to go back again.

Fantastic, quiet place

This was an excellent choice for a family vacation. Jerome and Karen are fantastic hosts, friendly, very helpful. The apartment is modern, very well maintained, clean and comfortable, with the beautiful view from the terrace towards Cotton Bay, a little piece of paradise. We are divers, so we spend most of our days under water and enjoyed quiet evenings at the villa away from the crowds and noise; the location is a gem - close enough to Rodney Bay for an easy pick up by the dive shop, far enough to be quiet and relaxing. I will definitely recommend it to friends and be glad to return next time we plan diving in St. Lucia.

South Sea adventure.

Fantastic place and close to Rodney Bay. Jerome and Karen are great hosts and my daughter had a blast playing with their children! I recomend a day trip on Jerome's boat with snorkel gear and all. We would definitely return!

We chose this plot to build on as it is located in Cap Estate, an upscale and popular area for vacation rentals. We love the beautiful sweeping views over the golf course and Atlantic Ocean and the wonderful quiet location with its' cooling breezes! It has been so exciting to see the plans and architect's impressions come to life in this beautiful home.

What makes this apartment unique

It is so convenient for all the amenities (beaches, shops, restaurants, bars etc) of Rodney Bay and the marina, but benefits from being located in a quiet area. Pigeon Island is also only a 5 minute drive away, as is the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club.
