The apartment is located right on the beach, next to the promenade, in one of the most exclusive areas of Tenerife. The location is ideal, with direct access to the promenade, the beach, numerous restaurants, terraces, and options for booking excursions. There are also bus and taxi stops nearby.



The apartment is part of a hotel complex in Costa Adeje, in the Torviscas area. It has been recently renovated in a modern style and features a large window that provides natural light throughout the day. You have a spacious terrace overlooking the complex's two heated pools. One of the pools has a swim-up bar and a jacuzzi. In addition, you can enjoy activities such as ping pong or billiards. There are restaurants within the complex, and the promenade is right at your doorstep.



The complex offers two pools, one of them heated with a swim-up bar, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, a children's playground, and two bars within the premises.
