Our spacious 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for families or groups wanting a great holiday with everything you could possibly wish for. One of the best features is the very large South-facing veranda, perfect for those lazy afternoons or early evening drinks.

Lovely holiday apartment complex

The apartment is lovely, very conveniently located, a short walk to the shops and beach. Plenty of room for our family of 6. However, 3rd bedroom does NOT have airconditioning, only a fan -no window either, so not great with two teenage boys sharing. Also there are no locks on the toilet doors - with 4 teenagers on holiday with us this was a source of embarrassment for them. Apartment very clean and cleaned several times throughout our stay. Great appliances, modern and easy to use with enough pans, crockery, cutlery etc to easily cater for a family of 6. Patio furniture not the best - chairs really uncomfortable and no cushions for them. The complex was meticulously clean, the pool and sunbed areas spotless and the gardens beautiful. We were very disappointed that the TV only showed sky news in English, my family are sports mad and were hoping to keep up with the commonwealth games whilst we were there and there were no BBC or sports channels, which were supposed to be included in the price. That said, we had a terrific holiday, the beach at Praia da Luz is fab and we ate out at some really good restaurants, The Dolphin and Forta Laza being our favourites. Great location for a family holiday.

Praia da Luz is a traditional Portuguese village situated on the stunning western Algarve coastline just a 60 minute drive from Faro airport. Nestled between rugged cliffs, the picturesque village of Luz has a superb soft white sand beach and a pleasant promenade with stunning ocean views. Ideal for families and couples seeking a relaxed atmosphere, Luz offers many great restaurants to choose from, as well as water sports, a supermarket, bank, post office and shops selling traditional Portuguese ceramics.

There are a number of golf courses within easy reach and the bustling historic town of Lagos is just a 10 minute drive away. Lagos offers an impressive marina and extensive beach, with many shops, bars and restaurants along its quaint cobbled streets in the old town.
