Super family villa has Wi Fi, private pool, walk to village & beach!

Lovely family villa located in a quiet road with no through traffic just 3 mins walk to Luz Beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Relax and dine 'al fresco' on the large sunny patio off the living area or chill out on the patio by the swimming pool soaking up the sunshine!

The entrance hall has stairs to the living area upstairs, which comprises a bright lounge and dining area, guest toilet and a separate kitchen and pantry, while couple of steps down from the entrance hall leads to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and pool area.

With a modern twist on traditional styling, the upstairs lounge is splendidly furnished with two squashy, comfortable couches and matching armchair, while the large flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre rest on a delightful white antique sideboard.  A wood-burning stove has been installed in the fireplace which boasts a traditional semi-circular chimney. Contributing to the bright and modern theme, the large white dining table with seating for 6.  Sunshine streams into the living room through the glass doors that lead to a spacious veranda with blue & white retractable awning over a large table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Steps from the veranda lead down to the pool area on the lower level.

Beside the living area is a new kitchen with an adjoining pantry. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and also an electric kettle, coffee makers, toaster, ample crockery, pots and pans and an iron and ironing board.

Also on this level is a guest bathroom, with toilet and hand basin, while in a small alcove at the top of the stairs there is a simple, but useful, desk.

On the lower level, a few steps down from the entrance hall is the family bathroom which has a bath with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. The Master Bedroom has a 6 ft bed, fitted wardrobes and doors to the pool area.

Bedroom 2, also at the rear, has twin beds, has a new en-suite shower & toilet, mirrored wardrobe and it opens onto a sheltered patio near the pool area.

Bedroom 3, beside the main bathroom, has twin beds, mirrored wardrobe and it opens to a small terrace at the front of the house.

The private pool features a separate paddling area there is lots of space for sun beds.

There is free parking in the cul de sac outside the villa, although a car is not essential for guests staying here as everything in the village is within walking distance, and there is a regular bus service to Lagos and some other beaches, making it a great base for a family sun holiday!

Dolphin & grotto trips and all watersports, tennis, riding and Golf are all available locally as well as zoos and waterparks. Lagos (9 km) has historic buildings, museums, a lovely palm-fringed promenade with lots of market stalls, a new marina, dolphin safaris, zoo and a host of choices for shopping & dining.
