Wonderful new 3 bedroom detached villa with fantastic sea views just 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach.

The villa's elegant entrance hall with its high Moorish style ceiling and delightful furnishings sets the tone for the rest of this beautiful house which assures you a terrific holiday with all the comforts of home! There is full air-conditioning living areas and bedrooms.

The lounge has a comfortable couch and chairs, flat screen satellite TV and opens onto a fantastic sun terrace with private pool and superb views of Luz Bay and Rocha Negra. alongside the lounge is a delightful dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and terrific sea views. The dining area also has doors to the sun terrace which has an outside dining table and chairs for very special al fresco meals by the pool.
A central corridor has a guest bathroom with shower, opposite which a door opens into the well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster etc. and lots of cookware, crockery etc., while the washing machine is located in the laundry room downstairs. There is unlimited free Wi Fi.
An impressive stairwell leads down to the lower level which has 3 lovely spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is a utility room with washing machine and iron & ironing board.

With a wonderful private pool and patio dining area and sea views to die for, all near to lots of great village restaurants, this villa definitely ticks all the boxes!

Wow incredible property

We all thought it was an incredible property, the view was simply stunning and amazing. Our stay made us all wanting to pinch ourselves, the location is also wonderful. The community made us feel welcome and we appreciated every aspect of our stay of two weeks.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Beautiful sea views, itā€™s breathtaking when you first step out by the pool! The villa had not only towels for the bathrooms but towels for the beach too, as well as hand wash and toilet rolls. There was a well appointed kitchen and check in with a lock box was easy. The villa manager was available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely return!

Family get together

In a fantastic position with great views. We enjoyed using the pool in spite of the weather. There was a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and many restaurants in Luz. It was good to be able to take our hir car off road and in a secured area. We hope to visit again.

Place and location was perfect. Love the town and the place was very clean. Had the best shower EVER! Water pressure and hot!! Wish the pool was heated but still the place was great

Family Fun in Luz

My family spent a week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and playing games on the patio. Lots of restaurants near by and a short walk to the beach and water activities. Plenty of space for our family of five.

Another return to a favourite place

This was our third stay at this villa. A charming and comfortable property in a great, elevated location that combines privacy with beautiful sea views from the living rooms as well as from the terrace and swimming pool. For us, a real home from home. Excellent local house keeper and team resolve any problems very quickly.

Stunning villa with spacious accommodation and excellent pool. Lovely sea views but realistically the property was too far from the beach to walk. Not all members of our party fit enough for the uphill walk back. Really enjoyable holiday.

What a View!

We arrived on a lovely sunny day and what a view awaited us! The property was very clean with lovely snowy white sheets. The sun beds were excellent and looked new. The housekeeper Clara was efficient and when we had a problem with the TV she came to the property immediately to help sort it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Villa

Villa is excellent with stunning views. Very well kept both inside and outside. Spacious and well equipped. Views are stunning. Air conditioning is very effective, which was a definite plus! Mattresses were a bit too firm for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous stay for 60th birthday celebration

My 3 adult kids and partner joined me for a week at this lovely villa. The views are stunning from the pool area and we loved hanging out here. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and Ubers were normally easy to get and reasonably priced Beds very comfy, bathrooms were a little dated but plenty hot water and good showers. Air con worked although one bedroom didnā€™t have a controller. (Used another one) Pool was cleaned halfway through and felt a lot cleaner after this. Communication before and during was quick and helpful. No basics eg washing powder , needed additional loo roll , salt n pepper etc but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you

Perfect

The whole stay was perfect. Even though the hill is tough going, walk down and uber back. Baptista delivers straight away. Lovely man. The pool is refreshing and it was always sunny from 6.30am to 8.30 pm. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. Just a perfect stay. We will be back!

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

We absolutely loved the house, especially the view from the terrace. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were there with our kids 18 and 21 and it was a real luxury to have a bedroom with en-suite bathroom each. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds super comfy and the showers fab. We didnā€™t find the walk to the village too taxing. Luz has a gorgeous beach and great restaurants. All in all a perfect week. We were new to Portugal so werenā€™t best prepared for the wind and cooler water temperatures, but we got used to that quickly!

Great villa

We were three adult couples staying for close to 2 weeks. The villa accommodated us perfectly - each couple with our own bathroom. We cooked and barbqued frequently. Clara was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk downhill to town and beaches. Itā€™s a vigorous walk back uphill to the villa but do-able. The view is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Amazing view and excellent location

The villa was charming and exuded Portuguese charm but it is getting a little tired ie. pool ties need repair, lawn chairs could be replaced and bathroom showers could be cleaner, shower drainage could be improved. As seniors, we felt a pool railing should be installed because stairs were slippery upon entry to the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The Villa was otherwise amazing, as were the views! We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Fantastic Villa

Beautifully set over three levels looking down to Praia da Luz. All mod cons, spacious, clean with a beautiful pool and outside area. Each bedroom is en-suite which is ideal for three couples. If you donā€™t have a car then it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is a steady fifteen minute incline back from the resort centre. The Baptista supermarket will deliver your shopping - great for getting heavy items back up the hill - and we used this service twice. All things considered, this is a beautiful place to stay, fantastic views and I would highly recommend it.
