This completely renovated, dreamlike chalet is located on a quiet, private road with unobstructed and breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains! Features: The luxurious chalet is fully equipped like a detached house. It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6-8 people. There is a car park for 2 cars in front of the house. A stone staircase leads to the main entrance with terrace. Ground floor The ground floor is equipped with a large cloakroom. On this floor you will find a table football table and a natural cellar with various alcoholic beverages at your disposal. There is also a laundry room (washing machine/tumbler available), a bathroom with shower and a bedroom for 2 people with a view of the lake. 1st floor A spiral staircase takes you to the 1st floor. There you will find a fully equipped, modern kitchen (fondue, raclette available) with dishwasher, induction hob, oven and a large food centre. There is also a large flat-screen TV (Netflix available) and a multifunctional KOINOR sofa as well as a fireplace and another bedroom with a small library. There are several exits to the large main terrace and the garden with jacuzzi and Finnish sauna. DG In the attic you will find another bedroom with a marvellous view of the lake. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bath. There is also a lounge and a workstation with iMac and printer. Garden In the garden you will find various. In the garden you will find various seating options, deckchairs and a gas barbecue for your BBQ. The highlight is a jacuzzi with a view of the lake and a Finnish sauna! The house has underfloor heating and can be switched on and off via thermostat or SMS. The entire chalet was completely renovated in 2020. Beautiful home with spectacular views!!

This property was perfect for our family to use as a base for touring the region. Amazing amazing views. Super comfortable home with all the essentials. Please note coffee maker is a nespresso and requires special pods, which are not supplied.

Mixed Feelings

The property has the most outstanding views of Lake Lucerne and is situated in a remote spot on the edge of a quiet village. Beautiful area. The garden and hot tub are not well maintained, with the garden being quite overgrown and not as per photos. View from ground floor bedroom was obscured by plants that need to be cut back. Third bed (made of pallets) wasn’t made up on arrival and no linen in the property to allow us to do it ourselves. Owner was quick to reply to my message, but no apology was given and housekeeping brought bedding the next day. Biggest issue was the very stained and dirty mattress in the main bedroom. Obvious and extensive unpleasant stains all over it and they could be seen through the thin sheet. Really off putting and felt unhygienic to sleep on. No mattress protector on the bed. When we messaged the owner for one, he told me the stains were tomato soup that he had spilled on the bed. This is clearly not the case. They sent housekeeping back with an additional sheet to put on so we couldn’t see the stains. This chalet has been extensively and very nicely renovated in recent years, but now needs a fresh coat of paint, the garden desperately needs tidying up, the hot tub requires a service/repair as it leaks and jets are faulty, and a new mattress that’s properly protected. I have emailed the owner directly to resolve these issues as we feel we paid top dollar for the accommodation which fell short. No response from owner unfortunately.
