Permitido máximo 2 mascotas / perros. This two-storey stone house was built in 1925 and is set in 3000 m² of garden with a small pond. It was built on the foundations of a former manor house and is now used as a holiday home. The natural surroundings offer plenty of peace and tranquillity.A furnished terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing area and barbecue is located at the foot of the house. The outdoor areas of the house also include a covered courtyard on the north side and an enclosed garden on the south side, which is followed by the small pond. Although the latter is not suitable for swimming or fishing, it offers a beautiful view and moments of relaxation.The house offers 150 m² of renovated living space for a maximum of two to seven people. The ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A second bathroom, which also has a shower and toilet, is accessible from the garden and can therefore be used immediately on returning from the beach. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first has a 140 cm bed and a small private bathroom with shower and WC. The second also has a 140 cm bed and the third a 120 cm bed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. There is also a small sitting room and study on this floor, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.Beautiful hiking trails are nearby. Just two kilometres from the banks of the Arguenon estuary are the beaches of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer and the beautiful seaside resort of St-Cast-le-Guildo.
