The flat is located in the quiet part of the old town centre and everything (shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs) can be reached very quickly on foot.

In summer the air conditioning cools the flat while in winter it provides pleasant warmth. Due to its special location, the flat has an almost 360 degree view of the Gulf of Taormina, the coast of Calabria, the old town of Taormina as well as Mount Etna and Castelmola. The large roof terrace and balconies are furnished and invite you to dine with a view of Taormina.the flat was completely renovated in 2022 and is located on the 5th floor of a quiet apartment building (without lift) not far from Porta Catania. It is repainted every year and is in excellent condition.

You can drive right up to the house by car and unload your luggage. Parking is possible in the nearby car park (for a fee).

PARKING - FOR A FEE
As only residents with a parking permit can park in the old town of Taormina, it is possible to park in the nearby multi-storey car park (approx. 7 minutes on foot). Alternatively, we offer valet parking where your car can be collected and returned to you an unlimited number of times.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The flat is located in the quiet part of the historic centre of Taormina. The area is a quiet and safe residential area favoured by the locals and there is a supermarket right in front of the apartment building. The weekly market is held in the piazza every Wednesday morning. The famous Corso Umberto as well as all the monuments, sights, restaurants and nightclubs are within walking distance and the city bus (Linea Verde) stops not far from the house and takes you to the railway station, the bus station or the beach on Isola Bella.Thanks to the location and the connection to the city bus, it is not absolutely necessary to have your own car.hiking and hiking enthusiasts can use the "Sentiero Saraceno" hiking trail that leads to Castel Mola directly from the house (200 metres away).
