La Bonita de Pego is a fully equipped traditional village house located in the heart of Pego, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Oliva and Dénia. With 250 m² spread over several levels, the house accommodates 4 adults and features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a private kitchen with coffee maker, and a cozy living area. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, washing machine, and a workspace are provided.



Enjoy pleasant outdoor spaces including a private garden, covered terrace, balcony, interior patios, and a solarium—perfect for year-round relaxation. Bed linen and towels are included.



One pet is allowed on request. Events are not permitted, and the property is adults-only. Only 10 minutes from the crystal-clear waters and white sands of Oliva-Denia Beach. Dénia is 20 km away, offering a direct ferry to Ibiza. Valencia is 50 minutes and Alicante 1 hour by car.



The central location lets you easily walk to restaurants, cafés, and shops. Oliva Nova’s golf course and equestrian center are just 10 minutes away. A shopping mall with cinemas, cafés, and top brands is 15 minutes away. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking, and there’s space to store bicycles. Birdwatching and local food experiences can be arranged on request.
