The 30 m² kitchen seats up to 10 around the table and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, and heat pump heating. Easy indoor access leads directly to the garden. Large picture windows fill both rooms with natural light.



Outside, you’ll enjoy a large open terrace—ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors, with a barbecue, parasols, loungers, and two garden tables. The fenced garden covers 800 square meters and offers privacy and safety.



There are 4 shared parking spaces on site, plus additional parking along the towpath. The house is conveniently close to public transport and shops. Please note that events are not permitted.
