Cockroach invested property that needs serious updating

We only stayed 4 nights, checked the kitchen as soon as we got there to c what kind of cooking supplies we had and found dead cockroaches in the cabinets and the vent on the microwave was attached w bandaids, called immediately and was told someone would come immediately and they didn't come until next morning, sprayed and left, didn't clean them up, later property owner came and cleaned but the rest of our stay we killed more cockroaches and cleaned up dead ones, totally grossed us out, I'm going to b totally ticked if I take any home to my house w me, we have been using vrbo for some time and feel like there is no way this property should be listed on vrbo until they get the place cleaned up and remodeled

Owner's Response: The hotel was goes thru small renovation of changing carpet on every floor and annual pest control and sum bugs may have seeped thru the door. It was not my room only but most of the apartments also . Immediate action was taken by hotel management and my private pest Control took care of the issue in present of the guest. Infact there is a guest staying and has no complain so far.

Amazing condo! Clean, spacious, easy walk to the beach. Owner was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!! Can't wait to go back.

Dans un appartement hôtel " le DoubleThree" situé sur Sunshine blvd 8 min à pied de la mer. Parfait si vous ne voulez pas d'auto. Tout les services sont à proximité, moins de 5 min à pied. Épicerie, pastisserie-boulangerie, centre d'achat, location vélo, location auto, restos etc.

La propriétaire est charmante et s'informe régulièrement de notre confort.

Laveuse sécheuse à l'étage.

Place de stationnement comprise.

Un peu bruyant à l'extérieur . Appartement situé au dessus du hall d'entrée.

This Condo is located on the 3rd floor of the double tree. This offers modern luxury of restaurants and pool, while also having a kitchen if you want to cook some of your meals. The furniture was nice and modern. The owner was very friendly.
