コテージは村の片側にあり、駐車場とマリーナのレストラン/バーがあるメイン広場から徒歩約3分です。 コテージは山の一部です。 1階には、伝統的なイタリアのアーチ型の二重ドアがあり、大きなwoodのストーブと大きな石の暖炉があるラウンジに通じる入り口があります。 これは、ドレッサー、食器洗い機、コンロ、6人掛けの大きな丸いダイニングテーブルを備えたモダンなパインウッドキッチンにつながります。 階段は2つのベッドルームにつながっており、1つのツインには専用バスルームがあり、もう1つにはクイーンサイズの4つのポスターベッドがあります。 さらに数段上がると上部のロビーがあり、大きなバスルームと庭へのサイドドアがあります。階段は、タイル張りの床と木造の天井を備えた最終的なダブルベッドルームまで続きます。 プロパティは、ブドウの木とレンガ造りのバーベキューのある段々畑に囲まれています。 イチジクの木陰でリラックスし、渓谷から周囲の丘の上の村や山々の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。

Authentic holiday in the Toskana

We loved staying at the ancient authentic Toscany house in the ancient mountain village of Toscana. The house itself had all you needed and stayed cool during hot days. The view from the terrace over the woods and mountains was amazing. The place is very quiet and excellent for those who love nature and hiking. The small restaurant in the village is good and very cozy. The restaurant in the neigbouring village is excellent. The place is a paradise, but one has to take into account, that it is a somewhat remote place. One has to travel longer distances to get to bigger places like Pisa, Florenz, or Sienna etc...

Best location in a medieval town

You won't find a better patio view in the entire region. Large home (frankly, larger than the two of us needed) with amenities like washing machine. Had to run into town to purchase a coffee maker as there was not a sanitary one available. Would recommend you come well stocked with food, wine, coffee, etc as the one restaurant in town may not be available that day. Owners were responsive and friendly. Great experience!

The house is in a great location with a stunning view off the terrace. The outdoor space was adequate and comfortable enough with the sun loungers and the table and chairs shown.The house itself is built into the mountainside and despite it being very hot, high 30s, the house was relatively cool, so we didn't miss having no air-conditioning.The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Just be aware that layout is somewhat quirky - the twin room having an ensuite and one of the other bedrooms being up a very steep, almost ladder-like, staircase. It was fine if you accept that.The kitchen was well equipped and relatively large with a table that is big enough to sit and eat at if necessary.The living room is small and the furniture a little rudimentary but we didn't really have to use it as the weather was so good.The internet had recently been installed was very good and surprsingly quick.The one main criticism was the cleanliness. Be prepared for cobwebs and a bit of dust...and the oven was, let's say, unusable - I'll leave it at that.The village where the house is located is delightful and the resturant/bar serves excellent food and is very reasonably priced.The scenery it that put of Toscana is beautiful and very mountinous. There are quite a lot of activities nearby, from zip wires, canyoning, rafting, kayaking and swimming in the river.I would recommend the house for its out-of-the-way stunning location, just be prepared to clean a little bit.

Truly gorgeous authentic Tuscan villa with outstanding views in an amazing location.

It was our first Italian excursion and booking accommodation was a lottery but we struck lucky with this. In a perfect location for days out in Florence, Pisa and the extraordinary Lucca, this beautiful mountain top home was ideal for our family holiday. The village of Casoli is tranquil and relaxed. Marina's bar and restaurant in the old school house in the centre of the village provides excellent food and wines in rustic surroundings and a chance to interact with locals and other vacationers. Everything you need, food, wines, restaurants, supermarkets are all available in the nearby town of Bagni di Lucca. One word of warning, this mountainside property is not for small children who want to run free as there are some steep drops. Also, no wifi which is a blessing but would have been useful for maps, local searches and check-ins. Marina's has wifi but its not great. Outstanding.

Perché dans les hauteurs de Bagni di Luca , l'endroit est idéal pour se reposer et admirer les différents paysages . Pour accéder au logement il est préférable d'être bien chaussé , 200 m à effectuer sur des pavés et un chemin escarpé .

Sehr erholsam und mehr als nur das Nötigste

Unser Aufenthalt war an den heißesten Tagen im Sommer 2024, aber im Haus war es immer kühl. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet, aber der Herd ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Die schmalen Serpentinen zum Haus sollten erwähnt werden.

Katastrophal! Schimmel überall!!! Rückerstattung durch FeWo-Direkt!

Die vorherigen Bewertungen sind entweder gekauft oder den Leuten gefällt es in einer Drecksunterkunft mit tieren und Schimmel zu nächtigen! Wir kamen in der Unterkunft um 21 uhr an. Die Umgebung ist absolut ausgestorben!In der nähe gibt es absolut nichts! Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen! Der Weg vom provisorischen Parkplatz bis Unterkunft ist weit! Das Tor vor der Unterkunft hat ein kaputtes Schloss! Hat uns vorher keiner gesagt! Wir mussten erstmal minutenlang am Tor rummachen bis wir endlich weiter Konnten. Man betritt direkt das Wohnzimmer, welches sehr ungemütlich und dreckig war (überall dicke Staubschicht, unfassbar alte und vergammelte Möbel). Und man roch direkt am Eingang den Schimmel! Die Küche war einigermaßen ok. Der Boden in der ganzen Unterkunft wurde in den letzten mindestens 4 Wochen nicht sauber gemacht..überall dreck, Haare und tote Spinnen! Die Wände der Schlafzimmern waren übersät mit Schimmel! Die Betten sehr dreckig und übermäßig alt! Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wurden schlampig und halbherzig mit Nägel festgemacht. In einem Fliegengitter hatte sich eine Eidechse verfangen, den wir frei gelassen haben! In der Unterkunft waren überall lebendige und tote Spinnen (übertrieben viel, auch auf den Betten) und Tausendfüßler! Der Gastgeber hatte für uns keine lösung.er war nicht Vorort und hatte kein Interesse zu helfen!bei fewo beschwert und die Bilder gezeigt!fewo hat uns das Geld zurückerstattet+Entschädigung!gastgeber meldet sich nicht!Achtung Betrüger

Gezellige omgeving met prachtige uitzichten

Het echt wel genieten en ontspannen op deze plek, prachtige natuur en uitzichten! Het was ook zalig om in de rivier te kunnen zwemmen, ook een unieke ervaring. Bij Marina in het restaurant hebben we dikwijls gegeten, zeer lekker en super vriendelijke mensen allemaal. 😊

Een prachtige stek!!

We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad. Het huis is echt Italiaans en alles was compleet. Genoeg servies, kopjes, glazen etc. Er was zelfs een kaasschaaf aanwezig :-), dat is voor Nederlanders heel belangrijk. De kamer is niet zo groot, maar omdat het prachtig weer was, hebben we 2 weken alleen maar buiten geleefd. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fenomenaal! Elke dag zeiden we weer tegen elkaar hoe mooi het was. Fijn dat er horrengaas voor de ramen zat, want buiten werden we s avonds lek geprikt. Dus denk eraan dat u muggenspray meeneemt. Het was een fijne vakantie op een prachtige en heerlijke plek, met dank aan de eigenaar!!

We absolutely enjoyed our week in Bagni di Lucca. The house was very clean and comfortable and was always very cool even though it was quite hot outside. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing and the surrounding towns and villages are fun to explore. Everywhere we went, the people were so kind and warm and the food was absolutely delicious. Marina’s restaurant at the end of the lane was wonderful and we enjoyed many meals there. From the house, we took day trips to the beach and Florence and other small towns in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this beautiful place!

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Der Weg dorthin ist über die Serpentinen sehr abenteuerlich. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus, sollte mit Gepäck nicht unterschätzt werden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, dafür aber ein nettes Restaurant. Die Wohnung selber ist mit allem notwendigen gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine tolle Aussicht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief reibungslos. Vielen Dank!

Ongelofelijk uitzicht en gelegen in prachtig bergdorp!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuis. Het terras met adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen is het absolute hoogtepunt en daarvoor alleen al de moeite waard. Het huis is verder van alles voorzien en de keuken is goed uitgerust. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanbevelen aan vakantiegangers die houden van de natuur en de rust, want het huis is wel afgelegen. We hebben een zeer mooie vakantie gehad!

The most beautiful view in Tuscany

Casa fico is everything at the pictures described... The view from the Terrace is stunning. Many meals were eaten under the shade of the fig tree admiring the mountains. The village itself is charming, the locals friendly and it is easy to explore some mountain trails. Nervous drivers be aware of the narrow mountain road to Casoli - but if a 40+ Mum and her teens can do it at midnight in an unfamiliar hire care then so can you! The coastline of the cinque terre is well worth a visit as is the town of Lucca. For the adventurous - go Zip lining, climbing or paddling at canyon park just down the mountain from Casoli in the next village - the views of the crystal blue water are like no other. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, well equipped Tuscan house. Alan & Jo should be proud :-)

Tolle Lage! Das Wohnzimmer wirkt nicht gemütlich und ist sehr klein! Keine Dvds auf Deutsch! Küche war nicht sauber! Viele Handtücher !

Wunderschönes Haus mit Traumblick

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage: Der Blick von der Terrasse, die ruhige Lage, die netten Menschen im Ort. Die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen! Besonderer Pluspunkt für mich als Hobbykoch war die vollständig ausgestattete Küche, das hatte ich in einem Ferienhaus noch nie. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, besonders angetan hat uns das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die steile Anfahrt über die schmale Bergstraße.

Tolle Tage in Casoli

Wir haben 11 sehr schöne Tage hier verlebt. Die viel bewunderte Terrasse hat wirklich alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Traumhaft. Das Haus passt wunderbar in die Gegend und erfüllt die Erwartungen. Schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe und die Küche ist total komplett ausgestattet. Vielleicht sollte man bei der Beschreibung "Kaffeemaschine" darauf hinweisen- italienisch oder nicht elektrisch oder... Der Besuch des Restaurants Bar Marina ist ein Muss !!! Das Essen ist so lecker. Ein Wermutstropfen in der Beschreibung ist die Anfahrt-/Lagebeschreibung des Ortes Casoli. Erst später zeigte sich im Inserat, dass das Objekt nicht in Bagni di Lucca direkt liegt, sondern 10km außerhalb und der Zugang zum Haus zu Fuß erfolgen muss - 200m z. Teil recht steil. Alles in allem aber ein toller Urlaub in meinem sehr schönen Haus und einer tollen Gegend.

Zum Entspannen genau das richtige.

Die Anlage hat uns sehr gefallen,so konnten wir vom Alltag mal richtig los lassen und uns in eine andere Zeit treiben lassen. Wir haben die Zeit als Familie sehr genossen da wir in einer Welt versetzt wurden die von den eindrücken der Landschaft atemberaubend war. Gerne würden wir nochmals wieder kommen wenn es die Zeit zu lässt. Nochmals vielen dank .

I am Alan, the one in black in the photo, having a meal at Marina's Restaurant in the village with Stefano, one of our neighbours, next to me. Jo is taking the photo. It's winter so we are indoors. We are both health professionals who grew up, work and live in London. We would love to live in Casoli, however, our work doesn't allow this.

It took us nearly 3 years to find this house, during which we saw and were offered crumbling farmhouse ruins, modern townhouses and everything in between. When we saw this house we both knew this was it. As for this area Lucca, it's a special place made so by the kind, friendly and helpful people.
