Lounge area with satellite TV and sofa with chaise longue. Dining area (table 8 people) Superb bathroom with two basins, large walk-in shower, fully tiled. - Independent toilets. - 3 bedrooms (3 bdrms with 1 double bed 140) + 2 cot (beds 'umbrella') - Telephone, internal broadband WIFI - Terraces 50 m2 (garden furniture, barbecue) Private salt pool, heated security 10m X 5m with bench (8 sunbaths with mattress) Fenced and planted with 900 m2, playground (swing, trampoline)
