Walking distance to a variety of restaurants or cooking in our gourmet kitchen the dining options are as limitless as the views. The Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas range appliances are hand picked for the inspired chef in your party. After hiking, fishing, shopping, biking, golfing, or any other mountain adventure find yourself at your own private bar on the lowest level of this mountain retreat. Après ski never looked so good while you enjoy sitting in leather bar stools at the bar equipped with beautiful granite and knotty Alder cabinets. Beyond is a large living room with two large couches, overstuffed armchairs, a 46” flat screen TV, and a cozy stone fireplace.

At the end of the day you can find yourself in one of the 5 bedrooms located on the main and lower levels. On the main level are two bedrooms and the extra bunk room; the King Master with glass tiled fireplace, canopy bed, steam shower,with views and sounds of the river; the Queen Master decorated to create a feeling of seclusion when combined with the rush of the river, includes private access to the flagstone patio and outdoor hot tub on the Blue River; the Bunk Room is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and has access to an adjacent full bathroom with copper sink and luxurious tiling. On the lower level you’ll find two additional bedrooms: the Mini Master with four poster Queen bed and detailed ¾ bath, and a 5th bedroom with views of the sky and mountains from the Queen bed. This bedroom also features an en-suite ¾ bathroom with Euro Glass shower.

Outstanding Vacation Rental!

This was our second stay at the Gondola House and was exceptional for all our vacation needs:). The house was so comfortable and with the 9 of us that stayed for a week we felt everyone had enough space to relax and enjoying time together. Awesome amenities and you can't beat the location to enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer! We all look forward to returning again in the future!!

Our little GEM GONDOLA HOUSE!!!

Well I have to say hands down this is my favorite vacation of the year! We have rented the Gondola House for the past 4 years. We have had all levels of skiers & snowboarders, and some that don't even ski. The greatest thing about this house is it is at the base of Peak 8 so everyone can be on their own schedule & you can always come back down for lunch, a cold beer or R&R and then head right back out! Close to grocery store and steps away from great shopping, amazing food and lots of fun! By far my favorite place to stay in all the years of traveling to Breck! And the property managers do an amazing job and always a phone call away if you need them! LOVE LOVE LOVE and 10 stars!

Amazing house!

Amazing, amazing house. Perfect location when visiting Breckenridge!!! Our group was 10 adults and 2 babies and the space was perfect. Awesome location, convenient to walking to Main Steet and the gondola is practically in the backyard. Really could not ask for anything more. We had such a great time. Don't hesitate when considering to book this house.

Great week in Breck!

Location was great as well as this house. Location, location , location. You can walk to all the great restaurants and shops and right across from ski shuttle and Gondola. House was well furnished. Loved the steam room in the master shower as well as the outside jacuzzi. Den downstairs was awesome with 70" HD TV and Apple TV to boot. Kitchen has a Wolf cooking range with large grill for steaks and burgers. Highly recommend!

Gondola House - Perfect for everyone

Eight adults and a 7 month old traveled from Chicago to Breckenridge for a 5 night stay at Gondola House. Mary was wonderful in helping us get into the house before check in which was much appreciated after a 6 AM flight (3 AM pick up for the airport). The house is exactly as pictured - quite beautiful and well appointed with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen for preparing meals in the morning and evening. The kitchen is a well stocked chef's kitchen. Mary was very helpful in securing a baby's bed and high chair for us. There is a beautiful downstairs family room space that we spent several evenings with the fireplace on enjoying movies.

The best part was how accessible this was for both skiers and non skiers. It is literally steps from the Gondola or Main Street. We parked the car and didn't move it again until we left Breckenridge.

Perfect Breck House!

The house could not have been at a better location! The short walk to the gondola took you to Peak 7 or 8. We were within walking distance to any restaurant or shop downtown.

The house itself was perfect! It was nice having a bathroom to each bedroom, having a hot tub right outside your door and having a garage to store your skis/boards in! We couldn't have asked for a better house!

Mary was also a phone call away and super sweet :)

They call it the Gondola House for a reason: this is the closest single family home to the new BreckConnect Gondola(Ski-In Ski-Out). This home is also located one-half block from Main Street and overlooks the Blue River for the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Main Street Breckenridge offers shopping, dinning, recreational guide shops and much much more. This home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in nearly 3000 square feet, but the views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort cannot be matched.
