Positives: great location with access to the beach and stores/food near by, designated parking spot, beach chairs and towels available, clean bed, warm shower, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, Negatives: needs to be updated/renovated, bathroom door doesn’t shut fully or easily, very little lighting in the bathroom, no curtain or shade to cover the bathroom window (we used a beach towel), ac struggled to keep the place cool at times, front door needs weather stripping, there were no additional blankets as listed in the description, Overall it was fine for my husband and I to stay for two nights, but I wouldn’t want to stay for any longer or bring my kids to this quality of a place.

The studio was nice and clean, and everything you need was there, even better than the picture. we really enjoy the patio oceanfront and we definitely come back to this place soon.

The studio was perfect for a weekend get away for me and my spouse.It location was is literally just a minute from board walk and beach. The host was very nice and attentive & the studio was clean and included alot of amentites and easy check in process.

The host was very helpful with any questions. He showed us around to make sure we knew everything we needed. Close walking distance to Belmont Park and lots of good restaurants. We look forward to being able to stay again soon!

Yes...the stay was pleasant...despite weather and holiday...there was plenty to do...unit was as described...surprisingly fairly quiet for being near an alley. Ocean sounds were amazing to listen to at night..stayed warm throughout the stay.

The location is very good, clean and had what one needs for a three day stay and it was reasonably priced. It was quite during my stay and decorated great.

Beautiful spot

Can’t ask for a better spot for 1 or 2 people that just want to be close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and checkin was zero effort. Would definitely stay here again.
