Close to skiing, bike trails and lot's of restaurants and shopping. The condo is 542 sq. feet, remodeled the entire unit the living room, updated the fireplace, over the fire place brand new 50' flat screen TV, new wood floors and has a ceiling fan and all new furniture (couch makes out to a queen size bed)! Patio doors lead out to a deck that has a great view of the mountains. The kitchen also has been redone, new appliances, new counter tops, new hickory cupboards, new tiled floors and all new light fixtures (thru out the condo). The bedroom also has new wood floors, a brand new KING size bed, all new furniture and linens, new lamps and the same great view out the bedroom window as the living room window to wake up to! The bathroom has new tile floor, new tile bathtub surround, new fixtures, new sink and vanity! The complex has a heated swimming pool and two hot tubs, has a BBQ area with two BBQ's and patio furniture!

This was a great place to stay, it was within walking distance from the gondola, there is even a shuttle for the people who aren't a fan of the walk. I chose to walk most days so I wouldn't have to worry about timing the shuttle. It has a full kitchen so you can cook basically anything as well as it has a crockpot. I would book this place again for another Steamboat trip if available and at the same price I paid.

We really like the condo, the kitchen, the family room, bedroom all were very very nice. Everything we needed was here with a few small exceptions. The bed pillows and everything was very comfortable. Location was great. The bus stop was just outside and only took about 10 or 15 minutes to get to the ski hill as well as coming back to the condo at the end of the day. Hot tub was a little far away so we didn’t use it so we can’t comment on that. Make sure you bring some basic stuff possibly like wine openers lighters or anything you need like that but most everything is here. Host was wonderful. She was able to get us an early because we came in early. And host was very responsive and wonderful. We would certainly stay here again. Also, they have a very nice patio to sit on, with chairs.

John and I (Christine) have been married for 44 years and live in Red Feather Lks, CO, we have two children our oldest is Gerad he works for Union Pacific and is married, his wife is a school teacher and they have two daughters, you don't want me to get started on them or I'll never stop! Our daughter Mackenzie lives in Portland Oregon and is an architecture.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Steamboat and have been going there since we were first married, my husband skied there when he was in high school and loved the area and has passed that love of the area on to his family. The skiing is great, has great bike trails and over the years the botanical garden has grown from a little bit of nothing to something quite beautiful and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our condo close enough to walk to skiing, biking, eating, shopping and it was a new experience for me swimming in a heated outdoor pool and just could not get over the snow piled up every where! How nice it was and of course our granddaughters absolutely love it!
