Nice view on the balcony/terras. Friendly owner but only speak Italian. Kitchen utensils need a update. Sofa was not comfortable to sit. Wifi sometimes gone but owner repair it quickly. Good place for us to visit the area from Palermo till Marsala. Privat parking and area very quiet. So, good place to visit.

Our family of nine stayed at La Bella Vista for a month, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The views were absolutely stunning — every morning felt like waking up in a postcard!The owners, Signora Fina and Don Salvatore, who live upstairs, were so kind and welcoming. They made us feel completely at ease and were always available if we needed anything, yet gave us full privacy. By the end of our trip, they truly felt like family.The host, David, was also wonderful — and we highly recommend visiting his delicious restaurant on the island of Favignana, just a short ferry ride away. It was one of the highlights of our stay!The location was also ideal — close to shops where you can easily find all your essentials like water, milk, and toothpaste, and just a short drive to local restaurants and attractions.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Sicily. La Bella Vista made our trip truly special, and we’ll always cherish the memories we made there!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the location of the home was great. Easy access to the beach, city and shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing! What a wonderful way to start each day. Home was spacious and perfect for my family of 5.

Very close to perfect

We spend a full week as a group of 9 adults in Davide’s house, in the beginning of May. The space for us was the floor you reach when going up the outside stairs (above the ground floor) of the house, it is spacious and clean, large kitchen area and table that fitted all of us. As mentioned in other comments, the small downside is that there are no basics for cooking or cleaning in the house (salt, pepper, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, clothespins…) so we had to buy everything. But other than that, the house is well equipped, large pots and pans matching the amount of people that the house can fit, washing machine is a plus, and having bedsheets and bath towels provided is really convenient when you only have a carry-on. We had 2 cars and having them inside the property, inside a gate that locks, is great. The view from the terrace is amazing, and the surroundings are quiets. Alcamo Marina is a great location and starting point to discover the north-east part of Sicily, the freeway is not far from the house. Davide showed up at the house (ground floor) a few times, but respected our privacy, we chatted briefly and he is very nice. He also was very responsive to messages, he arranged last minute our check-in earlier than originally planned, and he also came right away when we had a small technical issue with hot water. Thanks again for everything !

Très belle vue

La maison bénéficie d'une très belle vue et était très propre à notre arrivée. Literie faite à notre arrivée et serviettes mise à disposition. Nickel.lamaison manque à notre avis d'équipement( four micro onde, aspirateur ou au moins une pelle et balayette, et de produits d'entretien minimum: éponges, produit vaiselle/sol, sachets de tri.. nous avons du tout acheter pour 3j sur place).Il était parfois difficile de joindre l'hôte qui ne répondait pas toujours aux messages mais une fois que nous l'avions par téléphone, tout s'est très bien passé. L'atout de cette maison reste sans conteste la vue sur les montagnes et la mer!

APPROFONDITE PRIMA DI PRENOTARE

La struttura è rispondente alla descrizione ma se nei 2 bagni c'è un solo bidet va precisato; se la prenotazione è per 13 ospiti mi aspetto di trovare tutte le stoviglie sufficienti per 13, non 8 bicchieri, 7 cucchiaini, 11 cucchiai e così via.....I primi 2 giorni il frigo (che han detto essere nuovo) non raffreddava... Volendo passare il mocio sui pavimenti non si è potuto fare perché era arrugginito e si è spezzato al primo utilizzo... Le spiagge si raggiungono in macchina, non sono vicinissime. Di fronte c'è una casa che è una specie di fattoria, quindi gallo che canta alle 5 del mattino..... La casa è su una strada periferica ma molto trafficata sia di giorno che di notte.... Davide, il figlio dei proprietari che nei fine settimana abitano il piano di sopra, ci aveva garantito che il giorno della partenza potevamo stare fino a tardi in quanto non aveva arrivi; la mattina di quel giorno, invece, i genitori ci dicono che dobbiamo lasciare la struttura in mattinata, costringendoci a fare i bagagli di corsa..... Conclusioni: dovrebbero avere maggiore attenzione per le esigenze del cliente e dare un servizio rispettoso.

villa très bien située avec une très belle vue

bon séjour en moyenne avec quelques bémols. Pas de wifi pendant les 6 premiers jours. intervention sur la box la veille de notre départ. A l'arrivée pas de produit vaisselle ni autre produit d'entretien. Ni de sacs poubelles. Pas de sel huile thé ou café.Les petites attentions à l'arrivée sont toujours bienvenues 😥 La communication avec les parents de Davide est compliquée. Ils ne parlent qu'italien. Hébergement correct malgré tout

Casa spaziosa e pulita. Bella vacanza con due appunti.

Periodo 11-23 luglio. Casa in buona posizione per visitare la provincia di Trapani. Casa spaziosa e in ordine e proprietari gentili (proprietari di un ottimo ristorante a Favignana). Primo appunto ricordarsi di definire al meglio gli orari di arrivo e di partenza, nell'annuncio c'è scritto flessibile ma c'è di mezzo la pulizia della casa quindi concordare tutto prima. Secondo appunto, l'unica nota negativa per chi come noi abbiamo una discreta sensibilità verso gli animali, è che dietro alla casa c'è una rete che delimita in modo fisso (senza cancello) lo spazio di vita di Milo, un grande e dolce cagnolone, che resta solo per molto tempo e non ha una tettoia di protezione per il sole e per la pioggia. E' stato un pensiero per noi e per i nostri figli durante tutto il soggiorno e quindi meglio saperlo subito.

Flot udsigt bil nødvendig

Dejlig lejlighed med 4 soveværelse og et alrum (hvor der er en sovesofa). Fantastisk terrasse som er det eneste sted alle kan være hvis man er en stor familie. Vi var her de fleste vågne timer hvor vi var hjemme, der er virkeligt dejligt. Der bor en sød hund i egen lille have i haven. Der kommer opsyn og ser til den ca hver dag. Spørg om detaljer vedrørende egne ‘kæledyr velkomne’. Området ikke gå tur venligt (farlig vej) og der er langt til indkøb. Flotte strande i kort køreafstand. Ejere er søde til at svare og reagerer hurtigt når man kontakter dem.

Relax con vista

Casa spaziosa e cucina accessoriata con tutto il necessario per gruppi numerosi. Il balcone con vista sulla baia merita l'intera vacanza. Adatto anche a pranzi all'ombra. La zona è ventilata e il mare è raggiungibile in due minuti d'auto. A piedi però è difficile muoversi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e, anche a fronte di un problema tecnico, si sono prodigati per risolvercelo al più presto. Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Treppengeländer sehr verrostet, Verletzungsgefahr, defekte Türschlösser in den Badezimmern, defekte Türklinke im Eingangsbereich, hinter dem Haus noch alter Bauschutt vorhanden. Renovierungsbedürftige Armaturen. Alter Kühlschrank der nicht vernüftig gekühlt hat. Einbauküche mit defekten Schränken und Schubladen. Schrankböden defekt. Nicht ordnungsgemäße funktionerende Fernsehsender. Kein W_Lan vorhanden. Gut war vorhandene Schlafmöglichkeiten und Größe der Zimmer, schöne Aussicht. ruhig gelegen, Strand nah, gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. kein Wassermangel. Bettwäsche und Badetücher genug vorhanden.

Agréable séjour passé en famille et avec des amis. 9 personnes au total et chacun bien installé. Par contre toujours prévoir de se déplacer en voiture, assez éloignée de la plage et autre activité.
