The apartment is very quiet, suitable for families with children, and it’s close to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.

You will enjoy a spectacular view of “vall di merse”

The apartment is a separate house close to wood and surrounded by the green Chiusdino countryside! m’s perfect for hikers!

At just 200 m from the house there’s Chiusdino village and at 5 km you’ll see the beautiful san galgano abbey.

You’ll find at your disposal a big garden with table, chairs and a barbecue to have dinner outside.

Moreover there’s a swimming pool with plenty of chairs and armchairs to relax soaking up the sun.

Parking place is straight outside the building.

In the house there’s a first entrance, a big room with fireplace, two bedrooms with plenty of blankets, two bathrooms with showers and plenty of towels and bathrobes and a big room-composed by a living room and a kitchen- with a double bed-

The comfortable fitchen is fully equipped with dishes, fridge, oven, toast machine and espresso machine.

In the living room you will find at your disposal tv-sat. with dvd and stereo.

In the surrounding of the house there are: a lake and a river for fishing, hiking roads. Wonderful villas once belonging to the medici family, abbey, farms, emotioning views and it’s near to Florence, san galgano, siena and the seaside.

Lovely apartment with all you need for your stay, just as described. The village is lovely, with several restaurants to choose from, we enjoyed a music gig one evening in the square! We only found the panificio at the end of our stay, right down the hill rather than left into the old part of the village. Great cappuccini e pasta!!

Tres bon logement (accessoires de cuisine a revoir genre poele). Piscine top. Par contre très excentré de tout. Pour les courses pour avoir 1 supermarché compter 40min, il y a bien 2 superettes dans le village ....Tres beau village, agreable a se promené.Propriétaire très reactif via whatsapp.Machine a laver très appréciable.

Alles super außer die Nachbarn

Eigentlich würden wir 5 Sterne geben.Wohnung war schönSitzplatz im Garten lädt ein länger wach zu bleibenZikaden zu lauschen.Aber man ist nicht alleindie Familie,die dort wohnt, mag keine Kinder und ihr Hund auch nicht.

Sommerurlaub mit Mittelalterflair

Es ist immer wieder schön in Chiusdino. Wir lieben diese Stadt und das Domizil. Familie Poggi ist sehr freundlich und die Übergabe klappte wie immer wunderbar. Wir haben eine angenehme Woche bei traumhaftem Wetter verbracht und werden gerne wieder herkommen.

Eine andere Welt

Chiusdino ist eine Kleinstadt auf der Spitze eines Hügels, abgeschieden von der "modernen Zivilisation", zwanzig Kilometer entfernt vom nächsten, echten Supermarkt und nicht zu jeder Tageszeit mit GPS-Abdeckung. Obwohl der Ort in den 60er-Jahren stehen geblieben ist, war das Haus modern eingerichtet mit Satellitenempfang, DVD-Player und freiem W-LAN. Die Küche mit Gasherd und - ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank war klein aber zweckmäßig. Badezimmer, 2 WC, 2 Duschen, aber viel wichtiger war natürlich der Pool hinter dem Haus. Etwa drei Meter auf sechs Meter und ein Meter fünfunddreißig tief, perfekt kalt bei achtunddreißig Grad Außentemperatur. Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohnungen, von denen eine die ganze Zeit leer stand. Die Liegen und Stühle am Pool waren nummeriert und den Wohnungen zugeordnet (mutmaßlich als Corona - Prophylaxe). Die Waschmaschine ist in einem gemeinsam genutzten Raum im Erdgeschoss für alle Bewohner zugänglich. Aus unserer Sicht gab es keine ernsten Gründe zu Beschwerden. P. S. Weder der Gastgeber noch seine Familie sprechen eine Fremdsprache. Dafür ist er sehr nett, und seine Tochter Rebecca ist sehr gut in Scharade.

Wir waren wie schon die letzten beiden Male begeistert von der Ferienwohnung und dem schönen Ort in dem sie sich befindet. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche.

Sehr schöner Toskanaurlaub

Wir waren wie letztes Jahr schon sehr zufrieden mit diesem Domizil und kommen sehr gerne wieder her. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchen und Chiusdino hat ein ganz besonderes Flair.

Appartamento con passaggio in giardino in comune con altre tre unità così come la piscina, non ad uso esclusivo. La casa molto umida e poco luminosa , non riscontrata una pulizia di livello sufficiente. Approssimativa l’accoglienza, senza spiegazioni sul funzionamento della tv e della lavatrice (ad uso per 2 appartamenti) non specificato nella descrizione. Da non consigliare per la nostra esperienza negativa.

Urlaub mit Pool

Es hat uns sehr gefallen in Chiusdino! Die Ferienwohnung war wunderbar, alles war in bester Ordnung. Die Übergabe durch Paolo hat sehr gut geklappt. Auch die Nachbarn waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement confotable et bien situé

Appartement confortable et bien equipé en rez de jardin au sein d'une maison composée de 4 appartements loués par Paolo et son frère. Nous avons eu la chance de n'être que 2 locataires et de bénéficier de la terrasse et de la piscine la plupart du temps pour nous tout seul. Bien située, la maison est à seulement 5 mn a pied du joli village de chiusdino permettant de rayonner dans le sud et l'Ouest de la Toscane. Paolo est très accueillant et répondra à toutes vos questions en Italien seulement mais avec Google traduction et les gestes on arrive à se comprendre.

Super vacanza in un collinare idilliaco

Abbiamo quattro trascorso 10 giorni nella casa di Chiusdino. Paolo è un proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è pulito. L'arredamento è buono e pratico. Nel soggiorno vi è anche un bel camino e la legna necessità è stata anche fornita da Paola! La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e preparare il cibo. I letti sono materassi molto buoni. La piscina era pulita ogni giorno e il giardino è ben curato. Abbiamo fatto colazione fuori ogni giorno e 2 volte abbiamo usato anche il barbecue. Il giardino è completamente circondata da una recinzione, in modo da poter lasciare il nostro cane correre liberi in giardino. L'appartamento sembra pulito, abbiamo fatto la maggior parte di shopping a piedi. Tutto sommato un grande appartamento a un prezzo ragionevole. Ci siamo sentiti molto confortevole e sarà a volte essere di nuovo felice. Chiusdino è una città molto bella su una bellissima collina con una splendida vista in Toscana. Come base per esplorare la Toscana e le sue numerose attrazioni ben posizionato. Molto può essere raggiunto in circa 1 ora.

Schöner Urlaub auf einem Traumhaften Hügel

Wir haben zu viert 10 Tage in dem Haus in Chiusdino verbracht. Paolo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Einrichtung ist gut und zweckmässig. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ausserdem ein schöne Feuerstelle und das benötige Holz ist ebenfalls von Paola bereitgestellt worden! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so zum Kochen und Essenvorbereiten braucht. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben jeden Tag draussen gefrühstückt und 2 Mal haben wir auch den Gartengrill benutzt. Der Garten ist komplett mit Zaun umgeben, so dass wir unseren Hund frei im Garten rumtollen lassen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt relativ Zentral, wir haben die meisten Einkäufe zu Fuss erledigt. Allem in Allem eine tolle Wohnung zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Chiusdino ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen auf einem schönen Hügel mit toller Sicht in die Toskana. Als Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Toskana und ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten gut gelegen. Vieles ist in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen.

"Environnement très agréa...

"Environnement très agréable au calme. Propriétaire sympathique et à notre demande si besoin. Bonne équipement générale dans l''appartement. Seul point négatif on nous parle bien de la machine à laver collective mais pas du fait qu''il faut la payer dommage que ça ne soit pas écrit clairement dans l''annonce pour éviter les surprises de dernière minutes! Je conseil vivement la location bien situé en haut des collines au calme mais toutefois non loin des commerces et lieu à visiter."

"The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped; Chiusdino is lovely place with splendid characteristic; we had only two day of bad weather the rest was good like the internet connection especially the warmth of the fireplace. "Un bell''appartamento, spazioso e fornito di ogni cosa necessaria. Dei padroni di casa simpatici e disponibili. Una casa in posizione panoramica, con vista sul paese e le colline circostanti, in special modo dalla comodissima piscina. Un centro tranquillo, in posizione ventilata e fuori da eccessivi flussi turistici ma abbastanza centrale rispetto alle principali destinazioni (un''ora per andare a San Gimignano e un''ora per arrivare al mare). E'' vero, ci sono curve in quantità, ma non si può avere tutto da una vacanza al tempo stesso di grande interesse e rilassante."

"Io, mio marito, la mia famiglia...tutti concordi nel trovare l'alloggio spazioso, molto accogliente, ben arredato...in poche parole dotato di tutti i comforts. Panorama fantastico dalle finestre della casa, piscina sempre pulita ed in ordine. Luogo rilassante per chi, come noi, era in cerca di serenità e rifugio dalla vita frenetica di città. Godibilissimo il giardino con i tavolini ed il barbecue. Proprietari affabilissimi e solleciti nel fornire informazioni e nel risolvere i nostri piccoli, a volte immaginari, problemi. Torneremo sicuramente. Da provare in piena estate visto che si è al riparo dall'afa che regna altrove. Sabrina e Toni"

Accommodation of highest standard: well-equipped, perfectly clean, spacious, comfortable swimming-pool, impressive surroundings and perfectly located for exploring Tuscany.
