The perfect way to experience Florence!

This apartment exceeded my expectations! Nice air conditioned, it provided the needed respite from the crazy hot July temps. The apartment is also conveniently located, with all attractions within walking distance. Leonardo is the BEST VRBO host I've ever had and went out of his way to make sure I had a great stay.

Deliziosa

Il sig. Leonardo è un ottimo proprietario: attento, preciso e pronto ad offrire consigli sulle attività, musei da visitare e cose da fare a Firenze e dintorni. Disponibile ancor prima del soggiorno. La casa è deliziosa e dotata di ciò che potrebbe servire per un soggiorno di più giorni. La libreria ricca di libri è un surplus che arricchisce la casa. L'unica cosa che andrebbe migliorata è la biancheria da letto: pulita senza ombra di dubbio, ma ha visto tempi migliori. Se dovessimo tornare la sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

Appartement cosy dans un quartier calme

L'appartement de Leonardo est idéalement situé dans une ruelle au calme, mais à 5 minutes à pied des quartiers animés de Santa Croce et de Sant'Ambrogio. Leonardo a été flexible sur l'accueil et nous a donné des informations très précises pour pouvoir entrer en son absence. Il nous ensuite a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour partir à la découverte culturelle et gastronomique du quartier. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, bref un pied-à-terre idéal pour partir à la découverte de Florence.

Charming apartment. Great location

I enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and in good location. The owner, Leonardo, was very helpful with getting settled and provided lots of cool tips for local places to go. I plan to stay again next time im back in florence!

L'appartamento é molto accogliente e perfetto sia per famiglie che per ragazzi. Posizione ottimale, in quanto si trova a circa 15 min a piedi dal centro e in una zona tranquilla ma comunque fornita di supermercati e locali per la sera. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, fornisce anche consigli utili sul soggiorno a Firenze. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Casa confortevole, comoda, calda e attrezzata. Proprietario gentile e presente.

La casa è a pochi minuti da Santa Croce, in una via silenziosa e poco trafficata, ma comoda per raggiungere a piedi molti luoghi di interesse. Vicino tanti ristoranti, supermercati, persino un fornito mercato (non solo alimentare, ma anche dell'antiquariato). La casa è confortevole, calda, provvista di tutto quello che occorre, anche dei fondamentali di cucina che non sempre si portano dietro e poi si deve correre a comprare. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e presente. Soggiorno perfetto per iniziare l'anno! Consigliatissimo.

Angenehme und gut gelegene Wohnung

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zentrum von Florenz kann zu Fuß erreicht werden und trotzdem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Appartement confortable dans un quartier sympathique proche du centre

Appartement assez spacieux, bien conçu et correctement équipé, dans un immeuble très calme. Propriétaire très prévenant (qui est revenu nous apporter un deuxième jeu de clés). Le dossier préparé avec tout ce qui est proche, marché, supermarchés, petits cafés et restos nous a été très utile, ainsi que le plan des arrêts de bus, et toute la documentation sur Florence. L'appartement est très clair, donne sur un jardin et une petite rue peu passante. Le quartier pourtant proche du centre n'est pas saturé de touristes. Nous avons adoré faire nos courses au marché Sant'Ambrogio, un vrai marché populaire italien, et bien aimé les petites rues alentours, avec enoteca, glacier. Nous retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Centrico y tranquilo

El apartamento està centrico y amplio,estubimos bastante comodos.Toallas y sabanas limpia aunque en general le hacía falta una limpieza màs a fodo sobre todo el menaje de la cocina.En el precio total no venia especificado que nos cobrarian aparte 2,50 por persona y día por tasas de turismo,creo que eso se debería especificar al dar el presupuesto. Leonardo nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos.

Zentral, schön, aber wenig kulant

Wir haben unseren mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Florenz genossen und uns in der kleinen FeWo wohl und heimelig gefühlt; Einrichtung und Standard entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Leider war uns beim Küchentisch aus altem Holz ein Missgeschick passiert: Wasser hinterließ bleibende Flecken in der Politur bzw. Oberfläche, der Vermieter zeigte sich im Nachgang wenig kulant und behielt die gesamte Kaution ein. Also Achtung beim Küchentisch ;)

Pied à terre idéal pour une escapade à Florence

L'appartement est idéalement situé : à la lisière du centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied. Mais en même temps c'est un immeuble et une rue très calme, à l'écart des flux de touristes, et on vit au milieu des florentins. L'église Santa Croce et l'Arno sont à quelques centaines de mètres. De même pour le marché aux beaux produits frais, et plein de petits commerçants (pâtisseries, enoteca, antiquaires, ...) + 2 petits supermarchés où on trouve tout le nécessaire. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos : meublé avec goût, un beau carrelage typique, bien équipé (à part peut-être qu' il manquerait un petit four ..), bien chauffé (nous étions en hiver) et avec la mezzanine suffisamment grand pour 4 . Leonardo est de bon conseil pour tout ce qu'il y a à voir, voire à manger et à boire à Florence. Bref, l'appartement à choisir pour visiter Florence, à deux ou en famille...

Einzigartige Lage in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, liegt an einer ruhigen kleinen Straße, nur 5 Minuten von Santa Maria de la Croce entfernt und bietet zum Hof hinaus einen Blick in Gärten und in der Ferne bis weit in die Berge. Leonardo ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber. Das Bett ist breit und ausreichend komfortabel. Die sanitäre Einrichtung im Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen.

L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi dal centro storico, conviene per una famiglia con 2 bambini. Pero' manca un po' di pulizia : coperte non proprio pulite e polvere un po' ovunque. Se no, proprietario molto accogliente e ci spiega tutto quel che si puo' fare in città e dove parcheggiare la macchina. Molto disponibile.

Muy agradable

El apartamento era tal y como estaba descrito. Muy acogedor y agradable, hemos estado como en casa. Dentro de la zona peatonal de Florencia aunque lo suficientemente alejada del centro con lo que la estancia ha sido muy tranquila. El propietario muy amable, nos dio todo lujo de detalles y explicaciones sobre el apartamento, la ciudad, los sitios a visitar y los restaurantes más recomendados. Nos dió todo tipo de facilidades para que la estancia fuera estupenda. Totalmente recomendable para aquellos que buscan comodidad sin grandes lujos y que quieren tranquilidad en el apartamento. Las camas eran cómodas y limpias, aunque la limpieza en general del apartamento podría ser mejor. Lo único que echamos en falta fue un microondas. Por lo demás todo perfecto!! Relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Volveríamos encantados-.

Un appartement agréable et tres bien situé

Leonardo nous a très bien accueillis et conseillés. L'appartement est calme, à 2 mn du marché et 10 mn de l'hypercentre. Tres bien équipé sauf un four micro onde, mais Leonardo s'en occupe ! Une tres bonne adresse pour découvrir Florence.

Parfait !

Quartier calme, à l'écart des touristes, voiture inutile pour visiter Florence, tous les sites sont accessibles à pied. Le logement est impeccable, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la clim ! Leonardo a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Il a été de très bon conseil pour les restaurants et a pris de nos nouvelles pendant notre séjour, merci Leonardo ! En résumé, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour via delle Casine et recommandons vivement cette adresse !
