Bel appartement (45 mètres carrés) dans la Via Fiesolana au coeur de Florence avec une magnifique terrasse de 17 m². L'appartement est situé dans un beau quartier central et caractéristique de la ville au troisième étage d'un immeuble élégant (il n'y a pas d'ascenseur), à 5 minutes à pied de la Piazza Santa Croce et de la Piazza Duomo et à 10 minutes à pied de la Piazza Signoria , Musée des Offices, Ponte Vecchio. La zone où il se trouve a de nombreux magasins et restaurants. A quelques pas du marché aux puces et du marché alimentaire historique de Sant'Ambrogio. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double, d'un canapé-lit, d'une kitchenette, d'une salle de bains avec douche, de la climatisation et du chauffage et d'un réseau Wi-Fi gratuit pour la connexion Internet. Amazing location in Florence! Just a short walk to everything you want to see, yet on a very quiet street.Incredible bonus to have a huge (and private) terrace.Supermarket right around the corner. Farmers' market just a couple of blocks away. Marco was amazing with lots of great advice (Mr. Pizza!) and, very kindly, met us well after check-in time. If you're looking to stay on this side of the river, you can't beat this apartment.

We walked out every day and saw the Florence Dome! There were tons of restaurants, stores and markets right outside our door. Check in was easy and the host was great.

No paper towels. One roll of toilet paper.. no shower stuff. Detergent for washing machine or softener picture showed the Duomo in the background. It is not there unfortunately, I left the moka pot on and melted the handle. So sorry.

Easy to reach property from the train station on foot. We found the stairs fine to climb. The building was quiet and a peaceful oasis in the busy city. The apartment was clean and modern. Marco helped us with any question we asked and we loved his recommendations for eating or what to visit. Great local supermarket round the corner with everything you would need. We walked everywhere and there were many types of restaurants and bars to suit any taste. We walked over 90,000 steps in a week as Florence was the city that kept on giving. Had a really lovely stay at the property in Florence. Great communication and directions with Marco. He met us at the property and showed us around and how things worked, very friendly. Apartment was just what we required, well equipped kitchen and good sized balcony. Would stay here again if we visit Florence again. Would recommend.

Good apartment within walking distance of all sites

Great spot for a couple and only 10-15 min walk to most major areas. Host was easy to communicate with and had no issues. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs as apartment is on top floor and bed is on a loft up steep stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue, this is an excellent choice.

Why do people invest into a renovation and furniture and then go on the cheap side? To provide a hand soap, dish sponge, a laundry pod, an extra garbage bag, paper towels, etc will cost a few euro. But release people from running to the shop to buy all these small necessities. And gosh, hire someone to clean this place. Not just spread the dust with a broom.The place is heavily perfumed, I assume to hide the sewage smell (which is very subtle, btw). The location is perfect. The balcony is wonderful. The bed is comfortable.The room is dark though (replacing broken lightbulbs might help)And it was the only place in Italy where tourist taxes were charged on the top of the total charge for the appointment. General impression: some care from the people who are running this place could be wonderful. Not everything is about money, isn't it?

We stayed for 2 nights in Florence and this was the perfect apartment for what we needed. My partner and I went to the grocery store (which is just around the corner) and picked up some things to make breakfasts, lunch. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but should be all you need for shorter stays. Marco (who checks you in) is kind, welcoming and thorough. He gave us many recommendations and answered all of our questions. The apt is in walking distance from everything you need, food, nature, city, etc. We 100% recommend this place.

Good value for people who dont mind stairs

The location could not be more central, your less than 10 min walk from the duomo. It is great for 2 people who aren't afraid of stairs. We counted 75 stairs to the 4th floor (where your apartment is) also there are some really steep stairs to the bed room. All of this considered, we still really enjoyed our stay and just had to make absolutely sure we were ready to desend to prevent too many leg workouts! Marco (the person who met us) was wonderful and gave us any information we asked for. We enjoyed our time in Florence and having an apartment with a comfortable king sized bed, a washing machine, and a large patio made it fantastic!

Great little spot in Florence, close to everything!

This was our first trip to Italy, and we really had no idea where to stay in Florence, so we were really taking a chance on wherever we booked. I knew we wanted somewhere with a balcony and somewhat close to town. This apartment was both. Unfortunately it was raining both when we arrived and when we left, so we had to walk 20 minutes from the train station to the apartment with our luggage. Luckily, we only had carry-ons! Our host, Marco was so great with communication, replied to all of my messages super quick and was ready to meet us at the apartment. He was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some great advice and recommendations of restaurants and entertainment. The apartment was a good size with a cute little kitchen. The balcony was charming and also a good size. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit while we were there, so we didn't really get to enjoy it all that much. The bed was located above in a loft area. BEWARE! The stairs to get up to the loft are very steep and very narrow with only a railing on one side. We tried to avoid going upstairs as much as possible. The bathroom is quite tiny, but served it's purpose. I would suggest adding a hook on the wall outside of the shower so that there is somewhere to hang your towel. There is a small washing machine located in the kitchen that is very quick and efficient. However, there is no dryer, which I guess is typical in Italy. But once we washed our clothes, it really wasn't possible to hang them outside to dry.

Dear Patrice, Thank you so much for your feedback, my apologies for the hot weather.. just for clarity, the terrace need to be protected due to birds flying on the roofs. Regarding the elevator, we indicated it in the apartment description and it’s not possible to have it because the building has constraints due to historical obligations in Florence city center. Très bien situé et bien agencé, l’appartement vous permet de vous détendre au cœur de Florence

Nous avons pu nous reposer au calme dans cet appartement situé au cœur de Florence avec une terrasse charmante . Il est bien équipé, notamment avec la Clim très silencieuse mais efficace. Seul bémol, le four ne fonctionne plus et salle de bain très étriquée.

Excellent séjour de 4 jours à Florence. L’air climatisé nous a sauvé de la chaleur de l’été.

Tel que convenu, Angelo est venu nous rejoindre à la propriété 30 minutes après avoir reçu notre appel. Bel accueil. L’appartement a plusieurs points positifs: la terrasse, la tranquillité la propreté, la localisation, le lit confortable. Santa Croce est un quartier très vivant en soirée avec des terrasses achalandées et nous avons beaucoup aime le marché Sant’Ambrogio à proximité. Nous avons facilement marché pour visiter les points d’interêt de Florence.

Very conveniently located and well-equipped apartment, with a pleasant terrasse, but climbing up to the third floor and to the inside mezzanine bedroom may be tiring for senior tourists in the long run. Several private (not cheap) parking facilities in the same street are an additional asset.
