Delightful apartment with private terrace in the heart of Florence

Regarding the air conditioning, after your report we had it checked by a technician, who confirmed that it was working correctly. During the exceptionally hot days of your stay, the unit had to operate continuously at maximum capacity to maintain a comfortable temperature, which can make it noisier than usual. As for the mattress, we understand that comfort is subjective. However, many of our previous guests have specifically appreciated the comfort of both the bed and the mattress, as reflected in numerous reviews. Regarding the mezzanine staircase, guest safety is very important to us. The staircase is equipped with double handrails and is accurately shown in the listing photos, allowing guests to evaluate whether it suits their needs. Finally, the apartment is clearly described as being on the third floor without an elevator, which is very common in historic buildings in the center of Florence. We always strive to provide accurate information so that guests know exactly what to expect, and we appreciate all feedback that helps us continue improving.

Dear Patrice, Thank you so much for your feedback, my apologies for the hot weather.. just for clarity, the terrace need to be protected due to birds flying on the roofs. Regarding the elevator, we indicated it in the apartment description and it’s not possible to have it because the building has constraints due to historical obligations in Florence city center.
