This was a very unique place to stay! Felt like we were living the Florence dream with all the modern amenities. The host was very informative about the area and stays on sight if you need anything. It was great to have a Washing machine to clean our clothes after cruise and before continuing our Italian vacation. The city is easy to navigate from its location, just several feet from Santa Croce plazza. Beautiful place to visit. Took a Chianti wine tour from here, a pasta cooking class and toured Pitti Palace, all were within walking distance from the apartment. Walked much of the city easily with the map provided by the host. Plenty of great places to eat right around the unit. Thank you for a great stay.

The location was great, with a parking garage right across the street that was also really good. Tons of communication at check in, he answered all of our questions and gave good recommendations on food. The only thing we had an issue with was the expectation that we would take the trash out (which was two blocks away), we wouldn’t have a problem doing it, but we paid an extra 50 cleaning fee. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The apartment was perfectly located, central and easy to walk everywhere but not on a busy loud street so it was very quiet. Half a block from Santa Maria Della Croce church and piazza and a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio. A supermarket was just a few blocks away if needed. The apartment is spacious and had most everything you might need for a short stay. I was greeted by Silvano who showed me everything necessary and was kind enough to watch my bags upon my checkout until I got a cab. I highly recommend this apartment for one or two and will definitely stay again on my next trip to Florence. Thanks for everything. Grazie per tutti!

Lovely apartment in a great location, check-in was easy and the tour of the apartment and explanation of how to use everything and where to drop off the garbage was very thorough. The air conditioner had an issue at point but my partner just unplugged it and then plugged it back in and it worked again. The price was great for how big the apartment was and its amazing location. Would definitely stay there again!

Old world charm steps from the Piazza of Santa Croce, we loved this accommodation! Clean, quiet and cool, and with the modern conveniences. A cute little kitchen if you want to cook but we just used it for coffee and breakfast. We needed that washing machine after a week of traveling! The location was easy to find and within walking distance of all the big attractions. The check-in was quite easy and the host was very gracious. A welcome retreat each day from the busy streets but so easy to pop down the stairs to pick up anything you need. (no elevator but only one floor up) Highly recommended!
