Wunderschönes Panorama

Schöne, grosszügige Wohnung im oberen Stock eines 3-Familien-Hauses. Hübsch eingerichtet, Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Lage etwas oberhalb von Ricadi Lido. Fussweg zum Strand möglich, jedoch ziemlich steiler Rückweg.

Dejlig feriebolig, fantastiske værter

Dejlig tryg atmosfære, for udlejerne er nærværende på den gode måde og hjalp med alt vi spurgte om. Vores hund og kat var også særdeles velkomne. Selve boligen fungerede fint til os. Balkonen var særlig vigtig for os og levede op til vores ønske om udsigt og størrelse. I gå afstand findes der et lille supermarked med mange forskellige varer og en del restauranter. Stranden er også gåafstand.

la posizione ottima certo affettuare dei lavori nei giorni in cui siamo andati in ferie penso non sia idoneo,uno si alzava certo non tardi per andare al mare ma dal fatto che i muratori arrivano presto a volte ci svegliavamo per i loro rumori. se capita gente un po piu anziana che il pomeriggio volevare riposarsi era un bel problema per i rumori che provenivano... cmq alla fine non del tutto soddisfatto

Leider eine Enttäuschung

Das Inserat, Ferienhaus 90qm mit diesem herrlichen Ausblick hat uns dazu bewogen, hier Urlaub zu machen. Allerdings ist es für uns eine große Enttäuschung geworden. Das Ferienhaus war in Wahrheit eine Ferienwohnung, die angegebenen 90qm höchstens 60-70. Einen Garten gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist dunkel und abends nur mit Taschenlampe zu gehen. Das die Ausstattung einfach sein würde, war uns fast klar, so dass wir Reinigungsmittel, Lappen und Trockentücher, Pfanne, Wasserkocher etc. selbst mitgebracht haben. Aber das wir tatsächlich nur 5 Messer und 4 kleine Löffel hatten, in einer Wohnung, die 6+ Personen beherbergen soll! Die Dusche ist winzig, alt, verdreckt, wir haben ewig geschruppt und eklig viele Haare und schwarzen Schimmel entfernt. Die Tische sind fleckig, die Stühle ebenso, Auflagen oder Tischdecke gibt es nicht. Die Zimmer sind winzig, es gibt einen kleinen vlt. 1,5m hohen Schrank, der nur beschränkt für Wäsche geeignet ist und es ist in 2 der 3 Zimmer auch nicht möglich, einen offenen Koffer neben das Bett zu legen. Die Betten sind hart, die Lattenroste mit Kabelbinder und Klebeband festgemacht. Der eigenartige Gestank in einem der Zimmer wurde durch eine tote Eidechse unter dem Bett verursacht. Ohne in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt, mussten wir für Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort bezahlen. Die bestand aus einer kleinen dünnen Fleecedecke pro Person und alten Laken, die in einer Holzkiste lagen und durch uns erst einmal gewaschen werden mussten. Die Handtücher waren verschlissen. Bei allem Verständnis für Einfachheit, diese Wohnung ist ohne Veränderung nicht bewohnbar. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist jedoch super. Der überdachte Balkon auch bei Regen nutzbar. Hier könnte es wirklich schön sein! Wir sind vor allem enttäuscht, weil wir uns wirklich betrogen fühlen, sowohl von der Anzeige, den Bildern, die deutlich verzerrt sind, wie auch von den Zuständen vor Ort. Der Hausherr war sehr freundlich und höflich, sowohl bei der Begrüßung, wie auch beim Verabschieden, aber offenbar überfordert.

Un diamante grezzo

Accoglienza fredda e distaccata. L' appartamento di per sé bello e spazioso, vista dalla terrazza impagabile. Purtroppo la poca cura degl'interni e soprattutto dell'arredamento, composto da mobili di recupero, così come le stoviglie (le uniche 2 pentole esistenti, per la cottura della pasta, una padella ed un pentolino completamente incrostato "inutilizzabile", una caffettiera ammuffita, neanche un asciuga capelli, hanno reso un soggiorno poco confortevole. Mancata fornitura di sacchetti per la raccolta differenziata e/o secchi idonei dell'amministrazione Comunale per garantire un regolare smaltimento. Materiali per l'l'igiene della casa e detergenti non in dotazione. Alla riconsegna delle chiavi, la solita freddezza, dei proprietari che non sono neanche usciti di casa per salutare, pur vivendo nel solito comprensorio al pian terreno. Peccato, un gran potenziale a disposizione gestito in maniera pessima

Trop de bruit et résidences non conforme à l'annonce française.

Nous n'avons jamais vu le proprietaire. La maison annoncée était en fait un appartement avec parking commun en guise de jardin. La climatisation s'est avérée payante. L'environnement de boîtes de nuit en plein air hurlant jusqu'à minuit tous les soirs et le chemin de fer à 10 mètres. Absence totale de linge et équipement plus que spartiate. La vue seule en effet est magnifique.
