Family holiday

We had a great stay here. It was a lovely quiet place to stay near enough Seville for some little excursions - I would say you need a car if you are staying here for sure. Victoria was super kind and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay in Victoria‘s House and Garden. The new Pool ist only one Highlight. Everything was very clean, perfectly equipped household, beautiful large Garden with Orange, Lemon and fig trees. The contact with Victoria and her husband was lovely and pleasant. I will definitely come again.

Absolutely Perfect

The property is located outside of Saville in good proximity to the airport and nicely away from all the traffic and tourists. A car rental is an absolute must , which allows for for exploring and only 60 euros for the whole week. Victoria's villa is perfect and equipped with everything that you could ask for. Peaceful , idyllic, orange trees, pomegranates ....lemons all growing in the garden , lovely pool . We will definatly be returning soon.

Life in an orange grove

This roomy, colorful, and comfortable home afforded us a perfect winter getaway for 19 days in southern Spain. The property is situated in a rural suburb on the north edge of Sevilla. Access to the city center is possible by catching a bus from the nearby town of Valdezorra, a ten-minute walk from the house. For longer trips to surrounding areas of Andalucia, we used our rental car. Worth noting: there is a large modern shopping area complete with a Costco warehouse 15 minutes drive from the house. One of the best parts of the property is its large and private yard filled with orange and lemon trees. At the time of our visit the oranges were ripe. Apparently picking rights are part of the rental. The daily delicious oranges were a real bonus. The owners could not have been any kinder or more responsive to our needs, the skies any bluer, or the temperatures any more pleasant. Enthusiastically recommended.

Wonderful week in Seville - even better house.

We are not long back from our trip to this wonderful house, and already wish that we could return. We flew into Seville airport, and it was refreshing to only have to spend around 10-15 minutes in the car before getting to the property. We were treated to a very thorough and informative show around the house by Victoria and then left to our own devices for a week! The house has everything that you could possibly need to stay for any length of time. The WIFI works well, even outside, and the Air Con (which is necessary for a little before bed-time during the summer) is a nice relief. All kitchen equipment is there and seems almost new. The real highlights of the property for us were the lovely pool, and the different seating areas around the house which let you either stay in or out of the sun at any time. We had many great trips during the day, to Jerez, Cadiz, Carmona and a few others, as well as Seville of course. The trips to these cities are made much easier by the short distance to the motorways, although you are far enough away to avoid any noise from either the motorway or the airport. All in all this is one of the best places that we have stayed, in Spain or elsewhere, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

RURAL LIVING AT ITS BEST!

This is a delightful house in a wonderful location. It’s very rural, surrounded by farmland, yet less than 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the motorway system and a 15-minute walk to Valdezorras – and the bus to Sevilla. There is so much space surrounding the house: a very large garden with the good-sized swimming pool, an orchard beyond, and a chicken coop. The orchard has orange and lemon trees (lots of fruit) as well as pomegranate and fig trees (the fruits were not yet in season). Victoria kindly allowed us to pick oranges and lemons as we wished – and to avail of eggs from the chicken coop … so, fresh orange juice and eggs for breakfast! Inside, the house is very comfortable with everything provided. And the air-conditioning meant we could sleep contentedly at night. And all the time we had the company of the two very friendly cats, Psihi and Moníca … Valdezorras is so well located for visiting Savilla – the No.16 bus service is great – as well as places further afield such as Jerez, Cádiz, the beach at Matalascaña and Parque Donaña, all of which we visited. Fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Victoria is a lovely host and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The house itself is gorgeous, with fantastic gardens and pool. Very close to Seville and excellent proximity to the airport, but very quiet and far away from any noisy main roads. The cats and peacocks are an added bonus! Would stay again without a second thought.

Einfach Großartig

Meine Familie hatte 11 großartige Tage im Domizil von Victoria am Rande von Sevilla. Haus und Grundstück sind super schick, das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Dabei ist das Haus auch noch absolut außergewöhnlich gestaltet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und echt ein Blickfang. In den Ort kann man gemütlich hinlaufen, um kleinere Besorgungen zu manchen oder nett essen zu gehen. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und groß mit eigenen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, dessen unglaublich leckeren Früchte wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben😊. Victoria und ihr Mann sind super liebenswert Menschen, sie fragen immer ob was benötigt wird, obwohl wirklich bereits alles vorhanden ist:), helfen, geben Tipps, einfach toll. Gekrönt wurde dieses schöne außergewöhnliche Domizil mit der Hauseigenen Katze „Monika“, deren Abschied -vor allem meinen Kindern- sehr schwer viel. Wirklich eines der besten Unterkünfte, welche wir bisher hatten. Nochmal Danke für alles😊

A perfect holiday home

This was the second time we spent a week in this lovely house and we immediately felt at home again. This place really is the perfect holiday home for us: it's well equipped, cosy, bright, warm and sunny! The house has everything you need and is in a great location, very peaceful but close to Sevilla city centre. And we love the cats :-) The owners are very welcoming and friendly, easy to communicate with. Of course we hope to go back again!!

Très beau séjour et maison super bien situé

Maison très bien située près de Séville. Les propriétaires de ce bien étaient très accueillant et très sympathique. Le jardin avec la piscine etaient splendide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison. Ce n'est que du bonheur et vive seville.

A little bit of heaven near Seville

Quiet, cute place on outskirts of Seville

If you are planning on lots of day trips near Sevilla, then house is perfect as very easy to drive to Cordoba, Cadiz, etc. from home, as it eliminates the headaches and costs of parking in Seville. However, if you plan to spend most of your time in Sevilla proper, then you May want to just stay in the city center as you’ll still have to drive and park within the city regardless. If you do go to Seville, search for the one Euro one day parking as the price can’t be beat! The house is brightly painted, well equipped for cooking, surrounded by orange trees and amazing tasting pomegranates. It’s perfect for outdoor bbqs and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They’ve even got a ping pong table and cats that clamor for your attention. Assuming you like walking or running, which I do, you can easily walk into the small town less than a kilometer away for bread, restaurants and other basics, but don’t expect a picture postcard town square to spend your days in. For the most part you’ll be driving to get to the tourist spots you’ll want to go. The owner is super friendly and you really feel like you’re staying at grandma’s country home, as she really does exude the Spanish warmth that you hear about.

What a lovely house!

We just spent a week in this fantastic place and didn't want to leave. We loved it! What we liked most: the bright, vivid colours in every room, the cosy living room with fireplace, the sun shining through the many windows, practical layout of the house, well equipped kitchen, big garden with fresh oranges, peacefulness and tranquillity, homey feel of the house, location near to Sevilla city centre and last but not least the cute cats. M Victoria was very friendly, a welcoming fire was burning in the fireplace when we arrived. Would love to go back, definitely recommended!

Vacaciones estupendas

No tengo ninguna pega que decir. La casa incluso mejor que en las fotos (la primera vez que nos pasa). Si lo que buscas es desconectar de la ciudad y estar tranquilo la recomiendo al 100%. Aún así todo queda cerca con el coche. Ideal para niños también. Cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar tanto en cocina como en el resto de la casa y el exterior. La dueña de la casa muy atenta de que estuviéramos bien y nos faltará de nada. Sin duda una de las mejores casas en las que nos hemos alojado mi marido y yo.

Super Séjour!

Merveilleux séjour, dépaysant, beau temps et tranquillité. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sous le signe du repos. La maison se trouve dans un endroit tranquille et il n'y a absolument aucun bruit. Même si l'aéroport se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture, nous n'entendons pas du tout les avions. La piscine est très propre et en excellent état. Suffisamment grande pour pouvoir s'amuser, sauter et faire quelques longueurs. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et la maison est très propre. Beaucoup d'arbres fruitiers, si vous aimez les oranges, les figues et les citrons ! Il y a aussi 2 chats très mignons qui n'attendent qu'à être câliner, ainsi que des poules pour avoir des oeufs frais :) Nous reviendrons c'est certains ! Merci pour tout Victoria ! Sonia et Louis

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Séville. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour avec des enfants. C'était merveilleux d'avoir des oranges du jardin le matin... La maison est idéalement située à quelques kilomètres du centre de Séville et à proximité de l'aéroport. Il y a également des adresses moins touristiques et très sympathiques dans le village à côté de la maison. Un grand merci à Victoria, à son mari et à leurs amis qui ont su nous accueillir chaleureusement et rapidement malgré notre arrivée un peu déroutante ...

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt optimal in der Nähe des Flughafens und der Innenstadt von Sevilla. Die Anfahrt zum Haus verlief, Dank der Beschreibung unserer Vermieterin M. Victoria, ohne Probleme. Das Haus ist wirklich so wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben die Säfte der herrlichen Orangenbäume, Zitronenbäume und Pomelobäume genossen. Auf Grund der Lage des Hauses ist die Privatsphäre gegeben. Mit High-Speed W-Lan kommt man bei Bedarf schnell ins Netz. Sogar frische Brötchen kann man im Tante Emma Laden im Dorf besorgen. Für sparsame Urlauber ist Lidl und Aldi nur ca. 4 km entfernt. Wir sind sehr positiv angetan und dies wird wohl nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Hemos pasado 7 dias en casa de Mª Victoria. La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien equipada, hay de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy limpia, acogedora y muy cómoda. Mª Victoria es una anfitriona estupenda. Hay muy buena comunicación con ella y siempre dispuesta a echarte una mano para que la estancia en su casa sea muy agradable. Sin lugar a dudas repetiriamos la experiencia. Un millón de gracia Mª Victoria. Un abrazo desde Oviedo

Bij Sevilla, en toch heerlijk rustig

In oktober 2016 verbleven wij tien dagen in dit huis. Het is gelegen op het Spaanse platteland, net buiten de barriada Valdezorras, op een half uur rijden van het centrum van Sevilla. Een prima uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan deze mooie stad, maar door de ligging is het bovenal een oord van rust. De meeste tijd brachten wij al lezend door in de grote tuin, aan de rand van het zwembad. We voerden de kippen en de poezen, en luisterden naar de vogels. Het huis is gelegen op 15 minuten rijden van het vliegveld, wat uiteraard heel comfortabel is. Daardoor hoor en zie je wel af en toe (een paar keer per dag) een vliegtuig opstijgen, maar daar hadden wij geen last van. Het huis zelf is eenvoudig qua inrichting, hier en daar wat rommelig, maar wat er moet zijn, dat is er. Het maakt een bewoonde indruk. De badkamer is wat klein, maar verder is er ruimte genoeg (al waren wij maar met z'n tweeën). Het huis is vooral heel gezellig. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. We hebben ze twee keer gezien. Via de e-mail waren ze zeer behulpzaam als we iets wilden vragen. Op een dag was er pal naast het huis een landarbeider aan het werk met de autoradio hard aan. Toen we daarover klaagden, was dat snel geregeld: geen last meer van gehad. In Valdezorras is niets te beleven. Er is één restaurant: Caza Juan. U eet er prima temidden van de plaatselijke bevolking in een gezellige en authentieke sfeer. Tapas, maar ook à la carte. Sevilla Este ligt op 10 minuten rijden. Hier vindt u restaurants, winkels en supermarkten. Kortom: voor wie niet uit is op luxe, maar op de rust van het land en toch de stad dichtbij, is dit een ideale plek.

Location sympa proche de Séville

La location est conforme aux descriptifs et commentaires. Elle est proche de l'aéroport et on traverse un quartier sans charme pour y accéder. Concernant, l'aéroport, sa présence ne nous a pas du tout gênée et comme écrit dans un commentaire précédent une fois dans le jardin on oublie le quartier. La maison est bien équipée, et la climatisation était parfaitement fonctionnelle (vraiment nécessaire en plein Août). Le centre de Séville se trouve à a peu près 20 minutes de voiture. On s'est vite habitué au rythme espagnol et nous commencions réellement notre journée vers 16h-17h après avoir lézardé au bord de la piscine, aussi indispensable que la climatisation. Victoria, la propriétaire, nous a demandé de nous occuper des chats et des poules, n'ayant pas d'animaux, nos filles ont vraiment adoré. Le grand jardin est propre et arboré, bref je recommanderai cette maison pour une famille de 5 personnes maxi voulant passer un séjour proche de Séville sans séjourner dans la ville même.
