Complete Garden Villa , House or Chalet, very spacious (180m2), on two floors of 90 m2 each, with air conditioning, in all spaces: living room, dining room and in the 4 bedrooms within a large 500m2 garden, and private pool and exclusive in the garden (operating from the beginning of April to the end of October), for private and exclusive use of the guests.

Located in the city centre at Santa Clara neighborhood , in the center of Seville, 3 km from the Cathedral and the historic center, a safe, quiet and exclusive place of private villa with large gardens.

A maximum of 7 guests can sleep in the rooms, but an extra bed can be placed in the living room, so the maximum capacity is 8 guests, although one would be in the living room..

Large covered porch of 60 m2, with dining room and outdoor lounge, to accommodate 10 guests in complete comfort. Electric barbecue available and sinks on the same porch

The 8x4 meter pool has automatic purification, salt chlorination and automatic PH control, for your comfort and complete safety, with weekly and professional maintenance (every Thursday).

500m2 garden with lemon, orange, olive trees, and all kinds of flowers and plants.

Children welcome: Cot, high chair and children's/baby bath available.

High speed Wi-Fi. 300 mb in all spaces.

Located in the center of Seville, 3 km from the Historic Center / Cathedral.
Very well connected to the historic center (Cathedral) with two buses (Lines 21 and 27), a 5-minute walk from both stops and a 15-minute bus ride to the center.

There are very good supermarkets 3 minutes walk away (Coviran) and large ones (Lidl) 5 minutes walk from the houses. Ready meals take away 3 minutes walk ( Pepi ) .

There are also several restaurants ( more than 6 ) , tapas and cocktail bars in the small Santa Clara shopping center 3 minutes ' walk away .

Very easy access to the train station ( 10 minutes , 10 euros by taxi ) and the airport ( 15 minutes / 20 euros by taxi ) .

Lovely place to stay

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The villa is very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the garden and pool were great. The location was very convenient too. The hosts Fernando and Ana couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. I very much recommend this as a base to visit Seville and the surrounding area.

The perfect place to stay while in Seville. Close to all the attractions with the peace and quiet of a residential home. Met by Fernando as we arrived with a friendly greeting and details to help us settle in. Everything was meticulously prepared and he even extended the pool season so we could enjoy it while we stayed. The outdoor area was beautiful with well maintained grounds and a lovely pool gazebo for dining and lounging. Travel by Uber or Taxi was easy to all the places we wanted to go and walking was safe and secure with restaurants and grocery stores all close by. Our group was 3 couples and 1 single and it suited the house perfectly. Thank you Fernando for sharing such a wonderful place with us!

The host Fernando was amazing! He gave us some food for our first night, as we got in later in the day and didn't have much time for grocery shopping. Very friendly, he speaks great English. Pool was fun for the kids after long days in the sun.

Wonderful host, great place for kids

We had an amazing stay. We came with our 3 young children. The house and garden are very well kept and cleanly. The pool was fantastic for the kids with a perfect sitting area for adults. We took the bus into the city and also found cabs affordable and available. Grocery store and coffee/pastry places are in easy walking distance. Fernando was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. He was extremely friendly and the place was just perfect for the kids with great space for us to stretch out. We would definitely stay here again!

Cant recommend the property & hosts enough. Group of 6 males celebrating 40th birthdays...the villa is in a quiet residential area but only a 5 minute walk to a local supermarket & Aldi for provisions. Uber & Bolt access into Seville all cheap (€10) & relaible, and Seville itself is a magnificent city. The hosts live next door, made to feel very welcome with great communication throughout & always trying to help with tips & plans. Pool & outdoor area were the biggest highlights although the whole property has everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend & also hoping to return in the future. Jim

Fantastic property and Fantastic host

Firstly the communication beforehand and engagement with Fernando when we arrived was excellent. He was so welcoming and such a pleasure to get to speak to him in person. The property is superb. Very clean, the rooms are a good size and the pool area and garden is lovely. It had everything you needed when staying on holiday and the Wi-Fi was very good. The property is in a residential area, so very quiet and there are local supermarkets nearby. To get in to the City the cab fare was roughly €13. The property is also near the airport. For a group of 4 it cost €30. Honestly if you want a quiet relaxing time away you will not be disappointed. Thank you Fernando for your hospitality.

Wonderful place for a family to stay in Sevilla!!

This was our first international trip with our 9 and 11 year old kids. And we'd highly recommend staying at this house for sure!! The house was a 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and it was all we could have hoped for! The house was clean, had a pool, great AC and in a local super safe and quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We rented a car and took day trips around Spain and it was super easy to take a 10 min Uber into the old city and see the sights of Sevilla. Our host left us a fridge full of wine, bagels, bread, milk, OJ, croissants, butter, jam etc. so we had stuff for breakfast the next day. He was so communicative, helpful and even took us sailing on his sailboat in Cadiz a beach town an hour away from Sevilla. He was a generous, helpful and gracious host. We'd tell anyone with a family to stay here we had the BEST vacation ever!!

Delightful home base

Our extended family group of six had a wonderful week at Fernando’s house. As other reviewers have mentioned, Fernando is a friendly and responsive host. A member of my family has celiac disease which adds some challenge to traveling, and Fernando was able to make great recommendations for finding gluten free groceries. (We were pleased to discover Spain is an easy destination for those who need to eat gluten free. Most restaurants were also very accommodating.) The house is attractive and comfortable. The fourth bedroom, which is not pictured, is small and utilitarian but worked well for our teenager who prizes privacy over elegance. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space is absolutely lovely. The early March weather was too cool to swim in the pool, but we enjoyed sitting outside. The neighborhood is quiet, and yet getting downtown on the bus is easy. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Fantastic and Tranquil Stay

What a fantastic stay in a beautiful property. This location was perfect for a family that is trying to get away and relax, not deal with the bustle and heat of the city. The house is still nearby city center in case you wanted to visit local attractions. We used cabify to go into town and it was very accessible, easy, and cheap. Fernando was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole visit and even checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was in order. The house itself was gorgeous with a pool and had a nice garden setup for outdoor dinners. The neighborhood was very safe. I could not have chosen a better stay and a better host. Definitely booking there again!

Quelques surprises

Une maison très agréable pour la semaine mais nous étions là pour faire la fête : et à peine avions-nous fait une soirée que nous avions reçu un sms le lendemain pour le bruit nous rappelant qu’il est interdit après minuit. Des cafards et fourmi sur la terrasse malgré la terrasse qui est tenue propre. Terrasse très agréable mais gros point négatif : plancha et grill non fonctionnel ( ce qui n’est pas précisé ) et remplacé par une ridiculement petite plancha électrique de 30 cm sur lequel vous ne ferez jamais griller un repas pour 6. Enfin pour le placement, la maison est a 30 min en voiture du centre historique donc soit voiture soit Uber mais sinon plus d’une heure de marche pour sortir. Bref quelque surprises désagréable malgré une location globalement plutôt chouette. Ah. Et le proprio vous demande des fiches d’infos personnelles qui a mon avis sont légèrement borders en sachant qu’Abritel doit déjà lui communiquer pas mal de chose. Sinon clim dans les chambres, portail électrique et place de parking sont très pratiques et « quelques courses sont laissées » pour votre arrivée et il y a en fait largement de quoi faire un petit dej ce qui fut aussi très agréable le premier matin.

Beautiful house with pool in Sevilla

Thank you Anna & Fernando for being wonderful hosts. Made us feel very welcome. We arrived late and there was food and wine in the fridge! This was amazing place to stay , only 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the centre. The house is spacious, with a beautiful garden and pool. Would definitely like to visit again. Great house and location

We had a great holiday in Seville staying at Fernando and Anna’s house. Excellent location as it was easy to get into the city by both bus and taxi. The garden and pool were lovely with lots of furniture for dining and relaxing as well as some welcome shade! Fernando was an excellent host - picked us up at the airport, provided a welcome food pack, took us to do a big supermarket shop, and gave us a tour of the main areas of Seville including tips for travelling in and out and recommendations for bars and outings. All on day 1! He was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything and he and Anna could not have been kinder or more helpful. All in all a fantastic trip. We would highly recommend this property.

Maison très agréable dans quartier résidentiel

Malgré un problème d’avion pour y arriver, merci à Fernando qui a toujours été disponible pour nous, même très tard dans la nuit, et merci aussi à Kamel !!! Nous avons passé un super séjour, la villa et le jardin sont très bien entretenues et c’est vraiment agréable La maison est très bien située, et nous avons pu découvrir beaucoup de sites magnifiques Les conseils de restaurant aussi était très biens mais nous n’avons pas pu les faire tous malheureusement par manque de temps, et à 2 pas de la maison il y’a une restauration à emporter Comidas Caseras Pépi ou la cuisine est une tuerie (la tortilla et le thon à la tomate, j’en ai encore le goût à la bouche) Les enfants ont aussi adorer la maison et la piscine. Vraiment un séjour au top !!! Encore merci Fernando et Ana A une prochaine fois je l’espère

Lovely family retreat from the city centre

Thanks Fernando for all the information you provided and to Hasna for her lovely welcome when we arrived. A wonderful week spent sightseeing around Seville with the house and the pool being a very welcome escape from the heat of the city centre. We ate in several nights as the house was very well equipped and we enjoyed having the outside grill with a covered deck area Ubers were extremely efficient and with 4 of us we made good use of them rather than the bus for getting in and out of the City and including a trip out to Italica.

Everything you need and more!

We stayed Sept9-14/18. Two couples. When we arrived on Sunday we did not realize that EVERYTHING is closed. Not use to that here in Canada. Ana and Fernando made sure we had enough supplies, even wine, to get us through the day until we could get to a supermarket the next day. That was so thoughtful. Fernando took our husbands out and about to show local things we may interested in while we unpacked. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. We enjoyed many times at the pool and the covered deck. Even cooked steaks outside one night. When you are outside among the lovely fruit trees and flowers you would never know you were in a city because it is so quiet. We were there for business so we gone around 8:00am every morning and through the day hoping to be able to get back to the Villa as soon as we could. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We bought this house 12 years ago for our children to study and stay close to our own home, just in from of it. They have already left University and Sevilla, so we have decided to start to rent it , after a completely refurnish and redecoration, to make it suitable and comfortable for visitors in short or long stays.

Why they chose this property

We have in October 2012 completely refurnish and redecorated the house for renting to people that would like to stay in a nice house with all commodities in a relaxing garden area very close to the historical centre even by walking, bicycle or bus ( 10 minutes). In winter the swimming pool is not available, but you can still have a pleasant time in the garden due of the good weather and temperature Seville during winter.
we normally close the swimming pool the 1 November - to 1 April

What makes this property unique

The house has three big and nice rooms , and one smaller room with one more bed. So it can be suitable for up to 7 people,
The double rooms are located in the upper floor , the fourth bed room located in the lower floor , the garden floor , and could be used for a visitor with difficulties to go up the stairs, but is not so big as the others (3,6 metres x 1,8 metres ) , Any way this smaller room has got a bath room just in front of it.
