Really beautiful Trullo in a quiet rural area. A helpful host providing good advice and quick to assist with queries. Lovely communal pool. We didn't use the hot tub. We are a family of 4 with an 8 month old and the host accomodated us well.

Beautiful trulli in a gorgeous location but not for families

The accomodation Aurelio offers is absolutely fantastic, it is clean, very nicely renovated and perfectly located to explore the most famous sites of Puglia. Sadly however, the experience is negatively impacted by Aurelio's rules and regulations, which are not advertised on the booking listing. Pool rules: - closes at 7pm - no toys - not even a ball. - no diving, no jumping - no glass containers The site is also packed with security camera's. The pool, the entrance of our truli, even the laundy-lignes in the garden are 'monitored'. Inside the truli montion detectors are mounted to the walls in the bedrooms, hallway and kitchen/sitting area. Why? If you care little for privacy and don't travel with kids, this is a stunning accomodation but for me and my family this was not a good experience.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans les pouilles et les trullis d’Aurelio y sont pour une grande partie.Dans un endroit au milieu des oliviers nous étions au calme!

La propriété est superbe : grande, à la campagne et proche de tout. Une belle location avec jacuzzi et piscine. Les règles de la piscine sont trop strictes surtout avec des enfants: 19h max, accompagnement obligatoire même pour des près-ados, pas de sauts, (bonnets de bain pourquoi pas)...Pour le prix on pourrait s'attendre à pouvoir en profiter plus. L'hôte plutôt accueillant au départ n'a pas eu un mot sympa au départ ni même un aurevoir...Vraiment dommage pour une location à près de 4K€!

Sono contento che la proprietà vi sia piaciuta. Le regole per l'uso della piscina (minori di 14 anni solo accompagnati e divieto di tuffi per tutti) sono per l'incolumità degli ospiti e mi aspetto che vengano rispettati senza che debba ricordarlo per il mancato rispetto.

Great vacation in a traditional trulli.

We were gladly surprised when we entered the trulli. The trulli is very cosy and fully equiped. The beds were great. We enjoyed the jacuzzi at night. Aurelio is a good host. He welcomed us at our arrival at the trulli and waved us goodbye at the gate when we left. Overall we had a great stay in Pascarosa.

Ottimo!!

Vivre dans ce trullo est unique , magnifiquement restauré , vous passerez une très agréable semaine . Au calme , super piscine , appréciable par ces fortes chaleurs et pour les enfants . Idéalement situé pour visiter la vallée d'Itria , les plages à proximité , mais voiture indispensable. Des propriétaires chaleureux et ouverts à toutes questions. Merci Aurelio et Antonia!! Antoine.

Schön renoviertes Trullo im Olivenhain

Stimmungsvolles Trullo an ruhiger Lage mitten in einem Olivenhain. Die Olivenernte konnten wir direkt vor der Tür mitverfolgen. Ein Punkt Abzug, da diverse elektrische Anlagen infolge eines Gewitters (Licht, WiFi, Fernseher ...) nicht richtig funktionierten; der Besitzer war aber freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Problemen stets rasch zur Stelle.

Purtroppo un fulmine ha creato qualche problema agli impianti elettrici del trullo. Devo dire che gli ospiti sono stati molto disponibili a sopportare i relativi imprevisti.

Il trullo è dotato davvero di ogni comfort e Aurelio s'è contraddistinto per serietà e discrezione. Rispettoso dell'ambiente e della morfologia paesaggistica locale, offre tutte le carte a disposizione per trascorrere un soggiorno memorabile, in una parola: stra-consigliato!

Schönes Haus - aggressiver Vermieter

Um es gleich vorweg zu schicken, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, nachdem wir mit unseren drei Kindern ca. 15 mal in Ferienhäusern, vornehmlich in Italien auch zur Weihnachtszeit (Palermo, Neapel, Rom) Urlaub gemacht haben. Als wir in dem Trullo in Apulien am 23. Dezember ankamen, erwartete uns eine kühle Überraschung. Die Heizung des Hauses zeigte 10,7 Grad in den Innenräumen an, so dass wir unsere Daunenjacken und Stiefel nicht ausziehen konnten. Der Kamin in der Küche half da auch nicht. Er kann nur bis zu einer bestimmten Temperatur hoch geheizt werden, danach wird ein Daueralarm ausgelöst und Dampf tritt aus. Der Kamin hatte somit nur eine rein optische Funktion. Anna hat versucht unsere Kälteproblem in Verbindung mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit zu bessern (zusätzliche Decken für nachts, Brennholz für den Kamin (der ja leider nichts brachte), zwei Heizlüfter (nach zwei Tagen, davon einer defekt). Der Heizungsmonteur, der am 24. Dezember kam, erklärte uns dann, dass die Temperatur nur zwischen 1 und 2 Grad pro Tag ansteigt. Da Aurelio sie am 21. Dezember eingeschaltet hat (eigene Auskunft), war klar, wo das Problem lag, entweder an seiner Vergesslichkeit oder seiner Sparsamkeit. Darauf reagierte Aurelio, der in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts in Rom weilte, äußerst aggressiv. Bot großzügig an, uns die Hälfte unseres Mietpreises nach zwei Tagen Aufenthalt (von insgesamt 10 gebuchten Tagen) zurück zugeben (wo hätten wir zu fünft am 25. Dezember etwas finden sollen?) und drohte uns, die Heizung des Whirlpools abzuschalten. (Wir durften den Whirlpool sowieso nur auf 30 Grad heizen, so dass die entspannende Wirkung von warmen Wasser in Verbindung mit Massage, leider nicht gegeben war.) Als der Strom und damit auch die Wasserversorgung ausfiel - ein Heizlüfter und Herd sowie Ofenbenutzung packen die elektrischen Leitungen nicht!!! - drohte uns der Vermieter an, den Hauptstromanschluss nicht mehr einzuschalten. Weitere Mängel: - Schimmelpilzkultur im Kühlschrank. - Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht: Geschirr bleibt dreckig. - Temperatur des Whirlpools zu niedrig, Kinder froren nach kurzer Zeit. - In jedem Schlafzimmer Bewegungsmelder, die nachts grell blinken. - Schimmel in den Fensterbereichen. Mit allen diesen Mängeln kann man sich irgendwie arrangieren, aber mit der Kälte, die in den ersten vier Tagen im Haus herrschte, und so einem Vermieter, geht das einfach für uns nie, nie wieder.

Ich bin mir seit langem nicht sicher, ob ich auf Robert S. antworte, weil ich eine völlig negative Meinung kommentiere. Aber für diejenigen, die es lesen, sollten Sie Folgendes wissen: - das Heizen unter dem Fußboden dauert 2-3 Tage, um die erwartete Temperatur zu erreichen; - die erwartete Temperatur für das italienische Gesetz ist 20 Grad und nicht 25 Grad oder mehr wie behauptet und vom Kunden festgelegt; - die Wassertemperatur des Whirlpools wird bei 30 Grad empfohlen und nicht bei 36 und darüber, wie vom Kunden festgelegt; - Der Kunde hat alle elektrischen Systeme auf das Maximum ihres Potenzials eingestellt, bis der allgemeine Zähler trotz einer Leistung von 10 kW mehrere Male (niemals zuvor) verbraucht hat, wobei ein Eingreifen des Servicepersonals erforderlich ist. - Während Ihres Aufenthaltes habe ich dem Kunden aufgrund von Reklamationen eine Erstattung angeboten, aber der Kunde hat sich entschieden zu bleiben. - Dann stellte ich fest, dass der Kunde das Spülbecken kaputt gemacht hatte, das ich gegen einen Aufpreis von 176 € über die Arbeit ersetzen musste.

Propriétaire très acceuillant et avenant.La propriété est située dans un endroit calme et isolé mais à portée de voiture (indispensable) des villes et sites .Belle décoration , propreté et originalité de la maison(trulli) typique de la région en font des atouts appréciables.Merçi pour ce magnifique séjour.

Nella ristrutturazione del trullo "Malvarosa" ho utilizzato le migliori competenze artigianali presenti nel territorio e un personale impegno per realizzare una struttura che rispetti le le tipologie costruttive originarie, che garantisca una autosufficienza energetica, un ridotto impatto ambientale e il massimo di confort.

Malvarosa: un trullo très bien rénové où il fait bon vivre au calme et au milieu des oliviers!

Ce trullo est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La terrasse est très agréable même par grande chaleur, et le jacuzzi est un plus pour se détendre après une journée de visites. La rénovation de ce trullo est très réussie: l'aménagement, les matériaux choisis, le mobilier, la décoration, tout a été bien pensé et contribue au fait que l'on s'y sente très bien La propriété Eutopia est située au milieu des oliviers, au calme, à quelques km seulement des principales villes: Ostuni, la très belle "ville blanche" accrochée au flanc de la colline, où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, Cisternino, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Grotteglie et sa céramique, etc Je recommande aussi Matera et Castel Del Monte, qui sont à une heure trente de route environ Les plages sont à plus d'une demi-heure, et un peu décevantes, Pilone est celle que nous avons préférée, et qui nous avait été conseillée par les propriétaires Enfin, Aurélio et Antonia sont très sympathiques, disponibles et très discrets On gardera longtemps un très bon souvenir de ce séjour

bellissima proprieta'

i ns 11 giorni in questo trullo sono stati bellissimi. Il trullo e' perfetto, rinnovato con molto gusto e funzionale. bellissimo spazio esterno. talmente rilassante che siamo andati in spiaggia solo 3 giorni!
