Cute little place with a lovely patio surrounded by orange and lemon trees. A bit of a hike up the hill, but manageable.

Our host Maria was more than accommodating, very communicative leading up to our trip and also while we were there.The accommodations were clean and comfortable. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap. Also, the location truly is about a 10 minute walk into Piazza Tasso and maybe a 20 minute walk back since there are steep hills. We ended up taking taxis back at night because of it being so dark and no sidewalks. We are in our 60s for a reference.Once you are in the Piazza, it’s an easy walk to get to the ferries for Amalfi Coast or Capri. Also lots of shops and restaurants in the Piazza area.

Located in a lemon grove

The cottage is surrounded by lemon, orange trees and flowers but is only a 10 min walk to the main piazza and shopping street in Sorrento. Maria Laura is a wonderful responsive host. The property is immaculely clean.

Sorrento Escape

Great little hideaway near the center of the best of Sorrento. Maria was a fabulous host with many nice extra touches like fresh fruit, teas, and snacks upon arrival. Cozy place where all appliances, heaters and features were in perfect working order. A great place to be immersed in the best of Sorrento with perfect privacy. I definitely recommend!

It's a perfect place for 4. LAURA was a very nice and help us with directions. Sorrento it's a wonderful place on earth.

Perfect Garden Paradise

The hostess was absolutely lovely and kind. She was full of information, provided a bowl of fresh fruit from her garden which we loved eating each day. The little home was very clean and spacious. We would highly reccomend for one night or even one month stay. Easy access to the train station, a local bakery, and the piazza. We loved our time here!

Stay in sorrento

The property was very clean but was a bit damp due to the location amongst the lemon trees. It was difficult to find. GPS was unable to locate accurate address.

Wonderful oasis

This cute apartment was perfect for us and our two teen daughters. Laura is very communicative, responds quickly and did her best to assist us in every way. The apartment requires a walk up a pretty steep hill (like a lot of Sorrento!!) but if that's not a problem for you, I would highly recommend!

Secluded house in lemon grove

Check in was great. Marie was so friendly and accommodating. Accommodation was perfect for the two of us. In a quiet location but an easy walk into Sorrento. A couple of really nice restaurants 5min walk away and a couple of supermarkets again 10minute walk. House was equipped with everything we needed. We even managed to sit outside a couple of times. We had a lovely stay.

We had a marvelous time. The property is so close to everything we needed.

Maria Laura was the perfect host. She picked up/dropped us off at the train station and gave very useful information about the area. Just around the block is a place to book a wide variety of tours- they pick you up and return - just two min. from Maria Laura's place. We went on a small boat tour down to Positano with a couple of stops for swimming. What a great day.

Little green oasis within Sorrento

Laura was a Great Host for us, helpful and very friendly. The flat was comfortable and quite despite being not far from the center of Sorrento. The only small proposal for improvement would be the directions to get to the place. We only could find it after Laura picked us up.

Cute, quiet location

The host was communicative and friendly, welcoming us with kindness to her cute apartment in her lemon grove. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the train station and to the city center. The apartment is inside a gated compound and is clean and spacious. The air conditioner cooled the apartment well.

Affordable Secluded Gem

Loved being able to escape the crowds and heat in the shaded garden at day’s end. While there, we never drove our rental and were appreciative of being able to safely park behind electric gate. Everything was walkable. Also loved doing laundry before returning to the states. Laura’s place was quiet and clean. We would stay again! Sorrento is a great place to base an Amalfi stay from. A day trip to Capri is a must!

Gem in Sorrento

This property is fantastic! The owner is so nice and welcoming and communication was easy and consistent in the app. House was very clean and plenty of space for the 2 of us. It is nestled in a lemon and orange grove which makes sitting on the patio so relaxing. 10 minute walk to town but like all things on the coast, hilly. Shower has enough hot water for one get ready shower so we had to plan our get ready time accordingly. Needs 30 minutes to recharge, No big deal once you know. We loved it here. Great restaurant right up the hill called Da Filippo which was so convenient and beautiful. Close to the train station and port so it made getting around easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Thank you!

A couple of days in Sorrento

We had a wonderful stay in our roomy little cottage in Sorrento. Maria was amazing, she even picked us up at the train station and dropped us off after. Everything was clean and exactly how it looked in the photos. Maria had thought of everything; she had a few snacks on the table for our arrival, lots of tourist information pamphlets and even extra plug adapters which was much appreciated. It was only a short walk to the main square of town and we found the location very convenient. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone going to Sorrento.

Excellent stay in Sorrento

We had a fabulous 9 day stay with Maria. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home including picking up and dropping off at the train station. It was great to be able to open the door and pick an orange off the tree for breakfast or pick a lemon for cooking dinner. The place was clean and well equipped, no complaints at all. It is a bit of a hike up the hill to her place from downtown but we did it daily with no problems. Thanks Maria
