My house flowery of a surface of 130m2 on ground of 550m2 with swimming pool of 9m20 on 4. 00m and corner shower, without person opposite will allure you; Located in the Pyrénées-Orientales in Catalonia, rich in varied landscapes with beautiful sandy or rocky beaches, the countryside or the mountain is also nearby.

You will discover the cultural activities (some examples: visit Castillet, Palace of the Kings of Majorca, the typical alleys of old Perpignan) or various sports activities (water sports at sea or on the lake or water park for younger and well other activities), you will also be delighted to taste the famous 'Côtes du Roussillon Village' on the road of wines of the Côte Vermeille in the Fenouillèdes or for example discover the local manufacture of vinegars of Banyuls. The choice will be difficult but to guide you, we provide you with tourist brochures and we will be happy to give you all the information so you can enjoy a maximum of assets of the region.

Back in the house you can enjoy an aperitif under the arbor and after the barbecue on the terrace, enjoy sunbathing around the pool with umbrellas, deck chairs and loungers. The spacious veranda is very pleasant and you will find all the comfort in the large lounge with recliner or in the dining-room air-conditioned with TV (117cm) and DVD player. Das Haus war genauso, wie beschrieben und hatte alles an Ausstattung, was benötigt wird und noch viel mehr. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Obwohl wir etwas unübliche Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten hatten, war dies problemlos möglich. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und wurde von uns ausgiebig benutzt. Auch die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Notre séjour en famille a été agréable dans cette maison bien agencée pour 4 personnes. L'ensemble correspond bien à la description et aux photos de l'annonce et il n'y a rien à redire sur la propreté et les équipements. La piscine est de belle taille et sa profondeur variable a permis à nos enfants de jouer aisément.La climatisation est un vrai plus pour cette région en plein été. Nous recommandons sans soucis cette location.

Très bon séjour. Maison très agréable et très propre avec une piscine magnifique et très bien entretenue. Pas de vis à vis. La véranda est lumineuse et très pratique pour les repas. La climatisation de la maison est très utile l'été notamment pour les chambres. Proche de tout :commerces, mer, montagne, Espagne. Les petits et les grands se régalent!! Et bien sûr, nous confirmons bien que les propriétaires sont très sympa et soucieux de notre confort!!!

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille, le cadre est plaisant avec son coin piscine arboré. Proche de Perpignan, de l'Espagne, on peut visiter des endroits charmants (Collioure, Carcassone, Elne...). La mer est à 10 mn à St Cyprien. Poissons frais, fruits et légumes bio, tout est réunit pour passer de bonnes vacances.
