LARGE HOUSE IN A MAS WITH POOL GARDEN CALM NEAR THE SEA AND PERPIGNAN

ENVIRONMENT: CALM - SEA - NATURE

In the middle of the vineyards, in an imposing Catalan farmhouse, our house (250 m2) is located in a green and peaceful setting away from the main roads. 5 km from the sandy beaches of the Catalan coast (Canet or St Cyprien) easily accessible but also close to Perpignan (4 km), our geographical location is ideal. It allows departures on foot or by bicycle by paths through the vineyards.

FAMILY HOLIDAYS - THE GARDEN - THE SWIMMING POOL - THE SUMMER KITCHEN

The swimming pool, terraces, bar and summer kitchen complete the exterior of a very pleasant house in the South.

Zeer leuke vakantie. Perpignan en zee op 15min afstand. Zwembad ideaal voor kleine kinderen door verhoogd stuk. zeer leuke omgeving, verhuurders staan altijd voor je klaar.

Calme et tranquillité à proximité de la ville et de la mer.

Très belle propriété excentrée, qui mériterait toutefois quelques petits ajustements intérieurs. Les extérieurs sont topissimes. La piscine est très grande et optimale et la cuisine extérieure apporte un vrai confort. Nous étions 12 et n'avons pas manqué de place.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Laurent. La maison est grande et bien équipée. Nous étions 10 adultes et deux enfants. Nous avons passé de bons moments autour de la piscine et de sa cuisine d’été. La région permet de multiples activités et les plages sont toutes proches.
