Our entire experience was great and the location cannot be any better! There was an issue with a dirty elevator and they jumped right on it!! Host is very responsive and helpful. They even produced a guide to help with your stay! One note is the wifi was not great, so if you are working then you may want to ask about that. We didn't watch any tv or anything because of the buffering, but we did not go to Nashville to watch tv anyway so we didn't worry about it! We would definitely stay here again!!!! Thanks!

Thank you for your review, Valerie! We were happy to assist contacting building management when your report to us was received about someone getting sick in the elevator. Sorry to hear you had issues with the wifi. We do have an IT person on call that handles our wifi for us and we would have been more than happy to have him look at the connection and equipment for us during your stay if we were made aware. I did send him your notes and he was able to reboot the AP device that the TV is connected to for us and is also going to keep an eye on it for the next week or so to ensure no issues pop up for our future guests. We are always happy to assist should guests run into any issues including wifi connection.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Music City Loft for our mother-daughter Nashville trip! The space was stylish, comfortable, and accommodating to everything we needed throughout our stay. The guidebook was helpful. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city together. Walking distance to Broadway, a short Uber ride to The Grand Ole Opry. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Nashville and look forward to booking there again!
