Antonio couldn’t have been a better host. Supper friendly and interesting. Fantastic grounds and beautiful pool. We had a great time and slept in late in the morning! Property was close to lots of historical sites and lets of restaurants with a few miles. Loved this place and I’m sure you will have a great experience.

Our Sicilian home

Lovely stay in Villa Azzura, we will always remember our mornings in the balcony, drinking our Italian coffee and having the best toast with orange marmelade, offered by our host, Antonio. He made it himself out of the oranges from the garden! Very nice gazebo outside. The place is large, clean, welcoming and it remained in our hearts!

"La vacanza trascorsa nella proprietà di Antonio la potrei annoverare tra le migliori in assoluto, sia per il contesto globale, giardino, piscina, struttura abitativa, affabilità e disponibilità del proprietario, sia per la possibilità di essere ospitati in 22 persone (7 famiglie: 14 adulti e 8 ragazzi) appartenenti ad un unico gruppo di amici che per quattordici giorni hanno formato un''unica famiglia ''allargata'' compreso cene e grigliate anche in compagnia del simpatico Antonio e di Virginia. Un unico inconveniente, che ha creato alcuni malumori ed alcune notti turbolente, è stato lo schiamazzo di alcuni vicini di casa che si sono dilungati oltre misura con un ''karaoke'' piuttosto improbabile e alquanto molesto, sedato a fatica dal sempre gentilissimo Antonio. Il tutto non ha comunque inficiato la bellezza e la serenità delle giornate trascorse alternando mare e cultura. Assolutamente da ripetere."

"I had a very nice and pleasant stay at this villa in Balestrate. All facilities are provided for a self-catering holiday plus there is the use of a private pool. With a car we were able to visit many of the archeological sites and places of interest. The sandy beach is a five minute drive from the villa. Antonio was an excellent host and was very helpful with any queries we had."

"La villa Imperato est une belle propriété(entièrement close : pratique avec les enfants) avec trois maisons confortables (nous avons visités les trois) qui se partagent une magnifique piscine d''eau salée. Vous serez donc amenés à cotoyer d''autres vacanciers, ce qui peut être enrichissant. Dans notre cas : des italiens, irlandais, lituaniennes... Toutes les installations et équipements sont neufs ou très récents. Antonio, le propriétaire (qui parle français !) est sur place et il vous accueillera chaleureusement. On trouve tout ce qu''il faut à proximité (plages, commerces, sites touristiques) mais il est indispensable d''avoir une voiture. Bref, un bel endroit pour passer de magnifiques vacances entre amis et/ou en famille."

"A friend of ours suggested to us of these villas in balestrate, we had never thought of coming to balestrate but our friend insisted and we do not regret a moment of it... our holiday here was spectacluar, great location, friendly locals, villas were very well organised and comforting, the owner antonio imperato was so kind to all of us never did we have a problem during our stay... it was very easy to drive to all the beaches... and we cannot forget the lovely meal antonio cooked us along with more and even more wine which was great for all of us, we had so much fun teigan and family"

"Het verblijf in villa bij zee en dicht bij de griekse tempels bij Antonio was zeer goed. De gastvrijheid en dienstverlening is goed. Antonio spreekt goed Engels en zeer behulpzaam hij kan . De villa is cetraal gelegen en dicht bij schitterende stranden. De omgeving is geweldig mooi."

My wish is that you enjoy the villa, the swimming pool and its fantastic salt water. The pool that you will be using has a special high technology system (Electrolysis System) producing NATURAL CHLORE straight from salt-water and constantly controlling the degree of water PH. By this, to put the system in conditions to produce the best quality water and to give you the opportunity to get the most pleasant swim, totally exempt by any irritation on eyes, lips and nose that only the Natural Chlorine can offer you, I take care of it daily. The result is a pool water that you have never seen and enjoyed: perfectly clean and transparent, brilliant, soft on you skin. My biggest satisfaction is to hear by my many guests that they have never found a pool water like that and also some of them that own a pool salt water ask me to reveal them my secrets to get this fantastic water !
