This comfortable and attractive home has four spacious bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, bunk room) and a loft (queen futon) -- great for two families! Located 1 mile from Beaver Creek Ski Resort and 10 miles from Vail.

This sunny and artfully decorated 4 bedroom + loft, 3.5 bath home is ready for your winter visit. This home is equipped with a new gas fireplace, hot tub, Wi-fi, Hi-def TV (2) and blue ray player.

The main floor includes a living room, kitchen + dining area, bedroom 1 w/ king bed & en suite bath, bedroom 2 w/ queen bed and a second bathroom. The lower level has bedroom 3 w/ king bed & en suite bath, bedroom 4 w/bunk beds and second bathroom, lower level living room and laundry area. There is a loft with a queen futon and electric piano. Beds are very comfortable with new linens; sheets are high thread count.

2 minute walk to bus to Vail or Beaver Creek.

Housekeeping before and after your stay. No smoking, no pets allowed. This home is one half of a duplex. Plowing service is provided.

Perfect Ski condo

What a great place to spend a week skiing Beaver Creek! The condo was great, super close to parking for BC, easy access to town, walking distance to gas station/convenience store for last minute needs. Super clean and well stocked, it made for a great home away from home. Would absolutely stay again. Loved it!

Great stay and convenient location!

Our family of five (kids aged 13-20) had a very pleasant stay at the property. It was our first time staying at a house that is actually someone's home (as opposed to being purely a rental property) so that was a little strange, but everything went well. The owners are very friendly and more than happy to answer any question. The entire home was comfortable with everything you could need. Very close to Beaver Creek skiing and close to Vail as well. We would stay again!

The owner, Alaine, was great and made the whole process easy. She was very good at communicating and answering any questions we had The house is itself is nice and in a great location, only a few minutes to Beaver Creek and 15 to Vail. It’s quite large and easily accommodated two families Would definitely stay here again

Plenty of room, fantastic location, perfect for skiing BC and Vail!

This place was so nice and definitely larger than we anticipated. We all agreed the pictures don’t do justice to just how much room you truly have here. Very comfortable layout that felt like home away from home. We were a group of nine total, two families (four adults, three teenagers, an eleven year old and an eight year old). The bottom floor had one of the king master bedrooms with a private bathroom as well as a second bedroom containing double bunk beds and another full bathroom for it - perfect for my friend’s family and their three boys. The main level had another king master bedroom as well as a queen bedroom. There is a shared shower with two separated toilets/sinks (jack and jill style) for the main level bedrooms. Upstairs from the main level is a nice loft with a full size mattress for additional sleeping. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, the couch and fireplace were very cozy and every part of the house was clean. The hot tub had been cleaned and serviced prior to our arrival. Having a washer and dryer on site proved to be very helpful. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating, giving us suggestions on places to eat, the best way to purchase discounted lift tickets as well as transportation options to Vail/BC. BC is about 1.5 miles away and couldn’t be an easier drive. Vail is around 7-8 miles so count on about 10-15 minutes drive there depending on conditions. We decided to drive and pay for parking (typically $30) rather than ride the bus but a bus stop is very close to the home also. House has a single space climate controlled attached garage that held our GMC Acadia perfectly. Very convenient. There is also a nice sledding hill located about 3-4 blocks down the road from this home where the kids had a ton of fun sledding on our day off from skiing. Simply go to Walmart (less than 2 miles away) and purchase a couple of $7 sleds and you will be set for some fun! Our week long vacation was absolutely amazing. Having this nice place to return home to after a big day of skiing helped make it a trip we will never forget. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Location was perfect. Easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail Resorts. Very Roomie and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to ski all morning, come home for a quick lunch break, and then go back for an afternoon ski run. We had plenty of room and were very cozy.

Holiday Vacation in Beaver Creek

I recently traveled to Avon with my girlfriend and her family. We were primarily looking for a comfortable location to stay for the whole family. This listing was absolutely the best thing we could have imagined. We found the entire property comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed family time on the very comfortable couch next to the wood-burning fire stove. Very convenient for skiing and enjoying the town of Avon and Vail. Owner was fantastic with communication and even provided board game for our family! We honestly don't have any complaints about our holiday and would definitely recommend this property or consider returning for another vacation!
