Newly expanded and completely renovated throughout 2023, this luxury mountain home is here to help make lifelong memories for you and your loved ones.

AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION:

On EagleVail golf course in a picturesque romantic setting, our vacation home is ideally located between two world-class ski resorts: Beaver Creek Ski Resorts and Vail Resorts. It has been a top choice for family and groups for ski and summer vacations.

EagleVail is a highly sought-after vacation destination for all seasons, centrally located for white-water rafting, mountain biking, zip-lining, hiking, camping, horse-back riding. Summer and fall are known for art fairs, outdoor concerts, movies under the stars, farmers market, etc. Eagle Vail also is known for its pickle ball and tennis facilities in the summer. Paddle boarding on Lake Nottingham, a summer favorite.

EagleVail is a quaint residential community with tree-lined streets, parks, tennis courts, golf course, and a heated community pool. Though it is in the middle of world-class dining, skiing, and apres-ski entertainment, the neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential: important for anyone who enjoys a good night sleep.

Downtown Avon, about 2.4 miles away, has Starbucks, gourmet deli's, bakeries, grocery stores, many award winning restaurants and a shopping plaza.

THE VACATION HOME:

With nearly 2,300 sq ft living space, 2-car attached garage, the house has well-appointed 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. South-facing, the house is flooded with sunlight and have great view of golf course and mountain from most rooms. Completely expanded and renovated during 2023, the home is perfectly updated to provide ultimate comfort and luxury.

All four bedrooms are on 2nd floor (no basement!), have high vaulted ceilings, large windows with beautiful views!!!
- Master suite: king size bed, en-suite luxury bathroom, and closets.
- Kids' bedroom, twin/full bunk beds (sleeps 3), and a bonus loft with two additional single beds. The kids room is very fun and can accommodate up to five kids/teens.
- The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin beds, with direct access to the bathroom, perfectly suited as a 2nd master suite
- Family room/office/4th bedroom with brand new sectional sleeper sofa, desk and chair

The entire house has custom woodwork throughout, tasteful and quality furnishings. New 2024 flat screen TV in every bedroom.

South-facing kitchen features Dacor appliances, new countertop and flooring, and top of the line finishes. Kitchen is well stocked for your daily cooking and holiday entertainment. Coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, etc are provided.

There is a gas grill and a private hot tub on the new patio. LG Washer and Dryer, new 2024, 8-pair boot dryer, ski and snow board racking right outside dining room in the newly finished garage.

PARKING, TRANSPORTATION:

There is an attached two car garage with brand-new flooring and furnishing, including bench to remove ski boots, a new boot drying system, and ski/snowboard rack. Guests are welcome to park in the garage, also on our private drive way.

Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak are the same Vail Exit, about 8 miles or 15 min drive east from the house. Beaver Creek is about 2.4 miles drive to the west.

If you choose not to drive your own car, Eagle Vail is served by Eagle County Transit (ECO Transit) to Beaver Creek and Vail, the route is called Highway 6 Route. For more detailed schedule, please check eaglecounty.us under department and services, ECO Transit.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return garage door remote to the kitchen counter under microwave
Take out all used foods, and garbage. Load all dirty dishes, start the dishwasher
Strip all beds used, put used towels and sheets on a pile in each room. Start a load of white towels in washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A government issued ID is required. Reservation is subject to owner approval, in 48 hours. of booking.
Renters read and accept the rental agreement, and Rental Rules, Hot Tub Rules attached. No parking on street.
Hot tub cover needs to be closed when not in use. To close, lift the grey plastic ring on the lever and push the grey plastic tube to the center.

Best Property in Vail and Beaver Creek

This property is truly incredible. It is so beautiful inside and has been completely refurbished. The host has provided absolutely everything you can think of. This property exceeded our expectations! The 2023 renovations are stunning, creating a luxurious and comfortable space. Located perfectly between Vail and Beaver Creek, it's ideal for both skiing and summer activities. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the hot tub and grill were a huge plus. Awesome Stay!

My family and I had a great stay here in Eagle Vail. The house looks even better than the pictures. Getting to the mountain every day was super convenient, and the views were incredible. We loved the updated finishes and features of the house, especially the hot tub and boot drier. BJ is a great host, very attentive. We already booked the house again for our vacation next year.

We are a family of 5 from Chicago's North suburb. We came to Vail/Beaver Creek each year for 10 years and rented various houses in the area. Every year we wished we had a house here. After we owned a house here, we discovered summer is actually as much fun as winter season.

Why they chose this property

Rarely, there is a vacation destination perfect for different seasons and many different reasons. Year after year we still discover new bowls and trails to ski on. Summer in the mountains is a paradise, with new activities and trails and waterfalls to discover each trip.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this house from the first sight -- it has the appeal of a mountain retreat, a world away from ordinary. The location is unbeatable. Enjoy a glass wine on the porch in the evening or a cup of tea in the morning watching the beautiful mountain from your kitchen table. Sit in the hot tub after a long ski day letting snow falling on you... There are so much to do in the Beaver Creek and Vail area, all year round.
