Three bedroom condo with adequate kitchen ammenities. This properties decor and furnishings are very dated. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced, otherwise cleanliness was good.
Loved the location, and thought the property was just fine. Really enjoyed the porches for the bedrooms and dining room. I missed the fact the main living space and Master bedroom were upstairs, but that was easily accomodated. The only less than ideal issue was lack of guidance for operating the televisions via multiple remotes.

Roomy and nice condo.
Only problem was that ceiling fans in lower two bedrooms only work when hall lights are on. Can’t sleep with lights on so could not have ceiling fans on while you sleep. Headboard not fastened to upper floor bedroom so rattled against wall all night.
The place was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we loved having king beds. The seating in the living areas were a bit soft and worn. Check in and out was easy and quick.
The condo was not clean. Carpet was dirty, sink stopped up, appliance handles sticky.
We have used VRBO multiple times including 4 previous Jackson area stays. By far this was the most disappointing. The unit needs new carpeting. Rugs weee torn. The appliances were all dirty and sticky. The unit could be very nice if just updated and cleaned.
