This property was perfect for me and my friends for a girls trip. Plenty of space and very clean. Outpost was extremely communicative from booking to when we were there. Highly recommend!
The house was exactly as described and fit 9 guests comfortably. We walked into town a few times and it took about 10-15 minutes which was great! We'd stay there again!
Housekeeping seemingly stole my items that were accidentally left behind at checkout, including an earring with sentimental value. Very disappointing!

Our team always performs a thorough search of the home during departure cleans so that any items left behind can be reported and returned. When you reached out a few days after your departure, reporting the missing items, we returned to the home that same day to conduct a second search, but unfortunately, nothing was found.
We want to assure you that our housekeeping staff are highly trusted professionals who handle guest belongings with care and integrity, and we have never experienced any issues with theft. Should any of your items turn up, we will absolutely let you know right away.

Outpost was very easy to work with. Solid value on this rental. The rental was exactly as advertised and able to accommodate 7 adults easily. We had a great weekend in Jackson staying at this location.
Our family loved being within walking distance of the center of Jackson. We walked everywhere during our stay. The area around the townhome is beautiful and staying here allowed us to have a great first visit to Jackson Hole. If you have kids, or anyone interested in rock climbing, don’t miss the park about a block away with a huge set of climbing walls.

This home worked beautifully. We had a large group staying in 4 different properties this one worked well for the family with kids! Park close by. Lots of separated area in the home. Worked well for our needs.
overall, my stay was wonderful. The property was what we expected as advertised. The Sliding balcony door was broken and we could not enjoy the balcony. Otherwise all was well and I would stay there again.
Outpost folks were a pleasure to deal with because they were flexible and responded quickly. House in convenient area and is as advertised, comfortably accommodating 8 adults. Only wish was use of a BBQ, probably prohibited. Even though it was a great experience

Would have been nice to have a small mirror in the bedrooms. Also, no coffee filters. Hair dryer burned out. Sliding door lock was broken as well as the chain lock. Faucet in sink dripped excessively. The place was relatively clean. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Cleaning deposit seems excessive.

We chose this location for girls trip, which included 6 girls. It was the perfect size with 3 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space. The location was perfect for us to get to all the spots we wanted to visit, which included Grand Teton, Jackson Hole downtown, Yellowstone and more. The fireplace in the living room was great to cozy up in front of in the evenings.
There are definitely some items we could see helping this place be even better. The lights/fans in 3 of the bedrooms all seemed to be linked together so we had trouble with the light/fan on in one room while the others were still sleeping. The light in the queen bedroom flickered like a strobe light, to say the least it was very annoying. We were excited to be able to wash our clothes using the washer and dryer after horse back riding, but unfortunately the dryer did not work and we did not discover this until after washing our clothes. The patio screen door was broke so we were not able to leave the door open on the warmer days without the risk of letting some critters in. I also would suggest a full size mirror or two. The mirrors in the house were not sufficient for checking out your entire outfit before going out.
Overall this place is nice and spacious in a great location, but a few minor "fixes" could make it a great place!

This townhome is currently undergoing a large renovation that will replace all 3 fans and ensure they are on their own remote control, the light in the queen bedroom will also be fixed to eliminate the flickering, the dryer will be replaced, and the patio door will also be replaced so fresh air can be enjoyed without any concerns.
As for the mirrors, we will certainly share this feedback with the homeowner to see if they would like to make any improvements based on your suggestion.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in Jackson Hole! The house was set up perfectly for our 2 families with room for the kids to have their own areas. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed to cook some meals and had plenty of space to move about! Location to the slopes was perfect! We will definitely be back and hope to rent again!
