A beautiful 45 square meters opened terrace and a comfortable living 70 square meters space, ideal for staying relaxed in a quiet environment after your Paris or Versailles visits or even other walks in the different charming Parks of Chatenay Malabry(Sceaux Park, chateaubriand park, wolves valley park with the arboretum). Located 3mn walk from Creps.
The roller shutters allow you to stay completely in the dark if you like and excellent sound insulation guarantees peaceful nights
Access is also possible for people with limited mobility, partially sighted or deaf.

Lovely quite location with secured safe parking. Quick 30min Uber to all the sites Paris has to offer. Neighborhood is quite and walkable with wonderful restaurants nearby

Absolutely wonderful apartment. We have recently returned from staying 5 days in this wonderful apartment. It was everything we could have wished for. The balcony was perfect and our most favourite part. It was clean, had everything you needed, close to transport links and a lovely little village with a lovely patisserie and restaurant. We would highly recommend.

The host was most accommodating and a wealth of information. The villa had lovely amenities and more amazing than the photos showed. The instructions for staying were straightforward and easy to follow. The location in the town is perfect for those who want to be close to Paris without the downtown feeling. You are minutes walking to the lovely town area or tram that can take you to the metro into Paris. If you are looking for a cozy home like experience with the most gracious and kind host I can not recommend this place enough. The knowledge of the area and the information provided during our stay was invaluable. People and places like this one truly make Vrbo what it is.

Well appointed apartment

Apartment had it all. Well equipped with everything you need, Parking, wonderful terrace with couch, Chairs, Table and lined with foliage for privacy. Apartment was clean and modern. Neighborhood has a grocery store near by and a village with restaurant's. Elizabeth was always available to answer questions. Wish we stayed longer to explore more.

superb stay in Paris - we will come again

It cannot be better, apartment is fully equipped with the highest quality, the terrace is great to even relax outside. You can park your car safely and just enjoy Paris. The Metro connection is close and easy. Supermarket Lidl e.g. within walking distance. Thank you dear Elisabeth for everything, we try to find time to come back again. We love Paris.

Bright and spacious apartment outside the center of Paris

This bright and spacious apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Paris. We were there for the Olympics and knew it is was going to be a little crazy in town. Loved the security of the apartment as well as the secure parking. Elizabeth checked in on us prior to our stay to give us all the information we needed for check in and even contacted us during our stay to see how things were going. If you are looking to take days trips (Giverny, Versailles, etc) this apartment is conveniently located to the A6 to get there as well as Paris. We would stay here again and again!!!!

Overall a really cute and nice place to rent!

We got there a little earlier than expected but it was absolutely no problem. Getting access was a bit confusing at first but after a phonecall we got everything sorted out. To our surprise the fridge and freezer weren‘t cleaned. There was still food and drinks from previous people. Everything else was just a fine as it can be! I‘d rent that place again!

Große wohnung mit Dachterrasse und Parkplatz im U-geschoss

Wir wollten die 5 Tage nutzen, um alte Erinnerungen an Paris aufzufrischen. Das ist auch total gelungen. Eine mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete sehr ruhige Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Parkplatz im Haus. Was will man mehr ! Keine Koffer schleppen- man rollt sie vom Auto in den Aufzug und dann ohne Treppen in die Wohnung. Meine Tipps für neue Gäste: Zuerst in die Rue Verdun abbiegen und auf dem Parkplatz parken. Sie stehen auf der Rückseite des Hauses und sehen die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage. Dann gehen Sie links um das Haus herum , auf einem kleinen Fußweg bis zum Eingang und gelangen mit den Anweisungen von Elisabeth in die Wohnung. Diese Anweisungen sendet Sie vor Beginn der Reise per e-mail oder what´s app zu. Das tolle ist, nun fährt man mit dem Lift in die Tiefgarage und holt sein Auto vom Parkplatz gegenüber. Danach kann man den Parkplatz im U-geschoss nach Belieben nutzen-ohne Zusatzkosten! Wir wollten nicht mit dem Auto in Paris in die Stadt und das geht auc so: Mit dem Auto ca 5 km in den Nachbarort Antony und dort mit der S-Bahn nach Paris-insgesamt 25 Minuten. Der Automat nimmt nur VISA oder Münzen! Wie überall in Frankreic unbedingt VISA -aber keine normale Bankkarte verwendbar. Versailles liegt ganz in der Nähe und kann ohne Probleme mit dem Auto erreicht werden. I'ch empfehle diese Unterkunft auch für ältere Menschen , aber nicht mit Rollstuhl, da ist die separate Toilette nicht erreichbar . Die Vermieterin steht immer mit Rat zur Seite. Vielen Dank

Uns hat es in der Wohnung gut gefallen. Wir haben alles gehabt, was wir brauchten. Außerdem ist die Wohnung verkehrsgünstig gelegen, so dass man einfach in die Pariser Innenstadt kommt. Den Aussenbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, aber auch der sah schön aus.

Ein wunderschönes Objekt am Rande von Paris. Ein kurzer Weg bis zur Bahnstation, direkter Zugang zum Metro-System. Die Wohnung hell und sehr gepflegt. Wir würden dort wieder mieten. Eine perfekte Gastgeberin, eine perfekte Wohnung.

Ein Juwel in der Stadt

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser gepflegten Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist schnell zu erreichen und man kann das Auto getrost in der tollen Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Wir empfehlen diese Penthouse Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Appartement

Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die wunderschöne Terrasse ist das Highlight. Der Eincheckvorgang geataltete sich problemlos. Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Tolle Wohnung, um nach aufregenden Paris Tagen zu entspannen.
