Welcome to Missoula! This comfortable and cozy condo on Missoula’s west side is a two bedroom, one bathroom top-floor retreat with beautiful mountain views. It has a fully equipped high-end kitchen with granite bar and a loft-style dining and living room with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace, decorated with inspiring local artwork!
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with beautiful views. The other bedroom has a small desk and day bed that turns into a queen and sleeps two. Four guests max, please. No pets, sorry. No smoking.
There is off-street, dedicated parking and you can either take the elevator or stairs up to the third floor. Other perks include: free wi-fi Internet access, washer/dryer, inspiring local art on the walls, comfortable bedding, HD cable TV, a small library with Montana-related books, and a list of our favorite Missoula restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and hiking trails.
Conveniently located in the center of Missoula, the condo is a few blocks away from many restaurants and shops on Reserve. In a quick 5-10 minute drive you can be downtown or at the University of Montana. Head north and you can be snowboarding or skiing up at Snow Bowl Ski Resort in 20 minutes. Head west and hop on the Mullan Road Bike and Running trail that extends several miles toward Big Flat road and Blue Mountain recreation area. Head south and you can be at the locally-owned Good Food Store in 5-10 minutes or drive down the Bitterroot Valley and be in historic Stevensville in 25 minutes. Head east for a hike up to the “M” on Mount Sentinel or into the Rattlesnake Wilderness. Or just stay put and sit on the condo’s deck (email hidden) or glass of wine and marvel at the majestic Big Sky sunset. The possibilities are endless and the door is open - let the fun and relaxation begin!!
There is a mountain line bus stop right outside the condo entrance. It is also possible to bike to areas throughout Missoula from here.
Other Things to Note:
The condo is perfect for people coming into town for a wedding, a ski weekend, parents visiting students at UM, a Griz game, tourists visiting from out of town, longer-term professional work, or those who just want a romantic weekend in Missoula. The views of the sunset from our balcony are really amazing so try to be home at that time so you can catch it.
Four guests maximum. Please absolutely no smoking and no pets. We would truly appreciate it if you would take care of our place as if it were your own home. We also ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
