Superbe séjour dans une maison typique

Je vous conseille cette maison typique et très confortable. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Alessio, la maison est très bien équipée et pour notre plus grand plaisir dotée d’une climatisation non négligeable au mois d’août. La literie est très bonne et la vue extérieur est très jolie. Il y a possibilité de se baigner dans des petites criques en y allant à pied (environ 10 minutes) pour éviter la foule de la grande plage. Alessio est très réactif, il répond très vite aux messages. Encore une fois, nous conseillons cette location qui saura, certainement, une prochaine fois, nous satisfaire.

Davanti a noi un quadro naturale ... la vacanza è servita

La posizione suprema , in un contesto fiabesco dell ‘ immobile , ci ha subito colpito . Con passeggiate e sentieri in mezzo alla vegetazione , si accece a piu di una caletta , tutte belle e varie , con mare cristallino e a tratti caraibico . Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilita’ di fare belle passeggiate nei saliscendi circostanti , e i bagni al tramonto , grazie anche alla posizione vicinissima al mare dell’ immobile . Bella e comoda la doccia esterna , il giardino con tavolo e sedie x pranzare fuori vista mare , i lettini per finire la giornata in relax ammirando il cielo stellato . Appartamento ben accessoriato , un po segnato dal tempo , ma pulito e ordinato . Il bagno forse la nota dolente della casa xche piccolo , soprattutto il box doccia . Ci auguriamo di poter tornare l’ anno prossimo in questo paradiso ! Grazie ! Luca , Debora , Andrea e Mattia

Schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht in ruhiger Lage zwischen netten Nachbarn

Die Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas älter, war aber sehr sauber (u.a. frisch gestrichen) und sehr gut ausgestattet (neue Strandliegen + Sonnenschirm, Pkw Parkplatz direkt vor Terrasse, neben an Süßwasserdusche, Klimaanlage in Küche/Wohnzimmer, top ausgestattete Küche, Haarföhn) Beim Essen konnte man die schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von der Terrasse aus genießen. Die Lage etwas abseits, sehr ruhig in netter Nachbarschaft. Ca. 200 m zum Strand, geteerter Weg. Die Dusche im Bad ist wie schon von anderen geschrieben etwas eng. Der Kontakt mit Alessio, dem Besitzer war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir würden auch nochmal kommen. Bitte kauft kein Speisesalz, es ist genug da für die nächsten 10 Jahre 😉😁

Weit ab vom Massenturismus liegt das Reihen mittelappartment auf inener kleinen Erhebung

Das Appartment liegt für uns Traumhaft mit einem schönen Blick über die Bucht. Der rechte Nachbar ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter älterer Mann ist uns ans Herz gewachsen. Das Appartment selbst ist ja. 150 m vom Wasser entfernt und man muss ein wenig Dschungelerfahrung mitbringen um an den Strand zukommen. Die Terasse ist schön im Südländischen Stil. Im Inneren bemerkt man den Renovierungsstau. Einige Dinge wurden in Angriff genommen. (FARBE) DAS Bad ist ein kleiner Schlauch und in der engen Dusche haben korbolentere Menschen Probleme. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Die Küche war auch in Ordnung. Wenn jemand ein leichten Schlaf hat sollte er nicht auf dem Bettsofa wegen des Kühlschrankes schlafen, da dieser ziemlich laut ist. Stromversorgung und Wasserversorgung ausreichend. Meine Kinder bemängelten, dass das WLAN nach einer Woche nicht mehr funktionierte aber dieses sollte nicht de Ausschlag für die Wohnung sein. Wenn dieses Appartment mal richtig renoviert ist ist es ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Weie gesagt ruhige Lage.zum Erholen kann man es wärmstens empfehlen. Zur Bucht und dem Strand kann ich nur sagen Traumhaft.

Die Aussicht von der Terasse wahr wie versprochen... SUPER... Die strände wahren sehr schön. Div. Buchten. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einheimischen Viertel. Daher keine Turisten. Die Garten Möbel die zur verfühgung stehen wahren nicht wie auf denn Bildern. Sie waren alt und zerbrechlich. Sehr sehr schade. Auf denn Bilder sind schöne weisse liegen mit einem grossen weissem Sonnenschierm und alles frisch gestrichen. Von all dem wahr NICHTS vorhanden. Küchen material wahr reichlich da. Hatten wir es so angetroffen wie es im internet vorgestellt wird hätte es wahrscheinlich 5 Sterne gegeben. Gruss

Ho trovato la casa comoda con la parte esterna attrezzata in modo confortevole, la vista sul mare eccezionale di Porto Istana, ma purtroppo la pulizia della casa lasciava a desiderare parecchio, forse l'addetto ha lavorato in maniera superficiale.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Manko.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Küche perfekt. Das Badezimmer ist das Manko. Die Dusche ist so klein , dass man immer gegen die Duschtür knallt. Die Brause von der Dusche konnte man nicht einhängen, was bei der enge das Duschen erschwert. Aber diese Aussicht auf der Terasse ist ein Traum. Man geht zum Strand 350 Meter. Da war es Menschen leer. Aufpassen muss man bei der hohen Stufen am Eingang. Im Dunkeln schlecht zu sehen. Meine Schwester ist so doll gestürzt, dass sie Tage nicht gehen konnte. Die Bilder von der Terasse sind leider nicht mehr so aktuell. Wäre schön wenn hier man mal wieder Hand an legen würde. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Obwohl das Hundegebelle der eingesperten Hunde nach 8 Tagen schon ein bisschen nervig war. Uns haben die Hunde nicht gestört als sie frei liefen. Wir können die Pizzeria vor dem ersten Kreisel empfehlen. Draußen sieht man nur 4 Tische.

come sempre sardegna meravigliosa ,la casa accogliente completa di tutto quello possa servire per una vacanza ,e anche di più ,disponibilità del proprietario massima , gentilissimo ,disponibile,non potrei dire meglio ,sono ritornato dopo 10 anni in questa casetta e ho ritrovato la stessa bellezza con delle sostanziali migliorie che la rendono perfetta grazie per aver reso felici i nostri giorni in sardegna

Lovely house in a beautiful and calm village!

First of all i need to say, that it was really easy to communicate with the house owner. Although we arrived at a very late hour he made sure that we received the keys. The house was very clean and comfortable. There is enough space for six people and there is a complementary parking slot available too. On the terrace you've got a beautiful view of the bay and its nice place to have breakfast or barbecue. I would totally recommend this house! Tschö with ö. Cheers

Casa ben tenuta con tutto il necessario sia per cucinare che come attrezzature da esterno, un bel tavolo per mangiare fuori sotto il portico, sdraio, sedie e barbecue a disposizione. Il giardino è in cemento con delle piccole zone di verde, molto bella la vista sulla spiaggia di porto istana, mangiando si ha una piacevole vista sul mare. Arredamento nuovo e curato. Parcheggio proprio davanti alla casa, un po' stretta la zona parcheggio. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La spiaggia è vicina a circa 100 metri, stradina è però in discesa e non è molto ben tenuta, si raggiunge una piccola caletta un po troppo chiusa, meglio prendere l'auto e in cinque minuti raggiungere la bella spiaggia di porto istana. Zona tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte.

Very good renting

Lovely house in a beautiful and nice area. 5min from beaches, beautiful view, very close to Olbia airport. We were 6 adults to live one week in the house and we had enough space. The landlord is very nice, available and attentive. We definitely recommend the house.

"La casa è situata in una...

"La casa è situata in una posizione ideale per godere di una vacanza in totale relax, in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge una spiaggetta tranquilla e dal mare stupendo. In macchina in pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge attrezzate di bar e quant''altro. Sempre con la macchina, in pochissimo tempo, si possono facilmente raggiungere il centro di Olbia, Porto San Paolo, e altre località turistiche. Soggiorno veramente piacevole, posizione davvero ottima. La descrizione dell''annuncio è completamente reale."

"Casetta molto carina, molto ben attrezzata, con tavolo dentro e fuori, superba la vista. Ottima la posizione: Con l'auto e' possibile arrivare in pochi minuti alle spiagge piu' famose di S.Teodoro e Costa smeralda, a piedi basta scendere un vialetto di meno di 100 metri e si trovano deliziose e poco frequentate spiaggette. Proprietaro veramente molto gentile. Assolutamente da consigliare. Io ci ritorno..."
