Brand new flooring and fresh paint. Free Wi-fi. Beachfront condo with large ocean view balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal - all you need to bring in is your fresh catch! Breakfast bar or eat-in. Our living room has a new loveseat and sleeper sofa. Flat screen TV's in every room. Master bedroom has ocean view and full bath. Second bedroom has two single beds and private access to full bath. Washer and dryer in unit. As a guest, you will have access to the exercise room and the pool. Seasonal hot tub available as well. Beach access is steps from the swimming pool. Umbrella and chair rentals available upon request. Sorry, no pets.

We moved to Georgia (USA) from the Philippines in the late 1970s and have lived in Fayetteville for over twenty years. Both of us are registered nurses nearing our retirement and enjoy traveling. We have two kids, two dogs and four grand-dogs.

Awesome condo
Condo is as pictured. Great view
Nice view!! Uncomfortable bed!!
The view was the best part. The bed in the master was AWFUL!! We didn't rest well all week. It's terrible to go on vacation and not be able to sleep. The master bath needs more counter space. The place needs a good cleaning. We loved the beach and the view when we come back we will stay somewhere else for sure!
Great winter getaway

Spring break on the beach with teenage girls
Great condo - exactly as the pics showed and the description explained. Actually, it was a bit larger than other beachfront condos. Pool was outdoors but heated and was comfortable even in 50 degree weather. Beach is really clean, water is beautiful. A few restaurants are in walking distance but driving is required to go to most places.
Great Condo!
Very nice condo with the best view ever. Plenty of room, very nice furnishings and plenty of dishes/cooking utensils to meet our needs. The view was amazing and even though I'm not a big beach person, I loved being able to sit on the balcony and see/hear the waves. Very reasonably priced and would return to this condo again.
Comfortable condo with a great Gulf view!
We had a fabulous girlfriend week at this place. Condo was very clean and well laid out. Balcony and view was perfect for seeing a great sunrise and sunset. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Walking distance to a few great restaurants and tourist shops. Less than 5 minute drive to Publix. TV and cable in every room. Will defintely stay here again!!!

Located on Okaloosa Island, minutes away from Fort Walton and 15 minutes away from Destin. If you just want to relax, you are in the right place. We are close to the bigger cities and far enough away from the noise. Our large balcony lets you enjoy the ocean sounds and beautiful views without having to leave your seat.
We are within walking distance to the marina and a great little local breakfast restaurant we love: Asaigo Skillet. Known for their shrimp and grits, the crab cake eggs benny and omelets are delicious. We are just half a mile from the pier - be sure to bring your gear and get your license! Beside the pier is the Marine Adventure Park, Gulfarium, where you can learn all about marine life, see shows, exhibits, and participate in animal encounters.
The arts and historic district is close by with plenty of free public parking. Most shops are closed on Sunday, so visit during the week or on Saturday. If you are an outlet shopper, Silver Sands in Destin is the place to go. They have a great variety with reasonable prices. It's about 15-20 minutes away from our unit.
If you like craft beer, be sure to visit Props Brewery & Grill in Fort Walton - just a short drive away. Take a flight of their in-house brews and feast on the Buffalo Mac 'N Cheese.
No matter what you like, you'll find it nearby. Great seafood, white sand beaches and friendly people. Come see what the Gulf Coast has to offer!
