Apartamento ideal, agradable y acogedor

El apartamento es óptimo para una pareja, cuenta con todo lo necesario y más, para pasar una estancia agradable, además es muy luminoso! Esta muy bien ubicado con metro, líneas de bus, en una excelente zona. Su propietaria -M.Victoria- siempre atenta a las necesidades y requerimientos. En fin, súper recomendable: no dudaría en volver.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Tage in der Unterkunft. CheckIn und Checkout hat problemlos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist etwas kleiner, als man auf den Bildern sieht, aber das macht es sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Victoria stand uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Experiencia muy buena

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días con tu pareja, solo o entre amigos. La zona nos encantó, es segura, tranquila y cuenta con comercios, algunos sitios para comer y un Corte Inglés cerca. Se encuentra muy bien comunicado con paradas de metro y de bus en los alrededores que te permiten acceder a donde quieras. La host, María Victoria, siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros por si necesitábamos algo.

Ena Estancia Maravillosa!

Un apartamento limpio y acogedor con un anfitrión amable y atento. El barrio estaba activo, con muchos buenos restaurantes cerca. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de una semana aquí, y lo recomendaría a amigos.

Un alojamiento pequeño, acogedor, decorado con mucho cariño. Cocina completa. Buena cama. Barrio bueno con varias líneas de autobús y metro al alcance. Dueña muy amable con respuestas inmediatas. También muy amable la señora que se ocupa y limpia el apto. Volvería otra vez.

Brilliant for 2 people, near metro, shops, restaurants

2 minutes walk to supermarket, not much more to restaurants, 5-10 minutes to two metro stations. It's clean, everything works, kitchen stocked with olive oil, coffee, salt, all the essentials. You would need to be aware kitchen very small, but it was fine for us, and if we ever come to Madrid again, we would willingly return to this apartment. Windows face south and the apartment is at the rear of the building, so while the view is dull, you're not overlooked.

Appartamento carino e confortevole in un quartiere bello evstrategico

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un weekend magnifico a Madrid. Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di M.Victoria è stato perfetto. Casa piccola ma confortevole, pulita e ben equipaggiata. Inoltre il quartiere è residenziale e strategico per visitare comodamente le bellezze della citta. Host è sempre disponibile. Consigliato. Da ripetere :)

Very enjoyable experience.

The apartment is very clean and cozy and conveniently located to many downtown Madrid attractions as well as Metro stations. Victoria was very helpful throughout our stay. Although she was out of town, we had to reach out to her several times by phone and text with questions about the area. She was very helpful. On one occasion my wife had a minor health issue she needed to have addressed. Because we are from the U.S., we were unsure of who we should turn to and the process for seeking medical attention in Spain. Victoria was very helpful with advice on that matter and even followed up with us afterward to make sure my wife was okay. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Colourful apartment near lots of shops, cafes & bars. Easy access to Metro

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was a good base for exploring. Madrid is a bustling city, as you would expect, but we found it to be a friendly place. The apartment is situated between a couple of metro stations, making it easy to get to the airport. You just need to buy a card for the Metro (from the ticket machines). It's inexpensive and you can top it up as you need to. We arrived by train and found it easy to get the bus from Atocha. Most places we visited were around 20-30 mins away from the apartment on the Metro. Near the apartment there's plenty of places to grab a coffee and pastry on a morning. There are lots bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, with a varied choice of cuisine. Round the corner from the apartment, there's a small supermarket and one of the El Corte Inglés shops is just a couple of minutes walk (supermarket in the basement level). The apartment is really cosy, colourful and has everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are compact, but there's still a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. The lounge is comfortable too and has a dining table which is handy for breakfast or dinner. We could hear a bit of noise from other apartments, but nothing that caused us a problem. We would certainly stay here again.

Boutique Salmanca Apartment near Goya metro stop - ideal for two

We stayed a week in April 2017 in this charming one- bedroom apartment located in an upscale elevator building on a quiet street in Central Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood - only 2 blocks to Goya Metro station & 4 blocks to O'Donnell stop for the Airport Express Bus. The owner has colorfully decorated and fully equipped this small apartment with secure Wifi and new appliances - electric stove; refrigerator/freezer, etc -. in the small kitchen and a glassed-in tile shower and (easy to use) washing machine in the bathroom. We found that the bedroom has a large wall closet and comfortable double bed (all pillows, linens & towels included). This apartment was a perfect vacation spot for the two of us - very quiet for sleeping at night or for afternoon siesta - yet incredibly conveniently located for shopping - groceries, books, fashion, etc. - and for visiting the major Madrid tourism destinations. We boarded Metro Line 2 at the nearby Goya stop and went directly (without changing trains) to the Prado Museum (Banca Espana), to Plaza Mayor (Sol) or to the Retiro park (Retiro) - Madrid's equivalent of Central Park. To our delight, transportation to Madrid's airport was also nearby and very inexpensive - by metro or via the Airport Express bus which stops at the corner of Calles O'Donnell and Dr Esquerdo. One caution - if you need to sleep more than 2, there are two folding twin bunk beds available on the living room wall - but when folded down for use, the room becomes a bit too crowded for living in comfort - leaving little space for sitting at the dining table or on the sofa. With the beds folded up - as pictured on the listing - the livingroom is very comfortable for two people to dine and relax. .

Acogedor apartamento, ideal para dos personas.

Nuestra estancia en casa de Mª Victoria ha sido estupenda. El anuncio, con su descripción, y ella nos avisaban de que el apartamento era pequeño, pero la distribución y el mobiliario están tan bien pensados que en realidad resulta muy acogedor y con espacio más que suficiente para dos personas. La calefacción y el agua caliente perfectos. La iluminación cuidada para lectores, lo que no suele ser habitual, además el apartamento es muy silencioso. Cocina perfectamente equipada. Está ubicado en una zona muy agradable, a un paseo de la boca del metro,con muchos servicios cerca. El trato de Mª Victoria excelente, muy ágil y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Por supuesto que recomendaremos este pequeño gran apartamento, sin dudarlo.

Non manca nulla.....la casa vacanze perfetta

Situato in un quartiere residenziale, con negozi e ristoranti,in una via molto tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Goya. L'appartamento dispone di ogni confort, arredato con gusto e pulito. Tutto questo, unito alla grande disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria Victoria, fanno si che si crei un ambiente piacevole e rilassante. Se tornerò a Madrid mi piacerebbe molto ritornarci. Raccomando questa soluzione a tutte le persone che, nonostante siano in vacanza, preferiscono sentirsi come a casa, evitando gli ambienti a volte un po'freddi degli alberghi.

L’appartamento è molto gr...

L’appartamento è molto grazioso ed accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort. L’arredo è sapientemente studiato per rendere la casa funzionale e vivibile al meglio. Le camere si affacciano su un cortile interno molto silenzioso, pertanto il riposo notturno e l’eventuale siesta pomeridiana sono assicurati. La zona ( Quartiere Goya ), pur essendo centralissima, risulta tranquilla e non immersa nel traffico più intenso del centro-città. La metro e la fermata dei bus si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze, così pure negozi di vario genere e market. La zona è collegata con l’Aeroporto attraverso il Bus Express e la Metro (da Goya linea 4 + linea 8). La proprietaria M.Victoria è una signora squisita, estremamente gentile e premurosa, con cui è stato facile entrare in contatto non solo perché sa parlare correntemente l’Italiano, ma soprattutto perché è una persona aperta, affabile e cordialissima. Con la sua costante presenza e interessamento ( durante il soggiorno, pur essendo lei stessa in vacanza, ci ha inviato più di un messaggio per accertarsi che stessimo bene e che non avessimo problemi ) e con i suoi modi cortesi fa sentire l’ospite considerato e importante. La nostra vacanza a Madrid è risultata più che positiva, non solo per la bellezza della città, ma anche per la sistemazione logistica, perché il posto dove si vive è importante e in questo appartamentino si sente davvero il calore di una casa. Se poi, oltre a tutto ciò, si riesce a stabilire con i proprietari un rapporto quasi amicale, questo costituisce un valore aggiunto. È bene ricordarlo alle persone che vanno sempre di fretta e hanno inevitabilmente uno sguardo troppo distratto.
