Bright and Exterior Apartment of 70 meters with capacity for 4 people, the apartment is ideal for a holiday or work in Madrid, since it is very well located in a very strategic area and is quiet. It has a double bed and an additional sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV with pay channels, air conditioning and individual heating. It is located in the center of Madrid next to the metro of Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad.

The neighborhood is very well located near shopping areas, cinemas, theaters, and nightlife area of Madrid. In addition, all tourist sites in Madrid such as Barrio Salamanca, Golden Mile or Santiago Bernabeu.
20 minutes from Barrio de Chueca, Paseo del Prado, Malasaña or Tribunal.
It has 24-hour supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.

The place is as written - air conditioning that worked very well, conveniently located (the 200 bus goes directly to airport from Avenida de América), basic cooking supplies, and is comfortable with easy check in/check out. The landlord/owner is very responsive to messages. It is not a new place with new appliances/bedding/furniture etc, but it has personality and natural light. I would stay here again.

Bait and switch

This house was a classic bait and switch. The home shown in the photos was not this property. All of the photos of the inside, outside, and features, were not of this property. The listing showed decks and a beautiful dining area. See the pictures of what was advertised and what we got. No wifi as advertised, fridge did not work, no coffee pot, broken floor tiles, twin beds with headboard not attached and television did not work. Listings like this are the reason why vacation rental sites get a bad reputation. When we pointed out to the owner by text that this was not the property we rented, no response. I would like to say this was the biggest dump I’ve stayed in, but that would not be truthful. It is a close 2nd. If it was not too late when we checked in, we would have looked for another place.
