Superb holiday home with garden near the beach of LA CALETTA.
The house has 120 square meters of covered space including 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine, American kitchen, a large room and a room for suitcases and beach equipment.
The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.
in the living area there is a large corner sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV.

Maison bien équipée

La maison est installée sur un terrain en pente, la terrasse offre une belle vue sur la mer. La végétation qui l'entoure permet d'en profiter à l'abri de la chaleur du soleil. La maison est très bien équipée, belle cuisine, grande sdb, éclairage avec variateurs... Seul bémol, beaucoup d'arbustes entourent la maison et sont arrosés chaque jour, du coup invasion de moustiques tous les jours ! Prévoir les répulsifs et insecticides ! A faire...Francesco travaille dans un restaurant sur les hauteurs de Posada (et non plus au Colorado, qui est à faire aussi ceci dit car donne sur la plage !), il nous avait réservé une table très bien placée et on s'est régalé avec une spécialité le Maialetto ! Francesco et sa femme sont très aimables et accueillants, merci !!

comme décrit superbe location

Un très bonne accueil, un cadre magnifique, Francesco à répondu à toutes mes questions concernant la région Maison spacieuse' à l'écart de la ville donc calme la vue sur la mer tout les matins au réveil avec le soleil le barbecue merci " Francesco pour le bois " Le seul petit problème les moustique certains soirs Sinon à refaire pourquoi pas ?

Haus ist sauber, groß. Wir könnten Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine benutzen. Netter Vermieter. Lage ist ok. Strand war gut. Würden dieses Feriendomizil weiterempfehlen.

Super vacances

Location de qualité, qu'il est très rare de trouver. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Tout est neuf et en parfait état. La situation est idéale pour une famille qui souhaite passer des vacances en bord de mer. Assez reculée pour ne pas avoir à supporter les bruits de la ville et suffisamment proche pour rayonner sur les innombrables superbes plages voisines. Tous les soirs, les marchés nocturnes et les fêtes à la Caletta, Santa Lucia, Posada (fête médiévale), Budoni, ... sont très appréciables. Le jardin impressionnant dispose d'un barbecue qui nous a permis de faire d'excellente grillades. Le propriétaire, Francesco est est très sympathique et très disponible. Il cultive des fruits et si la période le permet, vous n'en manquerez pas. Il travail également dans un restaurant de bord de mer à la Caletta, le Colorado où nous avons mangé à diverses reprises. Leur calamars frits sont un délice. L'accueil y est très chaleureux, en particulier pour les hôtes de Francesco. Un repas en soirée en bord plage à la pleine lune... magique.
