Apartment located 10 meters from Sablettes beach with superb panoramic sea views from the main rooms (living room, bedrooms and bathroom). Private parking. All amenities nearby (shops, boat shuttles 10 minutes walk to access the harbor and Toulon city center). Large sandy beach from which you can access the seaside resort of Sablettes (games casino, restaurants, together 5-star hotel, amusement park and night market every evening in high season). Very beautiful fireworks over the sea with ideal location of the balcony.

Wir haben im Februar eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Appartment verbracht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Übergabe der Wohnung waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Der Ausblick über die Bucht ist wunderbar und wir konnten sogar im Februar auch auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Betten bieten einen sehr guten Schlafkomfort. Schon bei der Übergabe war die Heizung in Betrieb genommen worden, so daß auch an kühleren Tagen oder abends immer eine angenehme Temperatur vorhanden war. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen mit Strand vor der Haustür. Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen und Strandpromenade mit Restaurants sind in Laufnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung und auch das Haus sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es zieht und regnet rein, aber meistens scheint ja die Sonne. Die Betten vorallem im Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick sind durchgelegen. Natürlich ist die Lage und die Aussicht das Beste und hilft alles andere zu akzeptieren. Super schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Hübsches Appartement. Super ausgestattete Küche. Hat alles was man braucht, inkl. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, grosser Kühlschrank und noch kleine Waschmaschine. Blick auf das Meer ist gigantisch.

Séjour balnéaire parfait

A 2 pas de la plage, idéal avec des enfants. Tout se fait à pied. Navette fluviale pour se rendre à Toulon. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé , grand balcon sur la mer d'où on peut admirer le feu d'artifice du mercredi.

Top Aussicht, top Lage und top Wohnung

Sehr hübsch eingerichtet Wohnung, gut möbliert und ausgestattet. Bestens eingerichtet Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Dampfkochtopf, Mixer, etc. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit Blick auf das Meer vom Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer aus. Die Festinstallationen sind in die Jahre gekommen aber tolle Regendusche. Sauberkeit nach französischem Standard gut. Im Winter Strand schmal und Morgensonne bis ca. 14:00 Uhr. Alles in Fussnähe, inkl. Küstenwanderweg. Kommen sicher wieder wir waren begeistert.

Appartement bien situé, propre, avec une très belle vue. Plage au pied de l'immeuble. Dommage manque un parasol sur le balcon. Un plus pour l'accueil de notre chat. Propriétaire très agréable.

Merveilleux séjour !

Appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé. On ne se lasse pas de la vue du balcon! La plage se trouve à quelques pas, les commerces sont aussi tout près. La dame qui gère l'arrivée et le départ est sympathique et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons :)

Alles, wie beschrieben und sehr netter, persönlicher Kontakt im Vorfeld der Anreise. 2 komplette Schlafzimmer mit 1,4m breiten Betten. Eines davon mit Zugang zum großen L-förmigen Balkon (unbedingt draussen frühstücken !). Großes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche. Loggia mit kleiner Waschmaschine. Funktionelles Bad. Unmittelbarer Zugang zum Strand. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die komplette Bucht. Kleine Einbahnstraße führt zwischen Haus und kleiner/kurzer Promenade entlang. Deshalb auch gerne auch von Einheimischen frequentiert. Wir fanden diese, über die Osterferien moderate Belebung durchaus positiv und abwechslungreich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Grüße an die Gastgeber!
