Apartamento cómodo, luminoso y completamente equipado. Se sitúa en el cuarto piso de un edificio con ascensor, ambiente familiar y ubicado en la calle Santa Catarina, a 10 minutos a pie del centro urbano. En la planta superior se puede disfrutar de una terraza con vistas panorámicas al centro de la ciudad.
El apartamento es Triplex, consta de 3 pisos y tiene capacidad para 2 o 4 personas.
Piso 1: Dos dormitorio(s) con 2 camas dobles (1,95x1,40mt). Incluye ropa de cama. + Cuarto de baño completo dispone de toallas de baño, champú, gel de baño y secador de pelo.
Piso 2: Sala amplia con excelente iluminación natural y con balcón. + 1 WC. + La cocina es independiente está equipada con nevera, cocina de gas, horno, microondas, tostadora, cafetera italiana, hervidor eléctrico, vajilla / cubiertos, variedades de té, azúcar y sal.
Piso 3: En el piso superior tiene una sala con inmensa luz natural y terraza con vistas panorámicas al centro de la ciudad, equipado con mesa, sillas y sombrillas (consulte nuestras fotos!).

Precio base para 2 personas. 15€ por persona extra.
- Taxa turistica 3€/persona por dia - pago a llegada.

Good location for ease of travel to lots of destinations. Fabulous apartment, with a quirky charm. Paula and Sergio were great hosts. I would definately stay there again

We had a delightful stay in Paula’s and Sergio’s lovely apartment! It was equipped with everything (& more!) we needed and was in a good central location — and communication with the 2 of them was great. On top of everything else, Sergio created a fantastic map that includes several walking tours; I only wish we’d had enough time to take full advantage of this added resource!

Great location and comfortable digs

Nice apartment , easy walking to central area. Clean but a little dusty. Unfortunately the street noise made it very difficult to sleep. I ended up having to sleep in the couch in the living room

The apartment is fabulous, beautiful parquet type wooden flooring, well chosen furniture and artwork. Liaison with the owners (Sergio) went as planned and he explained the local area very well and gave tips as to the locale. There is road noise during the night in both bedrooms but this does not distract from the overall pleasantness of the apartment. Overall a very pleasant place to spend your break in Porto. Supermarket about 10 minute walk up the hill, a local cafe also at the top of the road. A few minutes walk from Metro station Marques and about 15 minutes to the hub at Trinidade Metro station. A walk from most places of interest in Porto which is a beautiful city with friendly people and a lively 'scene' on Cais de Ribiera on the riverside. I would not hesitate to stay at Sergio and Paula's lovely apartment again.

Amazing apartment

The place is close to center, has many stores near by and the house is amazing to hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked and the terrace was nice place to chill in the afternoon. House was clean and host was really nice. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great space and a terrace too!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights - our flight was late, but Paula was waiting for us when we arrived. Mercado Bolhão, Cathedral and river all walkable. Local cafés for breakfast.

Spacious property, really close to centre. Paula was very accommodating, as our flight was delayed, so got there very late but she welcomed us to her property with a smile!

Beautifully decorated and spacious home with a lovely terrace. Easy access to main shopping area without being in the super busy area. Super comfortable beds.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this very livable apartment. We had plenty of room with the amenities of home - kitchen, laundry, and a variety of spaces for relaxing including a nice patio at the top with views. The location is good and made it easy for days of exploration. Good communication with and help from the manager.

cute little townhouse

cute little townhouse it was nice having two bedrooms however when we were looking it said parking, but the owner arranged at the hotel down the street. Not to far to walk to the city center, and mall. however it is at an incline, which I found Portugal is a calorie neutral vacation, I lost 5 pounds from all the walking

Spacious Apartment!

Booking, corresponding and checking in were all really good. The map we were given by Sergio was amazing - lots of suggestions of where to visit and get food. The apartment was great. The upstairs sun room and outside terrace were ideal for relaxing. The location was not too far from the metro or shops/restaurants. Took around 30 minutes to walk to the river. The only downside was a bit of road noise at night.
