New seasonal rental, 500 m away from the sea and a beach of the Morbihan Gulf. Very welcoming house, carefully decorated and modern with all the household devices, television, stereo system, for an optimal comfort. Large and very bright main room, 2 bedrooms, the whole with a little sea view. Cottage facing South with terrace leading to the private fenced garden. Private and enclosed parking for vehicles. The whole by the sea with access to the coastal paths. Carnac and Quiberon at less than a half an hour away, the islands accessible in 5 min, You will not see the time go by !

Maison fonctionnelle, avec petit jardin et terrasse au sud, bien située pour découvrir le golfe et accès à pied à la plage (10 mn), ce qui est un vrai plus en plein été. L’accès au commerce nécessite un moyen de transport.

Très joli maison

La maison est très agréable et bien aménagée,on s y sent comme chez soi.Le bord de mer est tout proche et les paysages magnifiques.Muriel ,la propriétaire est adorable et toujours prête à répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Erstmal sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurde.Das Haus hat uns (2 Erwachsene,1Kind) sehr gut gefallen und es gab alles, was man brauchte. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Golf runter und ein Supermarkt ist auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal Urlaub hier machen.

Bon séjour sur le Golfe du Morbihan

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Muriel Raimbault qui, de surcroît, nous a prodigué de bon conseils pour découvrir la région et ses spécialités gastronomiques. Le logement est en tout point conforme au descriptif. Petite maison individuelle (pièces spacieuses en parfait état) avec jardin/parking privatif clos. Propriétaire respectueuse et très discrète. A recommander.

Ruhiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung und guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus offen und wir wurden vom Sohn der Vermieter freundlich begrüßt. Wir erhielten zwei Schlüssel und es wurden die wesentlichen Dinge erklärt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir konnten sofort auspacken und uns einrichten. Das Haus hat für uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern) super gepasst und es gab alles, was man so braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan, die Grundstücke sind durch einen Zaun und eine kleine Hecke getrennt, so dass man keinen direkten Blickkontakt hat. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und von der Straße durch ein großes Schiebetor getrennt, so dass Auto und Fahrräder im Innern gut geschützt sind. Zur Lage: nicht direkt am Meer, der nächste Sandstrand ist recht klein (wie im Golf üblich), aber ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen am Golf. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden noch einmal hinfahren. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter - Merci!

Maison moderne bien située et au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison idéalement située pour découvrir le golfe, l'ile aux Moines, l'ile d'Arz, Vannes, la presqu'ile de Quiberon, Arzon...Nous avons même profité du salon de jardin exposé plein sud. Logement qui convient très bien pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Lumineux. Conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Très bon accueil.

Très bon séjour d'une semaine dans ce logement très propre, très fonctionnel et très agréable. Idéal en famille avec notre fille de 2ans et demi et celle de 5 semaines. Le logement est à proximité immédiate de Vannes et de belles randonnées sur le golf. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais également très arrangeants. Nour recommandons vraiment cette annonce.

Maison fonctionnel très agréable,propre , idéalement situe pour découvrir le golf et les villes et villages alentours ,je retourne dans cette location avec toujours le même plaisir m y sentant chez moi,la maison est bien équipé et le froid du mois de janvier reste a la porte .De plus l accueil des propriétaires est très sympa,donc maison a réserver en toute saison pour découvrir une des plus belle région de France.
