House rules:

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Type of place you would like for a home in the city. Very stylish spacious, with modern comforts wrapped up in a vintage style home. Staff was great, and very responsive. Wish we had more time allotted for Barcelona

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. Gothic and Born neighborhoods are within walking distance. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Windows totally block all street noise. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend thus location!

This is a fantastic choice. Beautiful apartment in a great location, about 10 min walk from Placa de Catalunya, in a relatively quiet street with several restaurants a block or two away (we highly recommend El Mercat). Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Bathrooms come with good quality soap and shampoo. Would definitely stay there again!

This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are big and there is a ton of space. It’s very clean. The location is excellent with lots of great restaurants in the area. It’s very clean with big windows for lots of light. Our hosts were very attentive and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I spent a night in a three-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms worked well. Check-In was a bit rough, but it all resolved fairly quickly. Coffee pods and bottled water are made available for the guests. The location was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, would stay again. The washer leaked and this long-term problem gave the apartment a strong mildew smell. The manager agreed to get it serviced. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The apartment was lovely. Tall ceilings made it feel really spacious. We all said wow as we walked in. The little balconies were nice and above the trees so you couldn't really see the road. Our room was at the front, it was very quiet. My sister in-law had the room at the back and they reported no real noise. Location was also good, a couple of nice cafes, bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance and not too far to the main attractions. The staff were great, keeping our bags for us when we arrived and also as we left a bit earlier than they are usually on duty, so cannot fault them at all.We loved it and would happily stay again.

The apartment was lovely. Tall ceilings made it feel really spacious. We all said wow as we walked in. The little balconies were nice and above the trees so you couldn't really see the road. Our room was at the front, it was very quiet. My sister in-law had the room at the back and they reported no real noise. Comfortable and convenient

This three BR property in the l'Eixample neighborhood was very convenient to the best of Barcelona. A five minute walk from Placa de Cataluynia and La Rambla, and an easy walk from many tourist sites, we were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment is as it seems in the pictures, roomy and comfortable. There are three bedrooms, one with a king and en suite bathroom, a second with a king and a third with two twins. Everything was very clean and updated, with the exception of some slightly dingy living room furniture. The building is nice and seems safe. The check in process was contactless and very efficient; the managers did not spam us with emails, but we had the information we needed to have. We would definitely stay here again.
