LA FINCA Holiday House with small private pool

La Finca is an ideal villa for those who want to relax in complete relaxation while remaining very close to the sea! The house, in fact, is located on a hill thus giving a wonderful view of the sea from which it is only a km and a half away.
There are two holiday homes: LA FINCA and OLEA DOMUS. They are two adjacent villas but completely autonomous and independent! In fact, both have their own entrance, their own terraces, their own outdoor whirlpool tub and their own garden.
La Finca has a double bedroom, single bedroom with a single bed and a half, bathroom in the mezzanine, while on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living room with panoramic view and double sofa bed and another bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Lovely place and location, great hosts.

We really enjoyed our week at La Finca, villa as described and had everything we needed. Super clean spa pool, wonderful sunset views and a great base for exploring the South of Sicily. Super attentive and friendly hosts.

La Finca is a recently built, well designed and equipped holiday property with amazing views, contemporary in style but with some charming Sicilian design features. Chiara was very helpful and communicative both before and during our stay, and La Finca was an excellent base for exploring the Ragusa region (car definitely needed, there's very little in Cava d'Aliga but plenty of sandy beaches, restaurants and culture within a short drive). Great for adults or families with older children. The views at night across the bay are stunning!

Our favorite rental on Sicily

We are so glad we stayed at La Finca and wish we had stayed longer. It seems brand new, Ikea modern, clean, and the outdoor space with small pool was awesome. The location was great for visiting Scicli, Modica, Ragusa,Siracusa, and several Montalbano locations. The view was really nice, especially for sunsets and night time views of twinkling lights on the Bay. We enjoyed the restaurants in Donnalucata and strolling along the waterfront after dinner. The washing machine worked fine as did the wifi and TV. Chiara was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely return.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse nach vorne ist sehr schön, wer es ruhiger haben will ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool zum abkühlen reicht völlig aus.

Sehr schönes Haus und super nette Besitzerin !!!

Mein Mann und ich hatten für eine Woche dieses bezaubernde Haus. Es ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlt einem an nichts, umgeben von einem sehr schönen Garten liegt das Haus etwas abseits und wir konnten hier viel Ruhe finden und uns hervorragend erholen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und für Fragen immer erreichbar gewesen. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen !!! Annette und Alex

Lovely location, beautiful views!

We loved our stay here, chilled relaxing time!. We hired a car, which you so need to visit surrounding areas. Villa host always available on 'what's app' to answer any questions, immediate response. Such a lovely lady:). Beautiful views, surround this small villa, with everything modern and functioning. The villa has an electric gate, where you can park just inside, with an upward slope towards the villa, then a few steps up, into the property. 2 x local friendly shops, at bottom of road, for everyday supplies plus omg fresh cooked lasagne, whole roast chicken, yum!! Local Co-op 5-8mins drive. The only downside for us, was lack of privacy when in dip pool, it overlooked the other Villa next door's patio, just too close. There was an open pathway between the villas that just really needs some sort of a screen for more privacy. Overall though, a wonderful villa, would recommend!!

Beautiful and great located villa

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful views of the sea and sunset to the front of the villa. In the back a private seating and pool area to relax away from everyone. Plenty of room in the villa. Clean and well equipped. Not far from local shop and supermarkets. Beaches in short drive. Car is a must. Sampieri beach is the best beach I've ever visited, would recommend a full day there and to hire sunbeds with umbrella. Thank you for a great stay Chiara. Hope to see you again soon

A perfect location for exploring this lovely area

La Finca was a pleasant and comfortable house with a gorgeous garden and view. It was always welcoming when we returned after a day out (Ragusa, Nota, Modica and Scicli among others); the pool and the view were equally inviting. Sunset on the front terrace was particularly memorable. Chiara and her husband were very responsive when issues occurred and they resolved matters quickly. We warmly recommend La Finca.

Magnifique

Très belle maison, bien située avec vue sur la mer. On peut y faire des barbecues, le soir la piscine est illuminée c'est magnifique. Nous avons visité la ville de Scicli et Modica le soir qui ne sont pas très loin en voiture.

winziger pool und dreckig

Der Pool als klein bezeichnet wird, ist eine Wanne mit Wasser. Der kleine Pool hat die Größe von zwei Badewannen...!! Die Größe in m2 ist ca 3-4m2..!!! Sowas kann man nicht als Pool nennen.....!!! Im Haus drinnen ist eine kleine Klimaanlage, die nur dem unteren Geschoss kühlt. Im Schlafzimmer war es nicht kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag gelaufen ist..!!! Im Schlafzimmer waren überall Spinnennetze... Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir das Haus sofort verlassen, da wir unseren Urlaubstage nicht wegschmeißen wollte..! Finger weg von diesem Haus. Mit dem diesem Geld kann man viel viel bessere Unterkünfte mieten...

Besitzer müssen sich von Ihnen fernhalten !!!! Unhöfliche Gäste, die sich nicht an die Hausordnung halten, das Schwimmbad des Nachbarhauses unsachgemäß belegen, die Entfernung anderer Gäste ausnutzen! Auf der Seite steht sehr gut geschrieben, dass es sich um einen kleinen Pool handelt, die Abmessungen betragen 2x5 Meter !!!! Außerdem ist auf den Fotos klar, dass sie keine Olympiasiegerin ist! Sie haben sich entschieden zu gehen und Sie haben mir jeden Tag mit Drohbotschaften gedroht, in denen ich gebeten wurde, mein Geld zurückzubekommen (die Seite hat es mir verboten, weil Sie sich absolut geirrt haben!) Also .... von wem sollen sie sich fernhalten .... von mir oder von DIR?!?!?!

Excellent villa for relaxing holiday

Great villa in a lovely location. Depending on the type of holiday you want this villa provides it all. From lazing in the sun in your own secluded garden and dip pool to visiting historic towns and sites around the area. Chiara is a great host and is easily contactable for any queries you may have. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone.

Nice property in lovely garden. Equipped with everything we needed. Chiara is an excellent and helpful host. The pool is around the same size as a large hot-tub but our children still enjoyed spending hours in it.

Relaxing family holiday

We very much enjoyed the house. From each spot you had a great view on the sea. The pool was a great pleasure for our boys. Notto, Syracuse etc are in close distance, Donnalucata is a good spot for beach and food. Chiara reacted promptly and very friendly to our requests.

pleasant times in sicily

We had a wonderful time in Cava D´aliga. La Finca is a really decent house as it has everything you need in a vacation. We cooked a lot and enjoyed the pool area and had lots of opportunities for sightseeing in Scicli, Ragusa and Modica. Chiara was a great host, as she did everything to made us feel comfortable and helped us with all problems. There was almost nothing to critise, we would definetly recommend the house and would come back for a stay.

Finca pour un séjour baroque et farniente

Très bien située pour celle et ceux qui apprécient les vacances balnéaires et culturelles. A un jet de voiture de Modica, Ragusa et 5 km de Scicli, nous y avons passé 15 jours sans nous ennuyer aucunement. Vous pourrez également visiter le château de Donnafugata, vous rendre à Noto ou Marzamemi en 40’ ou Syracuse en 1h. Sur le front de mer de Donnalucata, en plus des restaurants, vous trouverez le matin des pêcheurs qui vous proposerons la pêche du jour ou de la veille rougets, espadon, rascasse, sardine,poulpe, mérou et autres poissons de l’Ile. Il y a aussi des marchands de légumes. En bas de votre rue un boucher propose quelques préparations bouchères à griller ou non Vous y trouverez aussi de la salaison très bonne saucisse sèche et fromage comme de la ri ôta fraîche, mais aussi des spécialités à base de pizza. La maison dispose d’un grand four à bois et de deux jardins avec terrasses couvertes qui permettent de dîner ou déjeuner même en cas d’orages. Bref, cette maison aux jolis Jardins nous permet de vivre en plein air. Frédéric et Marie-Line

We spent 3 weeks with our baby twins in Cava d‘Aliga and enjoyed every minute. The location is a perfect for quietness-seekers as the City is rather small. A car is definitely recommended. Distances: - Beach (15min walking / 5min car) - Supermarket(s), pharmacy, restaurants (10min car) - Fish market (15min car) - Next bigger city: Scigli (20min) The house offers everything that you need also for a longer stay. The garden with the pool is very spacious and offers a variety of vegetables and herbs. We enjoyed the sunset directly from the front balcony every evening. Chiara was one of the best hosts we have ever had. She was very helpful and always had good recommendations.

Grossartiges Feriendomizil für Familien mit 1-2 Kindern

Äusserst gepflegte und schön gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit grossartigem Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Küche/Bad). Chiara ist super nett, hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Die Kommunikation mit ihr und Organisation ist schnell und unkompliziert. Um die wichtigsten Ziele zu erreichen ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. In der Nähe (max. 10 Min. Autofahrdistanz) hat es ein paar schöne Sandstrände.

Well equipped property off the beaten track but close to amenities and places of interest

We loved it here. The property is light, airy and clean. It has wonderful outside space with a front porch with table and chairs to sit and watch the sunset. The rear garden has an enclosed 'outdoor kitchen' area with a great built in barbecue. The small pool has a view of the sea, and sun loungers. The driveway has an electronic gate so you know your hire car is safe! The property is situated about 1 kilometre from the seaside town of Cava D'Aliga, which is small and quaint - not too busy. We found all the beaches in this area of Sciliy to be lovely and clean with clear water. At Cava there are 3 small cafes and free parking. Sun loungers are available at €18 for 2 loungers and parasol for the day. Sampeiri beach is about 6km up the road and this is just as good but on a larger scale. If you don't want to sit on the beach, there are many interesting baroque towns within half an hour drive which are wonderful to look around. There are 2 supermarkets within 10 minutes drive of la Finca

traumhaftes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus genossen. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein zweites Bad, was sehr parktisch ist, wenn die Kinder nachts die Toilette aufsuchen müssen. Die Lage ist toll, da man mehrere Traumstrände gut erreichen kann und viele schöne Städte wie Modica oder Ragusa. Es sind zwei tolle Terrassen vorhanden und Abends kann man den sensationellen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der vorderen Terrasse bewundern. Die Ecke ist ein echter Geheimtipp und die Vermieterin Chiara ist sehr liebenswert, bemüht und sympatisch. Vielen Dank für die liebevolle Betreuung liebe Chiara!!
