Come stay in LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH4 consisting of a spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment, with a large kitchen. The LV Premier Chiado – CH4 vacation rental apartment is co-located with 8 other premium apartments the same elevator building, perfect for large groups and families. LV Premier Chiado – CH4 features a bright and spacious living area, with high ceilings and very large windows, which flood the place with light. A large dining table, seating area, AC and heating complete the set up of this very comfortable apartment. Windows offer premium views of Rua do Carmo, Elevator of Santa Justa and the shopping alley. Step out of the building and reach the Convento do Carmo via the newly built Carmo Gardens, to admire the surviving arches and structures from the 1755 earthquake. Enjoy very easy access to all amenities, attractions, theaters, restaurants and shops. CH4 can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, with 8 people staying in pre installed beds in the bedrooms and remaining in sofa beds.

The living room has very high ceilings, a dinning table for 10, as well as the seating area with comfortable sofas and a large TV. The apartment is equipped with a separate kitchen, equipped with all basics and extra equipment should you decide to have a home made meal. Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower head. Supple soft bath towels, toiletries for your first day are of course provided free of charge as well as a hair dryer.

The award winning Portuguese architect Siza Vieira designed this building respecting the traditional facade, but adding modern interiors with all comforts of modern life. The apartment features AC and heating. Free WiFi

Great location for shopping and food options. Modern and pretty inside the space, just not the most comfortable furniture to sit on. Single beds were comfy but the master bed was on Ikea slats and kept falling through. One of the shower heads wouldn’t stay in place. Everything else was great. I would recommend it.

Great flat in centre of city

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 6 adults and a two year old. The living room had plenty of space for all of us and the flat is very well equipped down to kitchen foil and capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Slightly marked down because the paintwork is a bit tired and there was some road noise. But happy to recommend

Excellent apartment in the heart of the City Center. Near wonderful shopping, restaurant and the square. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful accommodation for a family of 4 adults and 2 teens.

This is a spacious and well-stocked apartment in a super location. When we walked into the kitchen we discovered that we'd been gifted a bottle of wine! The washer and dryer were a great help. We would happily stay there again.

Nice apartment in central location

Right in the middle of all the action in Lisbon, this apartment was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and sightseeing.

Great for family

We meet up in Lisbon with our adult children who had been traveling through Portugal and France. The apartment was absolutely fabulous for our stay of six and the location was superb. It is extremely well appointed and was a bit of luxury for our crew who had been traveling for several months. The host was very accommodating in dropping bags off before check in with our early arrival.

Spacious well appointed apartment that is close to everything! Pro tip - Bolt and Uber have trouble finding the address. Use H&M as a reference point.

Centrally located

The flat was large and clean (other than the shower curtain could use replacing) and was true to the pictures. It is very centrally located which is great, but it also means it can get a bit noisy. We used our white noise phone apps to cover the sounds at night. The kitchen had everything you needed minus napkins and paper plates which would have been an awesome addition. The towels and linens were good but not especially high-end. We enjoyed the welcome wine! The recommended driver service, SmartBus, was very helpful. We appreciated Joel's knowledge and driving skills. We would recommend the flat and LV.

Great stay with 5 friends in the centre of Lisbon. Location was great - central to everything and most things in walking distance. Check-in was very smooth with Antonio. I arrived before the others and everything was well prepared and explained - we got a couple of nice tips as well! 😊Enjoyed the air conditioning in the apartment after a good walk in the Lisbon heat!

It was an amazing apartment

The apartment was given to us clean and on time. It was in the heart of Lisbon, close to the metro, food, bars, shopping and many historic sites. The best part was it was all walking distance from the apartment. The communication with the onsite manager was amazing. She was able to provide a tour of everything that was available as well as provide some recommended places to visit. She was also nice enough to walk us to the train station to visit the famous city, Sintra. I would highly recommend this place as your place of home during your stay in Lisbon.

Lisboa Apartment

Fantastic Apartment. We were expecting a simple apartment because of the cost, and were surprised, It is beautiful very well decorated, a first class place and very well located. I will rented it again without hesitation. The only problem was teh WIFI did not work, but it was not a problem for us, we were on vacations.

Spacious and clean. Wonderful location.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and large rooms. There was some minor noise from construction outside, but after it was finished the nights were quiet. I would recommend this spot to others.
