Petit studio proche toutes commodités

Très beau séjour dans ce petit studio sur le sable , très pratique , avec tout a proximité à pied a 2 minutes . Le ménage fait par les locataires précédents laissait à désirer mais cela ne dépend pas du loueur on a re- nettoyé a fond. Pas très pratique le fait que les plaques aient été en panne pour cuisiner et qu’il n’y ait pas de hotte pour l’extraction des odeurs , du coup si vous cuisinez du poisson ….. Autrement si vous ne cuisinez pas beaucoup c’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer par ce que vous n’aurez pas besoin de toucher à votre véhicule tout le long du séjour , pas très bruyant même si sa donne sur la route . Le loueur a pris en compte les points négatifs et a promis d’y remédier . Nous recommandons sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Très bonnes vacances .Dommage que la porte fenetre du studio coté rue ne ferme pas donc beaucoup de bruits de la rue le soir .Le propriétaire est très gentil et très arrangeant.

Bonjour , nous avons réservé le studio au bord de mer , avec balcon ou patio, cela fait depuis une semaine que nous cherchons le balcon et ou patio lol.... Dans l'appartement, il n'y a pas de détecteur de fumée comme SIS sur l'annonce, la propreté laisse à désirée, la balloir dans la cuisine e avait sûrement fait un passage sur la plage ..pleine de sable , les odeurs d'égouts de la route remonté dans l'appartement, et surtout le bruit de la route .... Le point positif , c'est que nous étions au bord de mer , que Cavaliere est vraiment magnifique....nous reviendrons à cavaliere mais surtout pas dans cette location

Bien placé

L'appartement, donnant sur la route, est un peu bruyant mais son emplacement est idéal. Le prix attractif nous a permis de découvrir cette belle région. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et nos échanges ont été très agréables.

Appartement très bien situé, un petit bémol pour l’eau chaude qui pour nous a été en quantité insuffisante. Le propriétaire et la personne qui nous ont accueillis ont été au top, nous avons passé une super semaine. Merci pour cette semaine.

Excellente situation

Le logement est idéalement situé sur la plage de Cavaliere, la vue sur la mer est magnifique et à proximité de toutes commodités. L'appartement est entièrement équipé, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Michael et son épouse sont adorables.

Studio idéalement placé !

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans le studio. Bien qu'il soit idéalement placé, proche de toute commodité (supérette, boulangeries, bar/restauration) sur le bord de plage de Cavalière. L'accès en direct sur la plage depuis le bâtiment est très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce studio pour des vacances pieds dans l'eau ! Vincent & Annie

The rental relies on its location for its five stars. Before booking read the description.

If you read the description carefully you would be wise. The duplex is big enough for four using the sofa bed , there was no linen bedding or towels provided and no internet connection , if you enjoy cooking in your self catering duplex then bear in mind that it is electric hob and no oven. The stairs are steep and the toilet is downstairs the table and chairs are for four people and it's a very tight fit. If you bear this in mind before booking you will have a wonderful holiday. If you also book the studio bear in mind it faces the road but has the luxury of a bath.

FOR THE PRICE - IT WAS OK

The initial shock was that the apartment was not as ads indicated in that is was at the back overlooking the road, we were expecting the front overlooking the beach. No mention of this was indicated in booking process. We are an oldish couple in our seventies and as such not as active as some. Because of this the apartment to be quite frank was not entirely suitable for the following reasons. The toilet is on the ground floor (no sink to wash one's hands) but the shower and bathroom sink was upstairs in the mezzanine. The stairs to the upper level were steep and certainly the deadrise and width of each step would not pass any current building regulations. As such we had to be very careful each time we acended/desended. So we survived. But note for tall people the headroom up stairs in limited and as such at 6 foot I banged my head a few times. However, we got over it all and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michael De Rourk our letting agent was very helpful and kind although he forgot to tell us that one should not park in the free car park on Sunday nights as the next day is market day and as such ones car, if left gets towed away as we discovered to out cost ! Michael however, very kindly gave me a lift to Le Lavandou so I could get it back.
