The large lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and entertainment including LCD TV, Bluray/DVD player along with an assortment of board games and books. A guest safe is also available for use (free of charge).
A six person dining table and chairs gives spectacular views of the marina whilst dining and outside seating is available on the apartments two balconies.

Both taxi rank and bus stops are available directly outside the apartment complex. There are two large supermarkets within easy reach as well as several smaller shops. Salgados Golf Course is ten minutes drive away.
