亜鉛39は、ヘッドランドロードの素晴らしいロケーションにある現代的なアパートメントの開発の3階に位置する明るいモダンなアパートメントです。 天井から床までの窓があるため、明るくて風通しの良いアパートメントになっています。戦争記念館を見下ろすバルコニーにアクセスできます。南西海岸の小道を越え、ニューキーの他のビーチの景色を眺めることができます。 アパートメントは、オープンプランのラウンジ/キッチン付きの2つのベッドルームと2つのバスルーム（1つはバスルーム）で構成されています。 楽しい休暇に必要なものはすべて歩いてすぐです。

アパートにはエレベーターと階段の両方でアクセスできます。
建物の地下には、サーフボードとボディボード用のロック可能な共同保管ケージがあります。 物件の裏側には、コーンウォールカウンシルの公共駐車場があり、アパートの建物に直接アクセスできます。

We had a fantastic stay at Zinc Apartments in Newquay. The flat was modern, clean, and really comfortable — perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better. I loved the short 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, with a lovely view of Towan Beach along the way, and Fistral Beach was just a stone’s throw from the apartment. Everything we needed was close by, yet the apartment felt peaceful and private. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly base in Newquay.

Great Stay

I have been here before. It is a great apartment in a great location in Newquay. Fistral beach is only a short walk away. The town centre is also very close.Sarah is a very helpful host.I would definitely like to come back.

Brilliant location and lovely apartment

Fab week in lovely apartment so close to fistral beach we walked there in our wetsuits. The apartment was well thought out plenty of space and well equipped we will definitely return.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, perfectly situated in walking distance to everything you need, beaches, bars, restaurants etc. As always everything was clean and tidy and communication with Sarah was great. We will be back next year 😁

Excellent property close to town and all amenities with the added bonus of 4 mins to fistral beach, very clean and tidy , and you get a paid parking space for the week which was great we didn’t use the car unless we went off for the day . Highly recommend this property we will be staying again .

Beautiful property

This property is stunning and has everything you could need during your stay. It is a 5min walk to Newquay town and a choice of beaches. The property owner is lovely and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived which is great as you never want to be far from your car when all your luggage is still in there. You were also able to contact her if you needed to and communication was great. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to discover Newquay, Cornwall

Really nice flat with all amenities and great view of fistral beach, excellent location ( 5 minutes walk to Fistral beach). The place was spot on and super clean, could not find any fault, well done for maintaining and managing it, will definitely come back and highly recommend ! Fantastic place, can't wait to return.

We had a lovely week. Great communication with owner. Arranged early check in and late check out which was perfect for us. Location was brilliant and the apartment it self stunning. Carparking included was a real bonus. Beds comfortable and everything you needed. We can not wait to return.

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was very, very clean & very well supplied with everything we could possibly need, real home from home. Beds comfortable . We found the whole block very quiet, you had to remember the code numbers though, having them made the whole building feel very secure. I would Highly recommend this apartment .

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 300 metres from the world famous Fistral beach and a two minute walk into the centre of bustling Newquay with all its amenities. We enjoy this part of Cornwall's coastline as there are some great walks from outside of the apartment with spectacular scenic views and great waves in windy conditions .

The apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the very best that Cornwall has to offer. It's a 2 minute walk into town or to the beach and there are several fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It is also directly opposite the wonderful Newquay golf course and very close to a number of surf schools.
